催化技术在污染物治理应用的研究进展

对近年来催化技术在污染物治理应用的研究进展进行了综述,指出了现在研究中存在的主要问题,并对其前景进行了展望。     

Catalysts for decomposing ozone tail gas

The preparation of immobilizing-catalysts for decomposing ozone by using dipping method was studied. XRD, XPS and TEM were used to characterize the catalysts. The three kinds of catalysts were selected preferentially, and their catalytic activities were investigated. The results showed that the catalyst with activated carbon dipping acetate( active components are Mn:Cu = 3:2, active component proportion in catalyst is 15%, calcination temperature is 200℃ ) has the best catalytic activity for ozone decomposing. One gram of catalyst can decompose 17.6g ozone at initial ozone concentration of 2.5g/m^3 and the residence time in reactor of 0.1s. The experimental results also indicated that humidity of reaction system had negative effect on catalytic activity.     

城市生活垃圾无害化处理工艺

根据武汉市金口、郭茨口两个垃圾处理场情况 ,分析了城市生活垃圾处理现状及其危害 ,阐述了生活垃圾无害化处理工艺 ,提出生活垃圾无害化处理不仅可以实现资源的持续利用 ,而且奠定了城市可持续发展的基础     

狭窄海湾潮交换的分段模式Ⅱ.在象山港的应用

作者前文所建立的狭窄海湾潮交换的分段模式的合理性由矩形海湾数值计算结果得到验证，并被应用于象山港海湾更新周期估算。     

土壤中水溶氟与总氟和土壤PH值的相关分析

使用实测资料，利用数理统计方法分析了土壤中水溶氟与总氟和土壤ＰＨ值三者间的相关关系，提出了在背景地区，土壤水溶氟与总氟、土壤ＰＨ值间无相关性；与土壤ＰＨ值间无相关性的结论。     

关于现代模具制造的研究

此文构造了面向工艺过程规划的现代模具制造框架,并与传统模具制造相对比,总结出现代模具制造的主要特点,存在的问题及相应对策。     

麻石文丘里洗涤吸收器在APV尾气处理上的应用

介绍了ＡＰＶ喷雾干燥尾气的性质，原尾气系统存在的问题，改造中采取的措施、原理、流程和取得的效果。实践证明，用“麻石文丘里一次降温、洗涤—ＸＰ型塔板二次洗涤—旋流除雾器除雾”的改造方案，取代原“换热器降温—喷淋塔洗涤—折流脱水器脱水”的流程，取得了良好的降温、洗气和除雾效果，且工程费用低。     

加压活性炭生物膜法处理DSD有机废水

采用加压活性炭生物膜法处理以对硝基甲苯磺酸盐为主的难降解的有机废水的研究,是在活性炭生物膜法处理有机废水基础上发展起来的新技术。本实验结果表明,在加压9.8×10~4Pa(1kgt/cm~2)的条件下,COD_(Cr)去除率为62％～70％,比常压活性炭生物膜法高20％～25％;其容积负荷Nv=1.7～2.9kgCOD/m~3·d,比一般活性污泥法高3～6倍。     

Effect of sorbed and desorbed Zn(Ⅱ) on the growth of a green alga (Chlorella pyrenoidosa)

Toxic effect of Zn(Ⅱ)on a green alga(ChloreUa pyrenoidosa)in the presence of sepiolite and kaolinite was investigated.The Zn-free clays were found to have a negative impact on the growth of C.pyrenoidosa in comparison with control samples(without adding any clay or Zn(Ⅱ)).When Zn(Ⅱ)was added,the algae in the presence of clays could be better survived than the control samples,which was actually caused by a decrease in Zn(Ⅱ)concentration in the solution owing to the adsorption of Zn(Ⅱ)on the clays.When the solution system was diluted,the growth of algae could be further inhibited as compared to that in a system which had the same initial Zn(Ⅱ)concentration as in the diluted system.This in fact resulted from desorption of Zn(Ⅱ)from the zinc-contaminated clays,although the effect varied according to the different desorption capabilities of sepiolite and kaolinite.Therefore the adsorption and desorption processes of Zn(Ⅱ)played an important part in its toxicity,and adsorption and desorption of pollutants on soils/sediments should be well considered in natural eco-environmental systems before their risk of toxicity to aquatic organisms was assessed objectively.     

污水处理的节能实践

采用变频技术时污水处理设备进行节能改造，使其根据污水水量、水质的变化而自动调速。将污泥机械脱水滤液与剩余污泥混合，以此来改善污泥的浓缩脱水性能。工程运行实例表明：设备的变频调速和滤液的再利用能够降低污水处理的能量消耗，提高工艺运行水平。
