Adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system for classification of water quality status

An adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system was used for classifying water quality status of river. It applied several physical and inorganic chemical indicators including dissolved oxygen, chemical oxygen demand, and ammonia-nitrogen. A data set (nine weeks, total 845 observations) was collected from 100 monitoring stations in all major river basins in China and used for training and validating the model. Up to 89.59% of the data could be correctly classified using this model. Such performance was more competitive when compared with artificial neural networks. It is applicable in evaluation and classification of water quality status.

内置渗透墙型生态塘处理农村生活污水的研究

通过在传统的生态塘中增设了一道活性渗透墙而改造成的内置渗透墙型生态塘。结果表明,内置渗透墙型生态塘对生活污水具有良好的处理效果,在水力负荷为0．05～0．1m^3／m^2·d之间时,即水力停留时间在10d～20d时,它对COD的去除率在60％以上,对TN的去除率在50％以上,对TP的去除率在75％以上。大大减轻了后序工艺的负担,减少了后序处理设施。从而缩小了整个生态塘系统的占地面积,节省了基建投资,是一种高效的适合农村生活污水处理的技术。

An E. coli SOS-EGFP biosensor for fast and sensitive detection of DNA damaging agents

An E. coli SOS-EGFP biosensor which expresses enhanced green fluorescent protein as a reporter protein under the control of recA gene promoter in SOS response was constructed for detection of DNA damage and evaluation of DNA damaging chemicals. The chemicals that may cause substantial DNA damage will trigger SOS response in the constructed bacterial biosensor, and then the reporter egfp gene under the control of recA promoter is stimulated to express as a fluorescent protein, allowing fast and sensitive fluorescence detection. Interestingly, this biosensor can be simultaneously applied for evaluation of genotoxicity and cytotoxicity. The SOS-EGFP bacterial biosensor provides a sensitive, specific and simple method for detecting known and potential DNA damaging chemicals.     

广州市道路交通噪声地图的绘制

基于速度-密度关系模型,由浮动车速推算出广州市路网的交通流量,并从地理信息系统(GIS)加载道路及建筑物的属性信息作为噪声计算的输入参数;然后结合单车辆噪声排放模型及噪声传播扩散的基本原理,考虑城市建筑物群对交通噪声的遮挡衰减,建立了城市尺度的交通噪声计算模型,计算出了广州市的交通噪声值,并绘制出了广州市的交通噪声地图,结果可为广州市交通噪声污染的控制提供科学参考依据。

油气回收用疏水性硅胶的研制

为实现油气回收用疏水性硅胶的国产化应用,达到替代活性炭以解决其在使用中可能产生的安全隐患问题,实验室进行疏水性硅胶的合成.通过正交实验确定最优化的疏水硅胶制备工艺为:原料为A型硅胶,改性剂为DCDMS,改性剂与原料质量比为1∶20,反应温度30℃,反应时间为2h.在此工艺条件下得到样品的油气静态吸附量为3005g/kg,疏水性指数I为72.3％.
