人类无精症相关新基因ZNF313启动子的初步分析

采用PCR方法扩增了ZNF313基因的启动子序列,构建了含人ZNF313基因启动子不同片断的荧光素酶报告基因表达体系.以pRLTK为内参照质粒,瞬时转染HEK293T细胞,48h后收集细胞,测定荧光素酶的相对表达活性.结果发现,在ZNF313基因的启动子区域构建了4种荧光素酶报告基因表达体系,即pGL3215(-215bp～ 38bp)、pGL3160(-160bp～ 38bp)、pGL3133(-133bp～ 128bp)和pGL38(-8bp～ 128bp).其中pGL3215表达载体的荧光素酶相对表达活性最高;pGL3160和pGL3133表达载体的荧光素酶相对表达活性几乎相同,且是pGL3215的75%;而pGL38的荧光素酶相对表达活性急剧下降,接近于零.这表明,-133bp～-8bp区域内含有人ZNF313基因转录所必需的启动子序列.生物信息学的分析表明,两个SP1、一个AP2和一个TAg是人ZNF313基因启动子所必需的.图4参19     

烟气脱硫技术的模糊评价

应用模糊数学原理，将素质决策与数量决策相结合，以三种典型烟气脱硫技术为例，对所涉及的定性和定量指标进行处理，经模糊线性加权变换，评估和优选出适合我国国情，具有较好的环境，社会，经济效益的烟气脱硫技术，比较表明，模糊决策方法在脱硫技术的评估和优选中优于单一的素质决策或数量决策方法，是一种有前途的科学的定量化决策方法。     

Sonographic features of ileal duplication cyst at 12 weeks

Enteric duplication cyst is a congenital abnormality that is believed to arise from abnormal recanalization of the bowel during embryogenesis. Previous reports suggest that the condition may be suspected prenatally by sonographic demonstration of an intra-abdominal cystic mass in the second and third trimesters. We present the sonographic features of a fetus with ileal duplication cyst at 12 weeks of gestation, which show that the condition may present in the first trimester of pregnancy. 一种悬浮填料在处理PTA废水中的应用

通过对生产实验及工程实例的运行分析，认为所开发的梅花形多孔面悬浮填料具有优异的性能，以该填料为主体的接触氧化法具有处理能力大、抗冲击性好、挂膜快等优点，在生产实验和PTA废水预处理的实际应用中化学耗氧量(CODcr)去除率分别达到了60％和40％，满足了生产要求。     

九寨沟风景区游客入游距离特征研究

九寨沟风景区属于长江支流水系的上游，是长江支流源头区以景观资源（尤其是水景观）及生态旅游资源为特色的典型地区，目前旅游业成为当地及同类地区的旅游重要产业。旅游市场是当地旅游发展基础之一。在实地游客抽样调查及旅游区游客登记统计共涉及约2万人统计资料及数据库处理的基础上较系统地研究了九寨沟入游游客的入游距离特征。对九寨沟不同目标市场游客的入游距离特征进行了统计描述，揭示了游客入游距离与年龄、收入、职业、文化、心理收入、旅游态度相关，而与旅游动机相关性不明显，景观偏好可以反映游客的旅游心理特征，并在一定程度上影响入游距离。同时揭示了入游距离感知的距离衰减特征，印证了心理学感知理论中的韦伯理论在距离感知中的体现。还解释了游客的主观假设替代旅游地的旅游距离与入游距离呈线性相关关系。     

The effect of fetal gender on second-trimester maternal serum inhibin-A concentration

Second-trimester serum inhibin-A is increasingly used as a fourth marker in addition to the triple test to screen for Down syndrome. We investigated whether fetal gender had an effect on serum inhibin-A concentration. A retrospective analysis was done on 316 normal pregnancies and 48 Down syndrome pregnancies in which maternal serum inhibin-A assays were performed between 15 and 20 weeks of gestation and in which the fetal sex was known. The median inhibin-A MoM (95% CI) for normal pregnancies in the presence of a male fetus was 0.93 (range 0.88–1.03). This was significantly lower than that in the presence of a female fetus (median MoM=1.04). The gender difference was not observed in the Down syndrome pregnancies. The increased inhibin-A concentration would lead to a 2.3-fold higher false-positive rate in the presence of a female fetus (10.6% vs 4.6%; p<0.05, Chi-square test). Because of the small number of cases studied, the results need to be substantiated by a larger series. If the gender effect is confirmed, adjustment for fetal sex may be necessary when inhibin-A is used as a screening marker. Copyright © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

DG1025-18.2 Ⅱ 4型锅炉再热器集箱三通环焊缝开裂原因分析及处理措施

通过宏观形貌检查、化学成分分析及金相组织分析等方法对某电厂中温再热器集箱三通开裂原因进行了系统分析。分析结果表明:2002年连接管改造时未能将原有裂纹完全打磨消除,加上削薄斜面斜率过大,运行中残余微裂纹扩展,最终导致三通近焊缝处开裂。最后针对具体失效原因,提出了按标准要求削薄、打磨后表面检测、磨平焊口进行超声波检测及相关排查等改进措施和建议。
