采用Western blot和实时荧光定量RT-PCR方法,研究不同强度不同时间冷刺激后大鼠心脏、大脑、睾丸和肺脏中冷诱导RNA结合蛋白(CIRP)的表达情况.结果表明:常温(20℃±1℃)下大鼠4种组织中均存在一定的CIRP的表达;急性冷刺激组(-10℃±1℃、-4℃±1℃、0℃±1℃、4℃±1℃)心脏、大脑和睾丸中CIRP mRNA表达在冷刺激0~6 h呈上升趋势,6 h时达到最高值,随后呈下降趋势,肺脏中CIRP mRNA表达在0~6 h呈下降趋势,在6 h时达到最低值,随后呈上升趋势;慢性冷应激组(10℃±1℃)大鼠心脏、大脑和睾丸3种组织中CIRP mRNA在不同时间点(1周、2周、3 W周)的表达均高于正常对照组(P>0.05),肺脏CIRP mRNA表达均低于对照组(P>0.05),并且同一组织不同时间点之间差异不显著(P>0.05).可见冷刺激后CIRP的表达存在一定规律并且表现出组织特异性,可能与组织保护特异性有关. 相似文献

A growing number of studies conducted on diverse taxa have shown that extra-pair/group paternity is higher than what would
be predicted from behavioral observations alone. While it may be beneficial for females to mate with multiple males, this
often results in offspring not sired by the behavioral father, which could influence offspring survival, especially in social
mammals. Feral horses (Equus caballus) maintain stable social relationships over several years, usually with one stallion defending a harem band of unrelated mares
against other males. Sneak copulations by subordinate males have been observed and mares sometimes change bands, both of which
can result in foals sired by males other than the dominant band stallion. We measured female fidelity in free-ranging feral
horses in 23 bands, with 51 foals over four foaling seasons and tested offspring paternity against parental behaviors. We
used 12 polymorphic microsatellite loci and the program CERVUS 2.0 to determine and exclude potential sires. The majority
of mares remained in the band with the sire of their foal resulting in most foals being sired by the band stallion. Most foals
that were not sired by the band stallion were born in the year after a round-up and we could not determine if they were the
result of band changing or sneak copulations. Foals born into a band without their sire had lower survival rates and mothers
were significantly more protective of foals not sired by the band stallion. These findings suggest that band stability increases
the reproductive success of mares and support the importance of infanticide risk in equid social structure. 相似文献

Gentoo penguins Pygoscelis papua show considerable plasticity in their diet, diving, and foraging behaviors among colonies; we expected that they might exhibit
similar variability over time, at a single site, since flexible foraging habits would provide a buffer against changes in
prey availability. We examined interannual changes in the foraging strategies and diet of gentoo penguins in the South Shetland
Islands, Antarctica, over 5 years with variable prey abundance. Antarctic krill Euphausia superba was the primary diet item, and fish the secondary, though the importance of these items varied among years. Diving behavior
also varied over time: different dive depth distributions were observed among years. Nonetheless, chick-rearing success remained
relatively constant, indicating that gentoo penguins were able to maintain chick provisioning by altering their foraging strategy
among years. Variable abundance of krill in the region did not have observable impacts on the diet, foraging behaviors or
chick-rearing success of gentoo penguins. We suggest that foraging plasticity may be one reason that gentoo penguin populations
have remained stable in the region, while their congeners (P. antarctica and P. adeliae) with less flexible foraging strategies have declined. 相似文献

This paper addresses the distribution and occurrence of harmful organic substances in coal gangue dump from Jiulong Coal Mine
and its influence on the environment. The samples were taken from the coal gangue dump and coal waste water stream and analyzed
by organic geochemical methods. The results indicate that the coal gangues contain abundant harmful organic substances like
polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. The TOC and sulfur contents of the samples are much higher than those of the background
sample except Sample JL7. The contents of organic bulk parameters are relatively high. Ten carcinogenic PAHs were identified
and these harmful organic substances have influenced the surrounding area. Along the waste water stream, organic substances

The objective of this study is to measure and evaluate the ecosystem health levels of 31 Chinese capital cities in 2004 through an emergy synthesis framework. A system of indicators was developed corresponding to the four factors of urban ecosystem health including efficiency, structure, impact and flux. Furthermore, combined with individual indices, an emergy-based urban ecosystem health index (EUEHI) was proposed to measure and evaluate the health levels among various typical cities in China, which offers an integrated evaluation tool in view of urban production, trade and consumption. The results showed that there are intrinsic differences among six clusters associated with driving mechanisms distinguishing the rankings of urban health levels. After lining the cities of similar health levels with cluster map, the spatial distribution of the urban health is found to be arch-shaped, increasing initially and then decreasing from coast to inner land. This kind of spatial hierarchy is per se compatible and consistent with the hierarchical theory of emergy synthesis. The results also revealed double restrictions of urban health between economy and environment. Moreover, the interaction analysis was used for mirroring the driving mechanism of urban ecosystem health. Three conclusions were arrived at. Firstly, environmental health is inversely related to the economic health in China, indicating that cities cannot achieve win–win between environment and economy in the current urban development mode. Secondly, based on economy-driven mode, four quadrants were divided in the city division map, wherein 43.33% of the concerned cities developed in high economy-restriction mode, which means low economic level is still an important limiting factor for the major cities of China. Finally, based on environment-driven mode, two sections were divided, of which weak environmental dominance mode expounds the special characteristics of urban environment with obvious fragility. 23.33% of the 30 cities were in the intermediate state, which means a few correspondingly unhealthy cities should develop concrete polices for the urban ecosystem restoration. 相似文献

培育高γ-氨基丁酸和抗性淀粉的水稻品种,并明确其适宜的生态条件是水稻功能性育种和栽培的重要环节之一.选用云南和浙江近期育成的水稻Oryza sativa L.粳籼品种(系)21个,按粳籼品种(系)分组后分别在云南粳籼稻区10个点种植,比较研究不同生态条件其产量、γ-氨基丁酸和抗性淀粉含量变异及稳定性.结果表明:供试11个粳稻品种(系)产量的平均值为8 485.0kg/hm2,变化幅度为4 129.8~10 159.2 kg/hm2,其中以HIPjl最低.10个籼稻品种(系)产量变化范围在380.1~7 995.6 kg/hm2,其中以W229最低.滇农S-1/毫梅、滇农S-1/滇靖8号、功米6号、文稻1号/IR36和RS21属于高产而稳定性较好的品种.粳稻平均GABA的含量在108.7~157.1 mg·kg-1之间,平均值为128.9 mg·kg-1;其抗性淀粉含量在0.48%~0.73%之间,平均值为0.62%.籼稻品种的平均GABA含量在86.1~186.9 mg·kg-1之间,平均值为133.04 mg·kg-1,变异系数范围为2.33%~19.75%;其平均抗性淀粉含量为0.18%~2.52%,平均值为0.85%.其中滇农S-1/毫梅、功米6号、银光、HIPil和文稻2号/IR36属于高GABA而稳定性较好的品种.滇农S-1/毫梅、65-36/云粳136、功米6号、RS21和滇屯502/双籼稻属于高RS而稳定性较好的品种.不同气候生态条件下参试品种的GABA和RS的变异,籼稻大于粳稻. 相似文献

华南地区退化草坡自然恢复过程中物种多度格局的动态及其模拟,尚缺乏较为系统的研究.文章探讨是否不同演替阶段群落适合不同的种多度模型,是否存在一个最佳模型以揭示演替过程中群落结构的某些内在数量特征;还要推导多个模型的尺度转换形式.为此,在地处南亚热带的鹤山退化草坡选取处于不同演替阶段的2个典型群落样地,分木本层和草本层调查每个维管植物种的多度;且选择7个具有不同函数形式和广泛代表性的种多度模型,均在倍程(即log2)尺度下拟合数据,运用卡方检验和调整决定系数评估各个模型的适合性.结果表明:(1)7个模型的适合性顺序为:对数柯西>对数双曲正割>对数正态>对数级数>生态位优先占领>断棒>重叠生态位,其中对数柯西适合全部数据,重叠生态位则全部不适合;(2)各模型适合与否和演替阶段无关;(3)左截断对数柯西模型预测的种多度分布显示,随着群落演替,上层(木本层)罕见种比例减少、常见种比例增多,下层(草本层)则相反,这与实际相符.对数柯西分布具有普适性,能最好地反映退化草坡自然恢复中种多度分布的格局与动态. 相似文献
