采用Smith生态位宽度公式、Pianka生态位重叠指数公式和冗余分析(RDA)对古夫河22种优势种进行生态位计算和分析。结果表明,古夫河春夏季着生藻类优势种以硅藻门和蓝藻门的种类居多。根据不同月份的生态位宽度将古夫河着生藻类优势种分为5类,第一类优势种具有最宽的生态位且它们与蓝藻类优势种的重叠性指数最大。古夫河着生藻类优势种的分布受总氮、酸碱度、氨氮的影响较大。第一类优势种可反映古夫河总体水质情况,第五类优势种反映古夫河水体中某一个或几个水质因子的变化;生态位重叠值大小可反映古夫河水质是否受到外来因素干扰;结合RDA排序图和优势藻类种群变化可判断古夫河水体中总氮、氨氮及酸碱度含量的变化。  相似文献

Recent studies have focused on enantiomeric behaviors of chiral organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) in biotic matrix because they provide insights into the biotransformation processes of chiral OCPs. In the present paper, a double in-line column chromatographic method was developed to effectively remove the lipid impurity in different biotic samples for clean-up of OCPs. After an initial Soxhlet extraction of OCPs from the biotic samples by a mixture of acetone and dichloromethane (DCM), dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) was directly added to the extract, and low boiling point solvents (acetone and DCM) were then evaporated. OCPs remained in DMSO were eluted via column 1 filled with silicon gel, and subsequently passed through column 2 packed with 15% deactivated florisil. This novel method was characterized by significant time and solvent savings. The recovery rates of α -HCH (hexachlorocyclohexane), β -HCH, γ -HCH and δ -HCH were 78.5 ± 3.1%, 72.4 ± 7.7%, 72 ± 4.0% and 70.0 ± 8.7%, respectively, and 92.5 ± 3.8%, 79.7 ± 6.7% and 83.4 ± 6.5% for 1,1-dichloro-2-(2-chlorophenyl)-2-(4- chlorophenyl) ethylene (o,p′-DDE), 1,1-dichloro-2-(2-chlorophenyl)-2-(4-chloro phenyl)ethane (o,p′-DDD) and 1,1,1-trichloro-2-(2-chlorophenyl)-2-(4-chlorophenyl) ethane (o,p′-DDT), separately. In addition, the separation efficiencies of the target compounds by both achiral and chiral gas chromatographic columns were satisfactory using the established method. Therefore, the double in-line column chromatography was a useful alternative method for pretreatment of OCPs in different biotic samples.  相似文献

Organophosphorus pesticides (OPPs) emit into the atmosphere in both gas and particulate phases via spray drift from treatments and post-application emission, but most of their degradations in the atmosphere are not well known. In this study, the heterogeneous reactions of nitrate (NO3) radicals with three typical OPPs (parathion, malathion, and fenthion) absorbed on azelaic acid particles are investigated using an online vacuum ultraviolet photoionization aerosol time-of-flight mass spectrometer (VUV-ATOFMS). The reaction products observed with the VUV-ATOFMS are identified on the basis of GC/MS analysis of the products in the reaction between NO3 radicals and the coating of the pesticide. Paraoxon is identified as the only product of parathion; malaoxon and bis(1,2-bis-ethoxycarbonylethyl)disulfide as the products of malathion; fenoxon, fenoxon sulfoxide, fenthion sulfoxide, fenoxon sulfone, and fenthion sulfone as the products of fenthion. The degradation rates of parathion, malathion, and fenthion under the experimental conditions are 5.5 × 10−3, 5.6 × 10−2, and 3.3 × 10−2 s−1, respectively. The pathways of the heterogeneous reactions between the three OPPs and NO3 radicals are proposed. The experimental results reveal the possible transformations of these OPPs through the oxidation of NO3 radicals in the atmosphere.  相似文献

We investigated oxidative stress response and histopathological changes in the brain and kidney of the common carp after a 40-d exposure to CPF and ATR, alone or in combination, and a 20-d recovery. Superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activities and malondialdehyde (MDA) content were measured using standard assays. Our results indicated that exposure to ATR, CPF or a combination of the two for 40 d induced significant changes in antioxidant enzyme (SOD, CAT and GSH-Px) activities and MDA content in the brain and kidney of the common carp. Pathological changes included tissue damage that was more severe with increased of exposure dose. To our knowledge, this is the first report to study oxidative stress and histopathological effects caused by subchronic exposure to ATR, CPF and ATR/CPF combination on common carp. The information presented in this study may be helpful to understanding the mechanisms of ATR-, CPF- and ATR/CPF combination-induced oxidative stress in fish.  相似文献

利用2014—2020年河南省18个地级城市空气质量监测资料和气象数据,运用空间自相关分析、ArcGIS制图及相关性分析等方法,从时空分布特征上揭示河南省PM2.5污染特征,并分析其气象成因。结果表明:河南省2014—2020年PM2.5年均浓度为40~100μg/m3,总体呈递减趋势。PM2.5浓度季节分布特征为冬季>秋季=春季>夏季。河南省2019年和2020年PM2.5污染空间分布存在显著自相关,污染程度严重的地区主要是中部和东北部地区。冷热点分析发现,热点城市为濮阳、安阳、济源、郑州、新乡、焦作、鹤壁,冷点城市为信阳、驻马店、周口。PM2.5在年尺度上与气压、气温、相对湿度、风向、风速、能见度显著相关,其中,与气温相关性最高,相关系数为-0.424。当相对湿度处于90%以下时,PM2.5浓度与相对湿度呈正相关;而在相对湿度超过90%之后,PM2.5浓度下降至70μg/m3...  相似文献

有机氯农药在天津耕作土壤剖面中的分布   总被引:22,自引:3,他引:19  
研究了天津耕作区典型土壤剖面中有机氯农药的分布特征,结果表明:在典型剖面的表层土壤中,六六六在菜地中的质量分数最高,其次是在高粱地、水稻田和玉米地;DDTs在菜地中的质量分数最高,其次是在高粱地,在水稻田与玉米地中的质量分数差别不大。有机氯农药质量分数在土壤剖面的纵向分布总体上是随着土壤剖面的加深而降低,有机氯农药的各个组分(α-HCH,β-HCH,γ-HCH,δ-HCH,DDE,DDD,DDT)质量分数也有类似的分布趋势。有机氯农药的物化性质、土壤黏粒含量、有机碳和微生物影响着它们在土壤剖面上的分布。六六六的4个异构体与原粉中各个异构体的质量分数相比有较大差异,这与4个异构体在土壤中的降解速度不同和各个异构体之间的转化有关。在表层土壤中w(DDT) w(DDTs)为0 033~0 188,远小于0 5,说明在这些耕作区中没有新的DDT污染。   相似文献

同步采集并分析了非取暖期北京大学住宅小区和教学楼室内和室外大气样品中气态PAHs含量.结果表明,室内空气中气态PAHs含量高于室外.室内外样品相似的化合物分布谱说明室内污染主要来自室外空气.距交通干线近的样点室内外浓度均高于对照样点,说明非取暖期机动车排放是城市室内外空气中气态PAHs的主要来源.挥发性弱的高环化合物含量表现出比低环易挥发化合物更明显的随距交通干线距离变化的趋势.此外,所有室内空气中气态PAHs含量均高于对应的室外样品.  相似文献

The acid-forming potential of lead/zinc (Pb/Zn) mine tailings at Lechang City of Guangdong Province was studied using both net acid generation (NAG) and acid-base accounting (ABA) methods. The pyritic and total sulfur contents of the tailings were 12.6% and 18.7%, respectively. The mean acid neutralization capacity (ANC) was 63.5 kg H2SO4/t while three oxidized tailings samples had an ANC less than zero. The NAG and net acid production potential (NAPP) values were 220 and 326 kg H2SO4/t, and both the NAG and NAPP results indicated that the tailings had a high acid-forming potential. NAG was more accurate than NAPP in predicting acid-forming potential of the tailings due to uncompleted oxidization of pyritic sulfur. Analysis of samples from two profile tests indicated that acidification mainly occurred at the surface (0-20 cm) and had little effects at deep layer of the tailings. Total concentrations of Pb, Zn, Cu, and Cd were increased greatly with depth at the acidified tailings profile, while heavy metal concentrations at different depths of nonacidified tailings profile were similar. The results indicated that depletion of heavy metals at the acidified surface was due to acidification. The diethylenetetramine pentaacetic acid (DTPA)-extractable Pb, Zn, Cu, and Cd concentrations of acidified tailings surface (0-20 cm) were significantly higher than those of nonacidified tailings, which further revealed that acidification enhanced the mobility of heavy metals in the tailings.  相似文献

探究复垦土壤微生物量碳与基础呼吸的特征及其演变归因,有助于监测复垦土壤质量演变,并为提高复垦土壤质量提供科学依据。利用“空间代替时间”的方法研究了邹城东滩矿区复垦土壤微生物量碳(MBC)与基础呼吸(SBR)随复垦年垦的变化及其与土壤环境因子的关系。结果表明:复垦土壤MBC和微生物熵(qSMBC)随复垦年限呈增加趋势;复垦土壤SBR均显著高于对照,土壤代谢熵(qCO2)随复垦年限趋于降低,复垦后土壤微生物量逐渐恢复,同时土壤微生物对碳源利用效率逐渐提高,说明土壤环境逐渐有利于土壤微生物的生长。土壤MBC与碱解氮、总氮和有机碳呈极显著正相关(p<0.01),反映土壤养分缺乏是复垦后土壤微生物生长的主要限制因素。土壤代谢熵(qCO2)与土壤碱解氮、速效磷和MBC均呈极显著负相关(p<0.01)与pH呈显著正相关(p<0.05),说明氮磷等元素的缺乏以及较高的土壤pH环境是限制微生物生长的重要因素。这些对全面监测复垦后土壤质量的演变,并指导今后的复垦工作具有重要理论与实践意义。 关键词: 采煤塌陷区;土壤微生物量碳;土壤微生物熵;基础呼吸  相似文献
