重庆大气可吸入颗粒物中多环芳烃的分析测定

本文报告了重庆大气可吸入颗粒物(IP)中多环芳烃(PAH)的分析测定方法和结果.用GC-MS定性和定量分析了重庆IP中的PAH;研究了IP中PAH的种类和分布情况;确认重庆IP中存在甲基多环芳烃(MePAH)、约占33%;颗粒大小分布表明,约有98%PAH存在于小于3μm的颗粒中.     

Study on nitrile-degrading microorganisms

Two strains of bacteria were isolated from nitrile polluted soils, and identified as Corynebacterium boffmanii and Arthrobacter flavescens. Acetonitrile, propionitrile, butyronitrile and acrylonitrile were degraded by these bacteria to yield corresponding amides, carboxylic acids and ammonia. The nitrile-degrading abilities of these strains were investigated. The removal rates for the nitrile were nearly 100%, after these bacteria were grown in medium containing 10000 ppm of aceto-, propio-, or butyronitrile at 28 ℃ for 24h. When the reaction mkture consisting of 5000 ppm of above mentioned nitriles or acrylonitrile and 20g (dry cell) /L resting cells of the two strains in 0.06mol/L phosphate buffer (pH7.5) was incubated separately at 25 ℃ with moderate shaking for 15 or 45 min, the nitrile could be degraded completely. The optimum growth conditions for C.hoffmanii and A.flavescens were studied as well.

Water solubility enhancements of PAHs by sodium castor oil sulfonate microemulsions

Water solubility enhancements of naphthalene( Naph), phenantherene(Phen) and pyrene(Py) in sodium castor oil sulfonate(SCOS) microemulsions were evaluated. The apparent solubilities of PAHs are linearly propertional to the concentrations of SCOS microemulsion, and the enhancement extent by SCOS solutions is greater than that by ordinary surfactants on the basis of weight solubilization ratio(WSR). ThelogKcm values of Naph, Phen, and Py are 3.13, 4.44 and 5.01 respectively, which are about the same as the logKow values. At 5000 mg/L of SCOS conccentration, the apparent solubilities are 8.80, 121, and 674 times as the intrinsic solubilities for Naph, Phen, and Py. The effects of inorganic ions and temperature on the solubilization of solutes are also investigated. The solubilization is improved with a moderate addition of Ca^2 , Na^ , NH4^ and the mixture of Na^ , K^ , Ca^2 , Mg^2 and NH4^ . WSR values are enhanced by 22.0% for Naph,23.4% for Phen, and 24.6% for Py with temperature increasing by 5~C. The results indicated that SCOS microemulsions improve the performance of the surfactant-enhanced remediation(SER) of soil, by increasing solubilities of organic pollutants and reducing the level of surfactant pollution and remediation expenses.     

佳木斯台形变观测对东北地区几次浅震“场兆”异常的探讨

大地震在主破裂前往往行成地壳变形,高应力作用下进入峰值后的变形阶段,反映到地倾斜观测日均值曲线上,表现为固体潮形变趋势异常,这些异常能否指示远距离的地震,近年来不少研究者发现,远场前兆往往出现在对应力、应变变化反应灵敏的特殊构造部位。佳木斯台可能处于这种特殊的构造部位,对东北地区浅源地震短期前兆异常“场兆”的趋势性变化具有一定的意义。     

生态建设中激励问题研究

当前中国经济快速增长很大程度是以过度消耗资源、牺牲环境为代价的.生态环境污染严重影响经济的可持续发展,生态问题制约着和谐社会的构建.生态建设已成为协调经济、社会和生态发展,走可持续发展的唯一出路.当前由于政府主导型生态建设出现众多问题,诸如生态环境脆弱、压力大,法律法规不完善,生态建设资金投入少、投入渠道单一,生态治理工程效益有待继续提高等等.因此,倡导企业、农民、专家、投资者和志愿组织、社会团体等积极参与到生态建设中来,并建立激励机制对各参与者实施相应的激励措施,使他们充分发挥能动性,更快、更好的进行生态建设.     

开发和利用环保科技成果治理环境污染

介绍了大庆石化总厂开发和利用环保科技成果治理环境污染，并提出了该厂今后的环保技术攻关项目。     

柴油机排放碳颗粒物的催化燃烧

在热天平装置上考察了柴油机和碳颗粒物燃烧催化剂的活性，讨论了样品制备因素对样品失重的影响，这些因素包括碳颗粒物组成、催化剂栽体、催化剂与碳颗粒物质量比，着重筛选了催化剂的组份，得到了组份催化剂ＣｕＣｌ２－ＫＣｏ－ＮＨ４ＶＯ３其５５０℃焙烧后能使样品的Ｔｍ和Ｔｆ值都降低１８０℃以上，并对催化剂的热稳定性进行了研究。     

坡道式停车库空气质量及影响因素

为了解不同形式坡道式 车库中汽车尾气污染状况，对４座典型的坡道式停车库进行了空气质量监测，并同时进行车流量统计、计算和分析了信车库内污染物浓度与车流量之间的相关性，监测结果表明，停车库ＮＯｘ和ＣＯ浓度符合相应标准，而地下停车库排气Ｏｘ有超桔现象。结论是地面停车主轵成于地下停车库，地下停车库的送排风系统必须合理设置。     

分子生物学在渔业环境保护中的运用

分子生物学理论和技术在渔业环境保护与监测工作中的应用越来越得到人们的重视：生物体的多种酶已被用作监测水环境污染的指标；金属硫蛋白等生物体解毒体系在监测和防治水体重金属污染方面发挥显著作用；核酸是生物体遗传信息载体，以核酸质量变化监测水环境污染已取得较好的效果。据此就分子生物学在今后渔业环境保护中的运用提出了观点。
