The paper considers the problem concerning the response of a stably stratified two-component medium (salt water, moist air) in the presence of a stationary source of vertical impulse. For a homogeneous vertical distribution of the impulse source (i.e., the applied vertical force), due to the symmetry of the problem, one succeeded in finding the explicit analytical solution of the stationary problem for arbitrary source amplitude. The solution is expressed through Kelvin’s cylindrical functions and represents the stationary vertical jet. The two-component character of the medium can influence substantially the quality of the properties of the solution. In particular, the jet parameters are not defined uniquely by the buoyancy frequency (density stratification). In the solution, the stratifications of the two hydrodynamic components have the distinctive influences that are defined by values of corresponding exchange coefficients. For example, in salt water the solution dependence on salinity stratification may be much more than on temperature stratification.  相似文献

The distribution of chemical elements in plants was studied in natural and technogenic ecosystems of the southern Baikal region. Basic statistical parameters characterizing the contents of a wide range of elements in different soil horizons and plants of the region and the “world land” (average for all the continents) were compared. On the basis of data on the distribution of chemical elements in the soil-plant system, groups of elements differing in the coeffient of biological absorption (C b) were distinguished. Evidence of antagonism between the main biophilous elements and heavy metals accumulating in plants was obtained. Interrelations of K and Na, which play an important role in the regulation of osmotic processes in plants, were analyzed. The phenomenon of potassium replacement by sodium in plants of technogenic ecosystems may serve as a criterion for assessing the phytotoxicity and environmental quality.  相似文献

The bioconcentration and distribution pattern of p,p'-DDT 1,1,1-1trichloro-2,2-bis(2-chlorophenyl-4-chlorophenyl)-ethane] and its main metabolites (p,p'-DDD [1,1-dichloro-2,2-bis (4-chlorophenyl) ethane] and p,p'-DDE [1,1-dichloro-2,2-bis (4-chlorophenyl) in adipose tissue, liver, brain, kidney, thymus, and testis were examined in young rats after 10 days of intraperitoneal injection of 50 and 100 mg of p,p'-DDT/kg of body weight. Analyses were performed by high-resolution gas chromatography. p,p'-DDT was found to be accumulated in a dose-dependent manner with the highest concentration in adipose tissue. However, in brain, the accumulation of pesticide was low and remained unchanged at the higher dose. This difference may relate to the protective role of the blood-brain barrier, which limits the access of the xenobiotic in the cerebral compartment, and to the differential tissue lipid composition. Although tissues concentration of p,p'-DDE and p,p'-DDD correlated positively to total p,p'-DDT levels, the active role in detoxification of pollutants may explain why p,p'-DDD is more abundant in liver than in the rest of organs. On the contrary, in brain, the concentration of p,p'-DDE is higher than that of p,p'-DDD, suggesting that the metabolism of the parent insecticide proceeds via more than one pathway.  相似文献

Microbiomes were analyzed in samples of the major soil types of Russia and Western Kazakhstan region from different plant communities (fallow, forest, agrophytocenosis). The representatives of 42 bacterial and 2 archaeal phyla were identified in the samples, among which the dominant positions were occupied by representatives of ten phyla: nine bacterial (Actinobacteria (33.5%), Proteobacteria (28.4%), Acidobacteria (8.3%), Verrucomicrobia (7.7%), Bacteroidetes (4.2%), Chloroflexi (3.0%), Gemmatimonadetes (2.3%), Firmicutes (2.1%), Planctomycetes (2.0%)) and one archaeal Crenarchaeota (2.6%). Data analysis by the methods of multivariate statistics suggests that the taxonomic structure of microbiota is formed under the action of two main factors: the strongest factor is soil acidity, which determines the dynamics of the microbiome at the level of major taxa such as phylum, and the weaker factor is the type of vegetation, which determines the community structure at lower taxonomic level (order, family, genus). Detailed analysis of the samples of podzolic soil in Leningrad Region made it possible to identify bacterial taxa specifically associated both with the type of biome (fallow, forest, agrophytocenosis) and with the specific plant community (specific composition of plant synusia).  相似文献
