废纸苯酚液化物合成热固型酚醛树脂

为了提高废纸的附加值,利用废纸苯酚液化物与甲醛在碱性环境中反应,进行热固型酚醛树脂合成实验。通过正交实验确定最优化的树脂化合成工艺为:n(甲醛)∶n(废纸液化物)=2.1,n(氢氧化钠)∶n(废纸液化物)=0.5,合成温度74℃,合成时间3.0h。在此工艺条件下制备的酚醛树脂压制的胶合板达到GB/T9846—2004《人造板及饰面人造板理化性能试验方法》中Ⅰ类胶合板的强度要求。     

换流站阀冷主循环泵可靠性分析

结合换流站曾发生的主泵停运导致极闭锁事件,分析了换流站主泵运行原理和运行可靠性。通过外因—主泵启动方式的稳定性分析、主泵电源可靠性分析和内因—主泵保护与主泵配合、主泵控制逻辑合理性分析,提出了增加主泵电机稳定性的建议和改进措施,可为其它换流站提供借鉴,同时也可为新建换流站主泵电机、控制保护逻辑和回路的设计提供参考。     

高可视性服装标准ISO 20471：2013简介及应对策略

高可视服装国际标准ISO 20471：2013正式生效,该标准规定了警示服的设计和材料的性能要求,以保证使用者在高风险环境中的日间夜间条件下的可视性。该标准相对于曾经执行的标准EN 471：2003＋A1：2007进行了多处修改和调整,了解这些标准中的变化对于出口欧盟等国家的成衣制造商应对服装的设计和材料的要求将有非常好的借鉴意义。
