A procedure using pre-column trimethylsilyl derivatization and gas chromatography/ mass spectrometry (GC/MS) was developed and applied in determining trace estrogens in complex matrix. Main conditions were optimized, including pH value, salinity of water sample, elution reagents, clean procedure, derivative solvent and temperature. The optimized method was used to determine steroid estrogens in surface water and effluents of wastewater treatment plant (WWTP). Low detection limits of 0.01, 0.03, 0.03, 0.07, 0.09 and 0.13 ng/l for DES, E1, E2, EE2, E3 and E(V), respectively were obtained under optimism condition. No apparent interferences appeared in chromatography in comparison with ultrapure water blank. Mean recovery ranged from 72.6% to 111.0% with relative standard deviation of 1.1-4.6% for spiked surface water, and from 66.6% to 121.1% with relative standard deviation of 1.5-4.7% for spiked effluent of WWTP. The results suggested that the optimized method provides a robust solution for the determination of trace steroid estrogens in complex matrix.  相似文献

Studies on estrogenic disrupting compounds(EDCs) occurrence and identification of main responsible compounds in river water discharged into the sea are of significance.In the present research,we screened estrogenic activities of 10 river water samples from 3 main rivers discharged into Bohai Sea in Tianjin using a recombinant two-hybrid yeast assay and chemical analysis by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.All sample extracts induced significant estrogenic activity,with 17β-estradiol equivalents(EEQ) of raw water ranging from 5.72 to 59.06 ng/L.Six most concerned EDCs in the river water samples including estrone,17β-estradiol,17α-ethinylestradiol,estriol,diethylstilbestrol and estradiol valerate were determined,with their concentrations up to 50.70,31.40,24.40,37.20,2.56,and 8.47 ng/L,respectively.Through causality analysis by comparing the EEQ values of yeast assay and chemical analysis,17α-ethinylestradiol and 17β-estradiol were identified as the main contributors to the estrogenic effects of the river samples,accounting for the whole estrogenic activities(62.99% to 185.66%),and estrogen antagonistic compounds might presented in the heavy polluted water samples.The proposed approach using both chemical analysis and bioassay could be used for identification and evaluation of the estrogenic activity of EDCs in river water.  相似文献

采用循环吸附/解吸实验法,研究了西湖,滇池,太湖,甬江和钱塘江表层沉积物对菲的吸附特性.结果表明5水域沉积物对菲的吸附行为与沉积物有机碳含量有关,西湖和滇池沉积物对菲的吸附表现出明显不可逆性.研究发现当将总吸附量分解成可逆和不可逆吸附2个部分后,其可逆吸附部分可以很好地用脂/水分配机理进行预测.本工作认为河流和湖泊表层沉积物中的有机碳是控制菲环境行为的一个重要因素,但是其生态风险同时取决于沉积物的不可逆吸附特性.  相似文献

以异狄氏剂、狄氏剂和p,p'-滴滴涕3种持久性有机氯农药为研究对象,通过室内模拟实验,验证了三油酸甘油脂-醋酸纤维素复合膜(TECAM)富集水中自由溶解态疏水性有机物的假设,研究了水中溶解性有机碳对TECAM富集3种有机氯农药的影响,并与相同暴露条件下日本青鳉鱼的富集结果进行了比较.结果表明,TECAM只富集水中自由溶解形态的疏水性有机物;水中存在的溶解性有机碳会降低3种有机氯农药被TECAM和青鳉富集的可利用性;TECAM和青鳉的富集结果有很好的可比性.因此,TECAM能够用来预测疏水性有机污染物在不同溶解性有机碳含量的水中被鱼体富集的生物有效性.  相似文献

This study aimed to develop original laboratory culture and sediment toxicity testing protocols for the freshwater gastropod Bellamya aeruginosa(Reeve),a new potential species for sediment toxicity testing.B.aeruginosa was successfully cultured with an effective culture system under proposed laboratory conditions.Optimal ad libitum feeding levels for larvae,juveniles,and adults were 2.0,6.0,and 16.0 mg fish food/(snail·day),respectively.Mean survival rates of juveniles were higher than 90%.The snails could be sexed at 9 weeks of age,and their generation time is approximately 4 months.Reproduction continued all year around;the mean fecundity was 0.55 newborn/(female·day).The utility of this species for bioassays was evaluated in both 10-day and 28-day case studies with artificial sediments.The 10-day LC50 of Cu for larvae was 480 μg/g dry weight(dw),and the lowest observed effects concentration of Cu for survival and growth of larvae was 195 μg/g dw.Survival and growth are reliable indicators of acute toxicity.Larvae accumulated more Cu than adults.B.aeruginosa exhibited a higher sensitivity to Cu exposure than standard test species(Hyalella azteca and Chironomus tentans).The 28-day test of sediment toxicity with adults showed that fecundity was a robust endpoint indicator of reproductive toxicity,and the biochemical endpoints of superoxide dismutase,catalase,and glutathione could be used as sensitive biomarkers for Cu-induced oxidative damage.B.aeruginosa can be therefore recommended as a candidate for the standardization of the freshwater sediment toxicity test protocol.  相似文献

为探究玛瑙河干流大型底栖动物群落结构及其影响因素,于2021年1月(枯水期)和2021年7月(丰水期)分别对其进行水质监测和大型底栖动物样品采集,调查并记录生境状况和环境特征,采用FBI (family biotic index, 科级生物指数)评价法和冗余分析法(RDA)探究不同水情期水环境状况及大型底栖动物群落结构的主要影响因子. 结果表明:①玛瑙河干流大型底栖动物群落结构时空差异显著,丰、枯水期共采集到大型底栖动物691个,隶属于2门4纲10目26科28种,优势物种共18种,个体数量、丰富度及优势物种数均呈现丰水期>枯水期,其中枯水期以双壳纲种类最多,丰水期以昆虫纲种类最多;②玛瑙河干流枯水期FBI评价结果以一般和轻度污染为主,丰水期以很清洁和极清洁为主,上游和中游河段水体污染较为严重,水质状况总体较2020年有所提升;③影响枯水期大型底栖动物群落结构的主要环境因子为水温、流速和PO43?浓度,丰水期为CODMn. 研究显示,玛瑙河干流大型底栖动物群落结构及其主要环境影响因子在不同水情期存在显著差异,丰水期水质状况良好,枯水期部分河段水体存在污染,需引起重视.   相似文献

不断升高的糖尿病发病率在全球范围内引起广泛关注,流行病学调查显示糖尿病发病率的增加与环境内分泌干扰化合物使用量增大之间存在显著相关,环境内分泌干扰化合物可能增加糖尿病发病风险,是影响糖尿病的危险因素。在此背景下,综述了环境内分泌干扰化合物暴露与糖尿病发病之间的流行病学关系;环境内分泌干扰化合物暴露对胰岛β细胞胰岛素分泌的调节、高胰岛素效应及其潜在的作用机理,表明影响胰岛素分泌是环境内分泌干扰化合物调节代谢,诱发糖尿病的重要作用机制。  相似文献

铜的毒性因受多种环境因素(如温度、pH等)的影响,其水质基准和标准经历过多次修改。由于不同区系生物受生活环境等因素的影响,不同物种对铜的耐受性和敏感度上存在很大的差异。本文通过构建类群特异性敏感度分布,以及对10%安全浓度值(10%hazardous concentration,HC_(10))及其95%置信区间(95%confidence interval,95%CI)的比较,分析了铜对淡水和海水各类群的敏感度差异,以期为我国在制定相关水质基准的物种选择上提供参考。结果显示,淡水系统中藻类为对铜毒性最敏感类群,其次为甲壳类,软体动物类,鱼类,寡毛类,而昆虫类为对铜的最耐受类群。海水各类群对铜的敏感度顺序与淡水类似,只是在寡毛类和鱼类顺序上有所不同。相对于海洋物种,淡水水体生物总体上比海水中各相应类群生物对铜更为敏感。  相似文献

Effluents from wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) have been reported to have a broad spectrum of endocrine disrupting compounds (EDCs). The majority of studies have focused on the occurrence of estrogenic activity, while ignoring nuclear hormone receptors (NRs) pathways. In the present study, a battery of in vitro yeast bioassays and a cell bioassay, including antagonistic and agonistic effects on estrogen receptor (ER), androgen receptor (AR), progesterone receptor (PR), estrogen- related receptor (ERR) and aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AHR), were conducted to evaluate the removal efficien- cies of EDCs by different treatment processes of a WWTP located in Beijing. Estrogenic, anti-estrogenic, anti- androgenic, anti-progesteronic, anti-ERR and the activa- tion of AHR activities were detected in samples from all treatment processes and the receiving water. The concen- tration of estrogenic contaminants with estradiol (E2) equivalent concentrations ranged from 0.82 x 10-9 to 3.54 x 10 9g Ee_EQ.L-1. The concentration of anti-estrogenic contaminants with 4-hydroxytamoxifen (4-OHT) equiva- lent concentrations ranged from 1.24 × 10-6 to 2.36 x 10-6 g 4-OHT-EQ.L-1. The concentration of anti-androgenic contaminants ranged from 2.21 x 10-s to 3.52 × 10-6g flutamide-EQ. L-1. The concentration of anti-progesteronic contaminants ranged from 3.15 x 10^-5 to 2.71 x 10^-4g RU486-EQ. L-1. The concentration of anti-ERR contami- nants ranged from 7.09 x 10-5 to 6.50 x 104 g 4-OHT-EQ × L^-10. The concentration of AHR activators ranged from 1.7 × 10-10 to 3.4 × 10^-10g TCDD-EQ-L-1. These processes including secondary clarifier, coagulation, as well as coal and sand filtration could eliminated 67.2% of estrogenic contaminants, 47.0% of anti-estrogenic contaminants, 98.3% of anti-androgenic contaminants, 88.4% of anti- progesteronic contaminants, 65.4% of anti-ERR contami- nants and 46.9% of AHR activators. WWTP effluents contain multiple receptor disruptors may have very complex adverse effects on exposed organisms.  相似文献
