基于太湖微囊藻毒素的叶绿素a阈值研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以探讨叶绿素a(Chl-a)阈值为主要目的于2013年6~10月间每月在太湖采样,通过固相萃取超高效液相色谱串联质谱法对水体中3种微囊藻毒素(MC-LR、MC-RR、MC-YR)进行检测.利用SPSS软件分析各种形态的微囊藻毒素(MCs)与总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)、Chl-a、高锰酸盐指数等富营养指标的相关性,分析了MC-LR、MCs与Chl-a的关系.结果表明,太湖MCs污染较严重,其浓度的空间分布特征为:梅梁湾>贡湖、西部沿岸区>湖心区>胥湖区、南部湖区,并以MC-LR浓度最高;相关性分析表明MC-LR、MC-RR、MC-YR及MCs均与高锰酸盐指数、TN、TP、Chl-a呈极显著正相关(P<0.01).结合饮用水中MC-LR和MCs的标准限值分析得出,太湖Chl-a的阈值是12.26 mg·m-3,与美国北卡罗莱纳州湖泊的Chl-a标准值比较属于安全阈值,具有一定的科学性.  相似文献

2013年1月邯郸市严重霾天气的污染特征分析   总被引:4,自引:3,他引:1  
利用河北工程大学大气环境监测站点的PM10、PM2.5、SO2和NOx在线监测数据,并结合能见度、湿度数据,对邯郸市2012年12月1日到2013年1月31日的大气污染状况进行分析,特别是2013年1月持续发生的霾天气,以探讨严重霾污染的过程特征.结果表明,2013年1月,SO2与NOx的平均浓度分别为225.3 μg·m-3和217.8 μg·m-3,PM10和PM2.5的平均浓度分别为328.5 μg·m-3和229.4 μg·m-3,均超过新颁布的环境空气质量标准,是2012年12月平均浓度的1.4~3.5倍.重污染过程分析结果显示,污染峰值附近几天内PM10、PM2.5的时均浓度变化无明显规律.累积阶段的PM2.5/PM10在0.42~0.52之间,峰值前后上升并超过0.70,扩散阶段PM2.5/PM10降到0.70以下,且呈波动式变化.当PM2.5/PM10小于0.40时,能见度基本位于2~18 km之间;当PM2.5/PM10在0.40~0.60之间时,能见度在0.7~8 km之间;当PM2.5/PM10大于0.60时,能见度分布于2 km以下.  相似文献

To investigate the effects of Cd on tolerance and antioxidant activities of castor, two different castor(Ricinus communis L.) cultivars(Zibo No. 5 and Zibo No. 8) were used for a hydroponic experiment(0, 1 and 2 mg/L Cd) and a pot experiment using Cd-contaminated soil(34 mg/kg) with the addition of ethylenedinitrilotetraacetic acid(EDTA). The results indicated that there were significant differences between the two cultivars with respect to Cd uptake in shoots(113–248 mg/kg for Zibo No. 5 and 130–288 mg/kg Zibo No. 8), biomass tolerance indexes(64.9%–74.6% for Zibo No. 5 and 80.1%–90.9% for Zibo No. 8) in the hydroponic experiment and survival rates(0% for Zibo No. 5 and 100% for Zibo No. 8)determined by the addition of EDTA in the pot experiment, suggesting that Zibo No. 8 has higher tolerance than Zibo No. 5. Moreover, the castor cultivars have low bioconcentration factors(4.80% for Zibo No. 5 and 5.43% for Zibo No. 8) and low translocation factors(〈1%).Consequently, Zibo No. 8 can participate in Cd phytostabilization in highly Cd-polluted areas. The results indicated that glutathione(GSH) as a non-enzymatic antioxidant, and antioxidant enzymes including superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase(CAT) and guaiacol peroxidase(GPX), were cultivar- and dose-dependent. The higher tolerance of Zibo No. 8compared with Zibo No. 5 can be attributed to the higher GSH levels in the root and higher GPX activity in the leaf.  相似文献

通过室内培养试验研究了磷矿粉和草酸活化磷矿粉与腐熟水稻秸秆配施及不同水分处理对土壤基本性质和铅形态变化的影响.结果表明,施用3种钝化材料都能提高土壤p H值、有效磷、交换性钙、阳离子交换量,其中活化磷矿粉效果最佳;与保持70%田间持水量相比,淹水处理增加p H、提高交换性钙效果更好,但有效磷较低.施用3种钝化材料能使可交换态铅减少,促进其向生物难利用态转变,活化磷矿粉对铅的钝化效果优于未活化的磷矿粉,两者最高分别可使交换态与对照相比降低40.3%和24.2%,且钝化效果与施用量呈正相关;腐熟水稻秸秆能增加土壤有机结合态铅;淹水处理可促使交换态铅向铁锰氧化物和残渣态转化.  相似文献

产甲烷菌是填埋场稳定化的关键微生物.以北京市北神树垃圾填埋场为采样地,钻井采集了填埋深度6~36.1 m,填埋时间2~15 a的垃圾样品.采用PCR检验其中产甲烷菌的种类,并基于QPCR技术获得的数据,研究了各类产甲烷菌随时间和深度的数量变化,及其与垃圾化学性质之间的关系.发现堆体内有机质含量基本稳定,p H呈弱碱性,符合产甲烷阶段的化学特性.检测出两类乙酸营养型产甲烷菌(Methanosaeta和Methanosarcina),一类氢营养型产甲烷菌(Methanobacterials).随着填埋时间的延长,产甲烷菌呈现出先升高后下降的趋势,填埋9 a以上的垃圾中产甲烷菌群落结构趋于稳定.乙酸营养型的Methanosarcina为优势类群.三类产甲烷菌的含量与挥发性脂肪酸含量显著相关,与各类大分子有机质含量相关性很弱或不相关,表明产甲烷菌的数量受底物含量的影响,而在填埋2 a以上的垃圾中,大分子水解、发酵等作用对产甲烷菌影响微弱.  相似文献

The Sloping Land Conversion Program (also known as "Grain for Green" or the Upland Conversion Program) for converting cropland to forest is one of China's most ambitious environmental initiatives, and is one of the world's largest land-conservation programs with a budget of RMB 337 billion (over US$ 40 billion). Although environmental impacts have played a vital role in the general reasoning and argumentation for forest plantations, environmental impact analyses have often received less attention than economic analyses in the planning of plantation forestry projects. The overall goal of this paper is to evaluate the program's environmental impact considering the farmer's interests and the potential social benefits due to carbon sequestration in different scenarios based on household and field survey data in Dunhua County. Our findings are that: (1) in many cases, the program did not give adequate consideration to land productivity and environmental heterogeneity when selecting plots; (2) more than half of the reforestation plots were on flat cropland (slopes of less than 5 degrees ); (3) in five of the eight townships, net incomes on reforested land were substantially above or below previous crop incomes, raising questions about the efficiency of the allocation of compensation to farmers participating in the program; (4) the potential carbon co-benefit increased the NPV of the program by 5954-7009 RMB/ha. In conclusion, we recommend that more attention should be paid to the quality of reforestation programs rather than just their scale and note that consideration of potential carbon sequestration co-benefits enhances the benefits of cropland conversion programs.  相似文献

Through interpreting Landsat TM images, this study analyzes the spatial distribution of rural settlements in China in 2000. It calculates rural residential land percentage for every 1-km2 cell. The entire country is divided into 33 regions to investigate the spatio-temporal dynamic patterns of rural residential land during the 1990s. According to the remote sensing survey, the rural residential land increased by 7.88 × 105 ha in the 1990s. The increment of rural residential land was 0.55 million ha in 1990–1995 and 0.23 million ha in 1995–2000. In 1990–1995, rural residential land increased dramatically in the eastern regions such as the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, and North China Plain, accounting for 80.80% of the national growth; the expansion in the western regions was much more moderate. In 1995–2000, the expansion of rural residential land in eastern regions slowed, accounting for only 58.54% of the increase at the national level, whereas the expansion in the western regions accelerated. Rapid rural residential development resulted from increasing home construction and the limited control on rural land. The great regional disparity reflected the regional economic development and land-use policy change. Our finding shows that nearly 60% of the rural residential area came from cropland.  相似文献

Two indigenous microorganisms, Bacillus sp. SB02 and Mucor sp. SF06, capable of degrading polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) were co-immobilized on vermiculite by physical adsorption and used to degrade benzo[a] pyrene (BaP). The characteristics of BaP degradation by both free and co-immobilized microorganism were then investigated and compared. The removal rate using the immobilized bacterial-fungal mixed consortium was higher than that of the freely mobile mixed consortium. 95.3% of BaP was degraded using the co-immobilized system within 42 d, which was remarkably higher than the removal rate of that by the free strains. The optimal amount of inoculated co-immobilized system for BaP degradation was 2%. The immobilized bacterial-fungal mixed consortium also showed better water stability than the free strains. Kinetics of BaP biodegradation by co-immobilized SF06 and SB02 were also studied. The results demonstrated that BaP degradation could be well described by a zero-order reaction rate equation when the initial BaP concentration was in the range of 10--200 mg/kg. The scanning electronic microscope (SEM) analysis showed that the co-immobilized microstructure was suitable for the growth of SF06 and SB02. The mass transmission process of co-immobilized system in soil is discussed. The results demonstrate the potential for employing the bacterial-fungal mixed consortium, co-immobilized on vermiculite, for in situ bioremediation of BaP.  相似文献
