NMR study of the humification process during sewage sludge treatment

Humic acids, extracted from sludge at the biologic-mechanical sewage treatment plant in Jastrzebie Zdroj, have been investigated by means of (1)H, (13)C and (31)P NMR spectroscopy. Sludge samples for studies were taken from the primary settling tank, the nitrification chamber, the digestion chamber and the sludge drying beds. The (1)H NMR analysis of humic acid extracted from sludge at various stages of sewage treatment confirmed the presence of the functional groups that are characteristic for humic substances, and the analysis showed changes in their relative intensities. The (13)C NMR indicated that the aromatisation of the humic acid increased during sewage treatment. Moreover, the analysis of the (31)P NMR spectra allowed us to observe the changes in the phosphorus groups of the studied humic acids.

本文通过对城市公用管道工程的施工质量进行安装监检,结合发现的问题,指出了高压管道应重视材料验收和焊接施工组织;中压管道应防止对接焊缝微小缺陷的漏检;可采用先进仪器加强防腐质量检测的监检,督促安装单位在安装过程中做好防腐工作;钢套钢热水网直埋管道的安装监检应针对施工的特点来开展。从安全性和实用性的角度提出了有针对性的具体措施,具有可操作性。     

从伦理教育看安全工程师职业道德

为强化安全工程师职业道德的培养,从道德问题的敏感性和处理工程伦理问题的技巧入手,将伦理教育引入职业道德教育,使安全工程师在道德层面上恪守客观公正的执业要义,并分析他们因遵守职业道德规范所遭受的非正义压力情形,提出建立职业投诉机制.针对树立生命安全的责任观,提出唤醒安全工程师对生命敬畏教育和关怀伦理教育,构建了以"道德规范驾驭职业服务"的安全工程师职业道德培养机制,并给出了职业道德培养的有效方法.     

Characterizing effects of uncertainties in MSW composting process through a coupled fuzzy vertex and factorial-analysis approach

A coupled fuzzy vertex and factorial-analysis approach was developed in this study for systematically characterizing effects of uncertainties in a municipal solid waste composting process. A comprehensive composting process model was also embedded into the system framework and used to address substrate decomposition and biomass growth, as well as the interactions between moisture contents, temperatures, and oxygen concentrations. The applicability of the proposed method was verified through a custom-made pilot-scale composting system. Results from fuzzy simulation indicated that the fuzzy vertex method could effectively communicate implicit knowledge into dynamic simulations and thus provide valuable information for enhancing composting process control under uncertainty. The factorial analysis was effective in quantifying the proportion to which the uncertainty of each single or interactive effect of model parameters contributes to the overall uncertainty of the system outcomes. Thus, sensitive parameters that may lead to errors or unreasonable predictions can be determined. The proposed study system could not only be used in characterizing combined effects of uncertainties for composting processes, but was also applicable to many other environmental modelling systems.     

安徽电网环境现状调查及建议

简单介绍了安徽电网的基本概况,重点分析了具有代表性变电站和输电线路附近敏感区域的工频电场强度、工频磁场强度、无线电干扰、噪声等,全面评价安徽电网环境状况,指出存在的问题,并提出了相应的建议.     

苯蒸气在有机膨润土上的吸附动力学

本文研究了苯蒸气在溴化十六烷基三甲基胺（CTMAB）系列单阳离子有机膨润土上的吸附动力学过程。结果表明,苯蒸气在有机膨润土上的吸附符合一级动力学方程,即：r＝KvCo;在12h内,吸附反应均可达到平衡,吸附速率常数（Kv）与温度（T）成正相关,吸附反应的活化能在9．50－17．92kJ.mol^-1之间。     

污水土地处理CAD系统设计

针对污水土地处理设计实际,以提高设计速度和质量为目标,结合计算机辅助设计技术和软件技术的发展,采用成熟而先进的参数化设计技术及ADS开发工具,对土地处理设计中的几个关系问题进行了探讨。     

广州市区植物叶片重金属元素含量及其大气污染评价

文章通过对广州市区植物叶片中重金属元素含量的分析,研究了植物大气环境污染指数,探讨了植物叶片重金属元素含量与城市大气环境污染之间的关系。结果表明,植物叶片中Cu,Pb,Cd,Cr元素污染都较严重,在重污染区这些元素的含量明显高于清洁对照区;用植物污染指数可以综合评价大气环境质量状况;利用植物叶片内的重金属含量变化,为大气污染生物监测和环境质量评价提供了科学依据。     

延边地区水稻稳产高产施肥体系的探讨

采用二次饱和D-最优设计,建立了有机肥、氮肥、磷肥和钾肥配合施用对水稻产量影响的数学模型.研究表明有机肥施用量的过多或过少均使水稻产量下降,化肥的施用也有相似的影响;有机肥与氮肥、磷肥、钾肥只有施用量在适宜的范围内,交互作用较大,产量最高.提出了延边地区水稻获得稳产、高产的施肥体系.
