土壤渗滤对有机微污染物去除性能研究

采用土壤柱试验研究了土壤渗滤对再生水中有机微污染物的去除性能。结果表明,土壤柱对再生水中的DOC、UV₂₅₄、总氮和总磷有较好的去除效果,并具有较高的抗冲击负荷的能力;土壤表层10 cm厚度对DOC的去除起主要作用;UV₂₅₄和AOX在土壤表层10 cm厚度降解效果不明显,随着深度增加去除率逐渐升高;液相色谱有机碳探测(LC-OCD)检测结果表明,土壤柱对溶解性有机物质的去除主要体现在对多糖物质的降解上,其次是有机酸类,对腐殖质也有一定的去除作用。     

Bioaccumulation kinetics of sediment-associated DE-83 in benthic invertebrates (Nereis succinea, polychaete)

Polychaetes (Nereis succinea) were exposed to DE-83 contaminated sediments to investigate the bioaccumulation and bioavailability of nona- and deca-BDEs in sediment. All the major congeners in DE-83 were bioavailable to the lugworms. The uptake coefficients (K_s) of nona- and deca-BDE congeners in lugworms were in the range of 0.18-0.65 (d⁻¹), with the values of BDE-207 and -208 slightly higher than those of BDE-206 and -209. Elimination of nona- and deca-BDE congeners from lugworms was very fast. The estimated half-lives of nona- and deca-BDE congeners in the lugworms were at 0.7 d. The bioavailability of nona- and deca-BDE congeners was very low, with BSAF of 0.017 for BDE-206 and -209 and 0.054 for BDE-207 and -208. These may be due to the large molecular size and high affinity of PBDEs to sediment particles. The contribution of BDE-206 in the profile of nona-BDEs in lugworm tissue decreased with exposure time while those of BDE-207 and -208 increased, which could be the result of the biotransformation of BDE-209 to BDE-207 and -208.     

企业安全管理信息系统的总体构建

通过对安全管理现状的调查研究,根据现行企业安全管理系统的实际情况和问题进行安全管理信息系统的总体构建.此系统可以解决目前企业安全管理中普遍存在的问题如安全信息缺乏,信息渠道不畅通,反馈不及时等.因此,对企业向着安全管理方面发展具有十分重要的现实意义.     

Sorption of polar and nonpolar aromatic compounds to four surface soils of eastern China

Improved predictions on the fate of organic pollutants in surface environments require a better understanding of the underlying sorption mechanisms that control their uptake by soils. In this study, we monitored sorption of nine aromatic compounds with varying physicochemical properties (hydrophobicity, electron-donor/acceptor ability and polarity), including two polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, two chlorobenzenes, two nitroaromatic compounds, dichlobenil, carbaryl and 2,4-dichlorophenol in aqueous suspension of four surface soils of eastern China. The tested soils were characterized with respect to organic carbon (OC) content, black carbon content, mineralogy, morphology and size fraction to assess the role of the diverse soil characteristics in sorption. The results of this study show that not only the solute hydrophobicity and the OC content of soil are important to the retention of organic pollutants, but also the solute molecular structure and the soil nature.     

三种气液混合泵气浮系统处理低浓度二级出水的对比研究

以低浓度的二级出水为处理对象,利用小试装置,以COD、TP和浊度为考察指标,对使用气液混合泵溶气的全溶气、部分溶气和回流加压溶气气浮系统进行了对比研究.结果表明,回流加压溶气气浮系统对3个指标的去除率明显高于全溶气和部分溶气气浮系统,而部分溶气气浮系统对COD、TP的去除率略高于全溶气气浮系统;二级出水浊度较低时,全溶气和部分溶气气浮系统的出水浊度反而升高,因此使用气液混合泵溶气的全溶气和部分溶气气浮系统不适合处理低浊度的二级出水.     

普通防电磁辐射家居服的开发

电磁辐射随时随地不同程度地影响着人类的健康,为减少其对人们日常生活的影响,需开发普通的防电磁辐射家居服。本文介绍了普通防电磁辐射家居服的生产过程和工艺,以及生产和设计过程中应注意关键问题,生产的防电磁辐射家居服防辐射性能可达20dB,足以屏蔽电脑、微波炉等家用电器的辐射。     

环境监测仪器的有效管理

对本文结合实际工作,从仪器建档、日常维护使用、人员职责等方面进行阐述,总结出一套具有可操作性的环境监测仪器管理程序。     

湖南罕见的一次低温雨雪冰冻灾害天气分析及预警预报

2008年1月中旬至2月初,湖南出现历史上罕见的低温、雨雪、冰冻灾害天气。对此次冰冻灾害进行了分析并与历史同期进行了比较,结果表明：此次冰冻灾害天气的主要特征是影响范围广、持续时间长、灾害强度大。＂拉尼娜＂事件和大气环流异常为此次持续的灾害性天气提供了重要的气候背景,在此背景下欧亚大气环流的持续稳定则是此次湖南持续低温雨雪灾害的直接原因。通过对这次冰冻灾害的成因分析,得出了冰冻预报的着眼点,提出了各级气象台站如何做好预报预警服务的基本思路,为冰冻灾害天气的准确预报、预警服务提供参考,对各级台站重大灾害性天气的预报服务和应急响应,具有重要的指导意义。     

废旧线路板回收的污染防治技术综述

废旧线路板回收不仅能够解决电子废弃物迅速增长带来的环境污染问题,而且可以实现资源再生利用,是中国当前鼓励发展的行业。线路板回收过程也将不可避免的带来一定环境污染问题。中国企业现阶段常用的线路板回收工艺主要包括机械物理法、湿法冶金、火法冶金、热解法等。废旧线路板的回收工艺不同,污染物产生特点也不同,企业应根据线路板回收工艺有针对性的选择污染防治措施。线路板回收过程中产生的废渣再利用应成为今后研究的重点。     

WHO-IRC和IAEA-AQCS国际比对样品的γ谱分析

报道了本实验室１９９１－１９９４年间参加ＷＨＯ－ＩＲＣ和ＩＡＥＡ－ＡＱＣＳ组织的环境样品放射性测量国际化对工作。用２台ＨＰＧｅγ谱仪,相对方法和效率曲线方法测量了土壤样品,用自吸收校正方法测量了生物样品。对ＷＨＯ－ＩＲＣ Ｎｏ．５７Ｖｉ３００号样品,在２８个报出实验室中,本实验室测量值与推荐值的平均相对偏差最小,为３．０４％。
