在利用渗透反应格栅技术修复地下水氨氮污染过程中,掌握氨氮在不同介质环境中的转化规律及存在形态对多介质渗透反应格栅中各介质作用及氮转化过程的控制十分重要.针对进水氨氮浓度约10 mg/L的模拟地下水,以天然河沙、释氧材料、斜发沸石及海绵铁为反应介质,设计了一套多介质渗透反应格栅模拟氨氮在各介质环境中的转化及归宿.结果表明,在天然河沙层,氨氮优先被河沙吸附固定,但去除量有限(△C<1.5 mg/L),氨氮主要以离子态溶于模拟地下水.在好氧沸石层,氨氮经沸石吸附及生物硝化协同作用几乎被完全去除,该层出水氨氮浓度低于0.01 mg/L,且氮主要存在形态为硝酸盐氮(C=10~26.6 mg/L).在铁厌氧层,部分硝酸盐氮经海绵铁化学还原和生物反硝化作用,分别被转化为氨氮(△C=2~9.5 mg/L)和氮气(△C<8 mg/L),其余硝酸盐氮以离子态继续存留于模拟地下水.  相似文献

The photodynamic decomposition of two new insect-growth inhibitors (IGRs), 2-tert-butyl-5-[5'-aryl-2'-(1',3',4'-oxadiazolyl)methoxy]-3(2H)-pyridazinones (OPB) and its 4-chloro substituted derivative (OPC), and effect of surfactants on persistence of their bioactivity were taken into investigation. Both chemicals were significantly induced to photolysis by ultraviolet light at 365 nm wavelength and their inhibitory activities against Pseudaletia separata larvae decreased with the increasing irradiation time. However, irradiation at 254 nm wavelength didn't cause their photodegradation. Triton X-100 and Succinic-sulfonie acidic sodium but not Tween 60 possessed strong capability to slow down the decomposition and obviously prolonged the half life of OPC in laboratory and field whilst effects of the three surfactants almost did not preserve the inhibitory activity of OPB. Data suggested that electron-withdrawing halogen (-Cl) on the pi electron system in planar benzene-oxadialyl structures might reduce the efficiency of OPC on ultraviolet (UV) photoabsorption, and its hydrophobic interaction with the surfactants might be beneficial for forming stable micellar solubilization, thus sustaining the chemical's bioactivity.  相似文献

Loss of nitrogen from the soil-plant system has raised environmental concern. This study assessed the fluxes of nitrous oxide (N2O) in the subsurface flow constructed wetlands (CWs). To better understand the mechanism of N2O emission, spatial distribution of ammonia-oxidizing bacteria (AOB) in four kinds of wetlands soil were compared. N2O emission data showed large temporal and spatial variation ranging from -5.5 to 32.7 mg N2O m(-2) d(-1). The highest N2O emission occurred in the cell planted with Phragmites australis and Zizania latifolia. Whereas, the lower emission rate were obtained in the cell planted with P. australis and Typha latifolia. These revealed that Z. latifolia stimulated the N2O emission. Transportation of more organic matter and oxygen for AOB growth may be the reason. The study of AOB also supported this result, indicating that the root structure of Z. latifolia was favored by AOB for N2O formation.  相似文献

利用尾矿为吸附剂,模拟了其对废水中磷的去除效果.结果表明,焙烧可以明显提高尾矿对模拟废水中磷的吸附,而尾矿投加量、接触时间、pH,反应温度均是影响吸附的重要因素.热活化尾矿对磷的吸附与Langmuir、 Freundlich等温方程式的拟合程度均较高,在碱性条件下,对初始质量浓度为50mg/L的模拟含磷废水,磷的去除率可达96%以上.此外,由于尾矿具有特殊的层状结构和化学活性成分,特别是热活化尾矿,对模拟废水中的磷是较好的吸附剂,可用于去除废水中磷,是尾矿作为吸附剂去除实际废水中磷的重要基础.  相似文献

The Qiantang River is a typical river flowing through an agricultural area in China. It was studied in 2006 for its aquatic biota quality by determining 13 organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) in the edible parts of crabs, clams, shrimp, fish, aquatic plants, as well as water and sediments collected from seven sites along its upper reaches all the way downstream. The levels of all insecticides were in the range of 17+/-13 (water plants), 35+/-36 (shrimp), 32+/-14 (crabs), 39+/-21 (clams), 47+/-35 (fish) ng/g wet weight (ww) and in the range of 2936+/-2356 (water plants), 5827+/-6013 (shrimp), 2102+/-966 (crabs), 1859+/-1018 (clams), 3624+/-11331 (fish) ng/g lipid. DDT and its metabolites were the predominant contaminants in most biota. A linear relationship was observed between the log bio-concentration factor (BCF) and log octanol-water partition coefficients (Kow) for fish, clams and shrimp. Composition analyses in various environmental media indicated a recent usage of lindane and dicofol into the river.  相似文献

本文对不同隔热层材料组成的消防服的热防护性能进行了实验测试与分析验证,评价了新型组合式消防服和传统组合式消防服的隔热性能优劣。结果表明以SiO2气凝胶材料为隔热层的新型组合式消防服的导热系数约为传统型的1/4,具有更显著的热防护效果。  相似文献

The effects of bile salts (sodium cholate and sodium deoxycholate, 0-20 mmol/L), divalent cations (Ca^2+, Mg^2+, Cu^2+ and Zn^2+, 0-20 mmol/L) or pH (3.0-10.0) on the adsorption of norfloxacin by three selected soils (Paddy_H, Paddy_G and Red_J) were systematically studied. Soil adsorption of norfloxacin follows a pseudo second-order kinetics model, and the maximum adsorption capacity has been determined from the nonlinear fit of the Langmuir isotherm model to be 88.8, 88.1 and 63.0 μmol/g for the adsorption onto Paddy_H, Paddy_G and Red_J, respectively. The results indicate that norfloxacin has a high adsorption affinity for the agricultural soils tested and that the organic content of these soils have at least a slight influence on this adsorption. The adsorption of norfloxacin to soils was strongly dependent on pH and exhibited a maximum at approximately pH 6. The presence of divalent cations prominently suppressed the adsorption of norfloxacin by paddy soils, which followed an order of Cu^2+ 〉 Mg^2+ 〉 Ca^2+ 〉 Zn^2+, and by red soil, which followed an order of Cu^2+ 〉 Zn^2+ 〉 Ca^2+ 〉 Mg^2+. The adsorption of norfloxacin (by the soils studied) sharply decreased as the amount of bile salts was increased. For uncharged norfloxacin at environmentally relevant pH values, such factors as soil type, exogenous divalent cations and macromolecules significantly altered the environmental fate and transport of norfloxacin between aquatic and soil interfaces.  相似文献

曝气生物滤池具有体积小、处理效率高、出水水质好、流程简单的优点,最大特点是使用了一种新型粒状填料.它的去除机理主要有过滤、吸附和生物代谢.填料高度对去除效果有很大影响.研究结果表明,去除率同填料高度成正相关,最上层的37cm 厚滤料去除污染物的效果最好,该处的SS、COD、BOD5、NH3N和TN的去除率分别为70% 、825% 、6695% 、536% 和502% .  相似文献

Exposure to chloramphenicol(CAP),a chlorinated nitroaromatic antibiotic,can induce CAP-resistant bacteria/genes in diverse environments. A biocathode bioelectrochemical system(BES) was applied to reduce CAP under switched operational temperatures.When switching from 25 to 10°C,the CAP reduction rate(kCAP) and the maximum amount of the dechlorinated reduced amine product(AMCl,with no antibacterial activity) by the biocathode communities were both markedly decreased. The acetate and ethanol yield from cathodophilic microbial glucose fermentation(with release of electrons) was also reduced. Formation of the product AMCl was enhanced by the biocathode dechloridation reaction compared with that produced from pure electrochemical or microbial dechloridation processes. The electrochemical and morphological analyses of cathode biofilms demonstrated that some cathodophilic microbes could adapt to low temperature and play a key role in CAP degradation. The resilient biocathode BES has a potential for the treatment of CAP-containing wastewater in temperature fluctuating environments.  相似文献
