利用PCR-DGGE技术分析生物陶粒硝化反应器中微生物群落动态

为了揭示生物陶粒硝化反应器中活性污泥的微生物种群多样性,从运行不同时期的反应器中提取活性污泥,利用PCR-DGGE技术初步分析了生物陶粒反应器细菌的种群演替情况.结果表明,随着进水COD值的逐阶段降低,氨氮去除率逐步提高到64.38%.群落结构和优势种群的数量具有时序动态性,微生物多样性与废水的处理效果出现协同变化的特征.测序结果表明,生物陶粒反应器中运行第21天的优势种群除了自养细菌,还有异养细菌存在.其中自养细菌为Nitrosospira.sp和Nitrobacter.sp,异养细菌为Bacillus.sp、Pseudomonas.sp和Pseudochrobactrum.sp.     

望城生态县建设对可持续发展度的影响分析

望城县是长沙市的市辖县,于2000年开始全国生态示范区建设,通过验收后,又于2005年正式启动生态县建设.通过对望城县生态县进行可持续发展度评价,可以计算出望城县在规划年、近期目标年、中期目标年以及远景目标年的可持续发展度,可以预测出望城县按照规划进行生态县建设的预期效果.     

碳酸锶废水对生态环境的影响调查及治理方案

碳酸锶因电子工业飞速发展而身价百倍，但其生产废水的直接排放则造成了严重的环境污染，本文通过对水体、农业、渔业、人体健康和水生生物等多种因素调查，掌握了碳酸锶废水污染成因，同时提出了资源再利用方案。     

高效菌活性污泥法处理分散染料废水实验研究

针对复合微生物的筛选和分离进行了研究 ,分离出处理分散染料废水起高效降解作用的 2株菌种。结果表明 ,2株高效菌对分散染料废水降解能力很强 ,与普通菌结果对比CODCr去除率提高 17% ,并且高效菌对废水浓度的耐受性也明显提高     

农药杀虫单的稻田流失规律研究

通过测坑、人工降雨等手段，对水溶性农药杀虫单的稻田消解动态、渗漏流失和径流流失等进行了研究。结果表明，(1)无水稻时，杀虫单在稻田水中消解的半衰期为0．76d；分蘖初期，杀虫单在稻田水中降解的半衰期为1．02d；平均为0．89d。(2)杀虫单的渗漏流失量在用药后8d内可达总用药量的7％—10％，平均为8．48％。(3)极端情况下，用药当天如果遇暴雨(50mm雨量)，杀虫单的径流流失量将达到用药量的30％左右。杀虫单的渗漏损失不可避免，故其流失控制应从径流损失着手，尽量避免在可能有暴雨的当天或雨前1—2d用药。     

A juvenile coelurosaurian theropod from China indicates arboreal habits

Here we report an unequivocal arboreal coelurosaur, Epidendrosaurus ningchengensis gen. et sp. nov. This juvenile coelurosaur's third manual digit is extremely elongated, distinctively different from that of other known dinosaurs and birds. It represents certainly a type of adaptation previously unreported from the Mesozoic although the exact function of the third manual digit is unclear. The relatively long forelimb, penultimate phalanx of manual digit II, and pedal penultimate phalanges, are interpreted as evidence for the arboreal habit of Epidendrosaurus. Because Epidendrosaurus is more similar to advanced birds in some arboreal features than to Archaeopteryx, we suggest that the initial appearance of tree-adaptation in theropods was probably not directly related to flight but to other functions, such as seeking food or escaping from predators. Selectivity in the complexation of actinides by humic substances

The interactions of a range of actinide elements (Th, U, Np, Pu, Am) with humic substances from the Needle's Eye natural analogue site were studied by gel permeation chromatography. Bulk humic substances were isolated by ammonia extraction, followed by dialysis against distilled water and freeze-drying. The gel permeation results suggest that Needle's Eye humic substances can be fractionated into three incompletely resolved fractions with average molecular weights determined by analytical ultracentrifugation around 49 000 for Fraction 1, around 14 700 for Fraction 2 and around 8000 for Fraction 3. Although there are significant differences between the organic matter elution patterns in individual gel permeation experiments, presumably due to differences in column packing, these are much smaller than the differences between metal ions. The uranium that is naturally present in these humic substances is largely bound in the late-eluting fraction. Spikes of the early actinides, including Np and Pu in controlled valency states, have been added to the humic substances, and gel permeation of the spiked humic substances shows that the three humic fractions vary greatly in their effectiveness and selectivity as ligands for early actinides.     

森林火险的序贯分析初探

本文利用森林着火危险度指标属于正态分布的特点,根据正态型序贯分析的原理,提出了确定林火危险性的序贯分析方法;建立了长白山林区5个站点森林火险的“安全域”与“危险域”的模型;并以东岗(长白山西坡)为例,作了正态型序贯分析全过程的应用示例。结果证明,利用正态型序贯分析来确定林火的等级是可行的、可靠的,具有实用价值。     

污染环境的刑事责任问题探讨

根据一些发达国家的法律实践和我国环境保护工作的实际需要,探讨了对环境造成严重恶果的行为,应设立“污染环境罪”来调整人们行为的最后法律手段的必要性,并就污染环境罪的基本特征及与其它法律责任的区别作了分析和阐述,提出在我国刑法中应专条补充设立“污染环境罪”规定的建议。     

新疆宝浪油田污水达标回注技术应用

新疆宝浪油田污水处理原来采用外排方式,严重污染了周边环境。为此,通过对处理工艺进行的改进,对分散自控系统的升级改造及对处理药剂进行了重新筛选。改造后终端出口水质的悬浮物由200 mg/L下降到3.93 mg/L,去除率为96%,含油量由200 mg/L降为0.79 mg/L,去除率为99%,含铁为3.9 mg/L,细菌总数为4.5个/mL,硫酸盐还原菌为4.5个/mL,处理后的污水水质达到了《碎屑岩油藏注水水质推荐指标及分析方法》标准回注要求。
