This study investigates the quality of stormwater runoff from a driveway in the southwest mountainous urban area of Chongqing, China, from 2010 to 2011. The results showed that the mean concentrations of chemical oxygen demand (COD), total nitrogen (TN), and total phosphorus (TP) were 4.1, 2.4, and 2.2 times the grade V levels of the national surface water standard of China. The pollutant concentration peak preceded or synchronized with the rainfall intensity peak and occurred 10 min after the runoff started. The significant high pollutant concentration in the initial stage of the rainfall suggested that first flush control is necessary, especially for the most polluted constitutes, such as total suspended solids, COD, and TN. Three potential pollution sources were identified: the atmospheric dry and wet deposition (TN, NO3 ?-N, NH4 +-N, and DCu), the road sediment and materials (total suspended solids, COD, and TP), and the vehicle emissions (DPb and DZn). Therefore, this study indicates that reductions in road sediments and material pollution and dry and wet deposition should be the priority factors for pollution control of road stormwater runoff in mountainous urban areas.  相似文献

通过溶胶-凝胶法制备出可漂浮于水面的膨胀珍珠岩(EP)负载型TiO2,研究其在水中对罗丹明B(RB)的去除效果、吸附降解动力学以及最佳工艺条件,并研究其多次回收再生后的降解效果。结果表明,浸渍3次的负载型TiO2光催化活性最高,回收5次后活性变化很小,降解率下降不到8%;光催化剂用量为0.2 g,20 mL初始浓度为10 mg/L和15mg/L RB溶液光照6 h后降解率分别达98%和74%。在实验浓度范围内,该光催化反应可用一级反应动力学方程描述。  相似文献

This paper presents a cross-disciplinary framework for assessment of climate change adaptation to increased precipitation extremes considering pluvial flood risk as well as additional environmental services provided by some of the adaptation options. The ability of adaptation alternatives to cope with extreme rainfalls is evaluated using a quantitative flood risk approach based on urban inundation modeling and socio-economic analysis of corresponding costs and benefits. A hedonic valuation model is applied to capture the local economic gains or losses from more water bodies in green areas. The framework was applied to the northern part of the city of Aarhus, Denmark. We investigated four adaptation strategies that encompassed laissez-faire, larger sewer pipes, local infiltration units, and open drainage system in the urban green structure. We found that when taking into account environmental amenity effects, an integration of open drainage basins in urban recreational areas is likely the best adaptation strategy, followed by pipe enlargement and local infiltration strategies. All three were improvements compared to the fourth strategy of no measures taken.  相似文献

The degradation of cyanobacterial blooms often causes hypoxia and elevated concentrations of ammonia, which can aggravate the adverse effects of blooms on aquatic organisms. However, it is not clear how one stressor would work in the presence of other coexistent stressors. We studied the toxic effects of elevated ammonia under hypoxia using a common yet important cladoceran species Daphnia similis isolated from heavily eutrophicated Lake Taihu. A 3?×?2 factorial experimental design was conducted with animals exposed to three un-ionized ammonia levels under two dissolved oxygen levels. Experiments lasted for 14 days and we recorded the life-history traits such as survival, molt, maturation, and fecundity. Results showed that hypoxia significantly decreased survival time and the number of molts of D. similis, whereas ammonia had no effect on them. Elevated ammonia significantly delayed development to maturity in tested animals and decreased their body sizes at maturity. Both ammonia and hypoxia were significantly detrimental to the number of broods, the number of offspring per female, and the number of total offspring per female, and significantly synergistic interactions were detected. Our data clearly demonstrate that elevated ammonia and hypoxia derived from cyanobacterial blooms synergistically affect the cladoceran D. similis.  相似文献

This study attempts to identify the dominant transport pathways, potential source areas, and their seasonal variation at sites with high inorganic nitrogen (IN) wet deposition flux in southern China. This is a long-term study (2010–2017) based on continuous deposition measurements at the Guangzhou urban site (GZ) and the Dinghushan Natural Reserve site (DHS) located in the Pearl River Delta (PRD) region. A dataset on monthly IN concentration in precipitation and wet deposition flux were provided. The average annual fluxes measured at both sites (GZ: 33.04±9.52, DHS: 20.52±10.22 kg N/(ha∙year)) were higher, while the ratios of reduced to oxidized N (GZ: 1.19±0.77, DHS: 1.25±0.84) were lower compared with the national mean level and the previous reported level throughout the PRD region. The dominant pathways were not always consistent with the highest proportional trajectory clusters. The transport pathways contributing most of deposition were identified in the north and north-northeast in the dry season and in the east-southeast, east, and south-southwest in the wet season. A weighted potential source contribution function (WPSCF) value >0.3 was determined reasonably to define the potential source area. Emission within the PRD region contributed the majority (≥95% at both sites) of the IN deposition in the wet season, while the contribution outside the region increased significantly in the dry season (GZ: 27.86%, DHS: 95.26%). Our results could help create more effective policy to control precursor emissions for IN fluxes, enabling reduction of the ecological risks due to excessive nitrogen.  相似文献

多环芳烃(PAHs)及有机磷阻燃剂(OPEs)种类繁多且具有易挥发性,通过气固分配行为完成气态和颗粒态的转化. 为准确评估天津市津南区PAHs、OPEs和各组分气固分配行为及风险评价,选择16种PAHs及7种OPEs作为研究对象,利用色谱质谱联用技术测定2019—2020年天津市津南区大气环境中的PAHs和OPEs浓度水平,利用气固分配实测及预测模型研究PAHs及OPEs分配行为,并通过健康风险评价模型对其健康风险进行评估. 结果表明:①天津市津南区2019—2020年∑G-PAHs (气态PAHs总和)年均浓度为36.7 ng/m3,PM2.5中∑P-PAHs (颗粒态PAHs总和)年均浓度为7.3 ng/m3;∑G-OPEs (气态OPEs总和)年均浓度为5 142.0 pg/m3,PM2.5中∑P-OPEs (颗粒态OPEs总和)年均浓度为2 752.0 pg/m3. ②研究期间,PAHs气固分配机制受吸收和吸附机制共同影响,低分子量、高分子量PAHs分别受吸附机制、吸收机制影响,而OPEs则主要受有机物吸收机制影响. ③颗粒态的2~3环PAHs、4环PAHs和5~6环PAHs的非致癌风险值占比分别为0.01%~8%、1%~31%和62%~98%,颗粒态的2~3环PAHs、4环PAHs和5~6环PAHs的致癌风险值占比分别为0.2%~1.5%、3%~71%和70%~99%,颗粒态的TNBP (磷酸三丁酯)、TCEP〔三-(β-氯乙基)磷酸酯〕、TCPP〔三(异氯丙基)磷酸盐〕、TPHP (磷酸三苯酯)和TDCPP〔三(1,3 -二氯异丙基)磷酸盐〕的非致癌风险值占比分别为36% (范围为10%~58%)、40% (范围为11%~72%)、45% (范围为13%~67%)、51% (范围为38%~75%)和49% (范围为37%~60%). 研究显示,OPEs的健康风险远低于PAHs,气态OPEs和颗粒态PAHs对人体健康的影响较显著.   相似文献

为探明外源锌(Zn)对镉(Cd)污染稻田系统Cd吸收累积的影响,采用盆栽试验,向轻度(Cd含量为0.50 mg·kg~(-1))和中度(Cd含量为1.50 mg·kg~(-1))Cd污染土壤中施用不同浓度的外源Zn,研究Zn对土壤、水稻根表铁膜和水稻各部位中Cd、Zn含量变化的影响,探讨外源Zn对Cd污染稻田系统Cd吸收累积的交互作用.结果表明,在2种Cd污染土壤中,施用外源Zn显著降低了湘晚籼12糙米Cd含量,降低幅度为13.4%~78.4%;在轻度Cd污染土壤中,施用外源Zn显著降低了威优46糙米Cd含量,降低幅度为14.7%~79.8%,而在中度Cd污染土壤中,当外源Zn浓度超过40 mg·kg~(-1)将增加威优46糙米Cd含量;在2种Cd污染土壤下均显著增加2种水稻根表铁膜数量,分别增加14.7%~85.9%、5.8%~61.2%;但对土壤交换态Cd含量无显著影响.在2种Cd污染土壤中,2种水稻各部位Cd/Zn比值与Cd含量正线性相关,且各部位Cd/Zn比值呈下降趋势,2种水稻糙米、茎叶间Cd-Zn拮抗作用显著.轻度Cd污染土壤中,施加外源Zn可以降低湘晚籼12和威优46糙米中的Cd含量;中度Cd污染土壤中,外源Zn仍然可以降低湘晚籼12糙米Cd含量,而当外源Zn施加量高于40 mg·kg~(-1)时将增加威优46糙米的Cd含量.  相似文献

以两种耐锅性不同蓼科荞麦属植物荞麦和金荞麦为材料,通过土培盆栽试验,比较研究其根际土壤微生态对铝胁迫反应的差异.结果表明,一定质量分数的Al对荞麦和金荞麦根际土壤绌菌具有显著刺激效应,对金荞麦的影响更大,但Al质量分数过高,对细菌的刺激效应明显减弱,甚至产生抑制作用,荞麦和金荞麦根际土壤真菌数量均随着Al质量分数的升高而明显增加,荞麦根际土壤真菌增加幅度更为显著,Al胁迫下二者根际放线菌数量的变化亦表现出一定的差异;Al胁迫下,养麦和金荞麦根际土壤氨化细菌、硝化绌菌、反硝化细菌等氮素生理群微生物的变化趋势亦显示出明显差异,整体上荞麦根际土壤细菌生珲群对Al胁迫比金荞麦更敏感;Al胁迫对荞麦和金荞麦根际土壤过氧化氢酶活性均表现出较弱的抑制效应,但荞麦根际土壤始终维持较金荞麦更高的过氧化氢酶活性,这与荞麦具有更强的耐铝性有一定的关系,荞麦和金荞麦根际土壤转化酶对Al非常敏感,随着铝的加入,其活性显著下降,荞麦和金荞麦根际土壤脲酶活性的变化趋势基本一致,但整体上荞麦根际土壤脲酶活性均明显低于金荞麦,这是否与其耐铝毒特性的差异有关有待于进一步探讨.  相似文献

选取风车草、蝴蝶兰、吊兰、小纸莎、菖蒲、香根草6种植物作为人工湿地植物,砾石、活性炭、河沙、砾石+河沙、活性炭+河沙、活性炭+砾石共6种填料作为人工湿地填料,进行不同植物和不同填料组合处理某胶水厂洗釜过程产生的工业废水能力的实验研究.结果表明,在相同的进水水质和水力负荷条件下,从经济成本角度考虑,蝴蝶兰与活性炭+河沙组合较好,对CODCr、氨氮的去除率分别达到95%、99%,出水水质符合DB44/26—2001广东省地方标准水污染物排放限制标准一级标准.该技术处理效果好,操作简单,易维护,适合推广.  相似文献

城市污水处理厂中抗生素抗性菌的富集和扩散对受纳水体及公共卫生安全造成严重的威胁.本研究从上海某城市污水处理厂活性污泥中筛选得到一株四环素抗性菌株TC-1,基于形态特征、生理生化特性和16S r DNA结果鉴定,菌株TC-1属于节杆菌属(Arthrobacter sp.).对节杆菌属菌株的全基因组分析表明,菌株TC-1含有多种抗生素抗性基因,包括四环素、氯霉素、大环内酯类和青霉素抗性基因.对比节杆菌属抗生素抗性基因的基因簇分析表明,这些抗性基因在节杆菌属中具有普遍存在性,表明其来源于相关菌株的遗传而非单个菌株的偶然获得.鉴于节杆菌属是潜在的病原性微生物,该结论可为废水生物处理系统中含抗生素抗性基因的致病微生物环境行为和风险评估提供参考.  相似文献
