采用生物行为传感器获取青鳉鱼的行为数据时,青鳉鱼个体差异会导致采集到的原始电信号在时空特性下完全不同。重要的行为特征往往被隐藏在原始信号中,传统的信号处理方法无法实时而有效地提取到这些特征。针对这个问题,观察并记录了暴露实验前后青鳉鱼的行为变化,提出了一种可以高效表征行为特征的直方图统计算法。实验结果表明,该方法能够准确对应人眼观测到的暴露实验前后鱼的行为变化趋势,同时也为后续异常行为识别提供一定的支持和参考。  相似文献

长江流域国家级保护地数量庞大、保护类型多样,为了实现对长江流域自然资源的整体保护和管理的目的,从全域尺度分析其空间分布特征是梳理长江国家公园廊道构建的重要基础。通过数理统计与ArcGIS空间分析,结合中国自然地理表征和人文地理表征,对长江流域现有8类共计996处国家级保护地空间的分布特征进行了研究,结果表明:(1)长江流域国家级保护地总体呈集聚分布,并形成三江源区域、三江并流区域、川西高山高原区域、秦岭中段区域、渝西盆地区域、环洞庭湖区域、环鄱阳湖区域、黄山区域、环太湖区域9个集聚区;(2)长江流域国家级保护地主要集中在中切割高山区和中下游低山丘陵平原区,覆盖了河网密布、水资源丰富、植物种类繁多、土壤肥沃、可达性较高、人口密度适中及经济发展水平较高的东部和中部区域。基于其国家保护地空间分布特征,提出构建“长江源头—入海口”重要保护节点、“洞庭湖—鄱阳湖—巢湖—太湖”重要保护片区、“武当山—华釜山—大凉山、巫山—武陵山—药山”重要保护带的“三重要”模式与“国家公园先行区—国家级保护地聚集区—自然、社会、经济优势区—原生动植物本底”的“四层次”体系相结合的长江国家公园廊道空间策略  相似文献

Objective: This study aims to investigate the contributing factors to secondary collisions and the effects of secondary collisions on injury severity levels. Manhattan, which is the most densely populated urban area of New York City, is used as a case study. In Manhattan, about 7.5% of crash events become involved with secondary collisions and as high as 9.3% of those secondary collisions lead to incapacitating and fatal injuries.

Methods: Structural equation models (SEMs) are proposed to jointly model the presence of secondary collisions and injury severity levels and adjust for the endogeneity effects. The structural relationship among secondary collisions, injury severity, and contributing factors such as speeding, alcohol, fatigue, brake defects, limited view, and rain are fully explored using SEMs. In addition, to assess the temporal effects, we use time as a moderator in the proposed SEM framework.

Results: Due to its better performance compared with other models, the SEM with no constraint is used to investigate the contributing factors to secondary collisions. Thirteen explanatory variables are found to contribute to the presence of secondary collisions, including alcohol, drugs, inattention, inexperience, sleep, control disregarded, speeding, fatigue, defective brakes, pedestrian involved, defective pavement, limited view, and rain. Regarding the temporal effects, results indicate that it is more likely to sustain secondary collisions and severe injuries at night.

Conclusions: This study fully investigates the contributing factors to secondary collisions and estimates the safety effects of secondary collisions after adjusting for the endogeneity effects and shows the advantage of using SEMs in exploring the structural relationship between risk factors and safety indicators. Understanding the causes and impacts of secondary collisions can help transportation agencies and automobile manufacturers develop effective injury prevention countermeasures.  相似文献

Objective: Driving speed is a major concern for driving safety under reduced visibility conditions. Many factors affect speed selection in low visibility, but few studies have been conducted examining drivers' characteristics, particularly in China. The present study aimed to investigate the correlation between drivers' demographic information, driving ability, and speed choice in low-visibility conditions using a sample of Chinese drivers.

Methods: A self-designed driving ability scale was used to assess driving ability in reduced visibility conditions. The reliability and validity of 306 gathered questionnaires were examined in this article, and a structural equation model (SEM) was built to explore the predictors of drivers' speed selection behavior under reduced visibility conditions and to measure the relationships between various factors.

Results: Age and driving experience have no direct relationship to speed selection behavior in reduced visibility, but the frequency of using expressways and annual mileage are significantly related to the speed on roads that have a speed restriction of 80 or 120 km/h. Under reduced visibility conditions, driving ability has a significant effect on speed selection behavior, and driving skill (DS) is the most influential on speed selection behavior on roads with a speed limit of 120 km/h; otherwise, the effect of risk perception (RP) does not differ by speed choice on 3 roads with different speed limits. Driving speed in good weather also has a positive influence on speed selection behavior in low visibility.

Conclusion: Driving ability is directly associated with speed selection in reduced visibility conditions, and some demographic data indirectly influence speed selection. This study provides useful recommendations for drivers' training programs to reduce casualties from accidents in low-visibility conditions.  相似文献

辣根过氧化物酶催化去除四溴双酚A的反应能够改变多壁碳纳米管(multiwall carbon nanotubes,MWCNTs)在水环境中的稳定性。为探究该反应对碳纳米管生态毒性效应的影响,选择大型蚤(Daphnia magna)和斜生栅藻(Scenedesmus obliquus)作为受试生物,分别考察了反应前后MWCNTs对大型蚤的急性毒性以及对斜生栅藻的生长抑制和藻细胞色素的影响。结果表明,在1~10 mg·L-1的暴露浓度下,与原始的MWCNTs相比,反应后的MWCNTs对大型蚤的急性毒性明显减弱。在10 mg·L-1的暴露剂量下,原始的MWCNTs造成大型蚤的死亡率高达65%,而反应后的MWCNTs引起大型蚤的死亡率仅为23%。此外,反应前后的MWCNTs对斜生栅藻的生长均有抑制作用。随着暴露浓度的增大,藻细胞密度、叶绿素a和b的含量逐渐降低。与原始MWCNTs相比,反应后的MWCNTs对斜生栅藻的毒性明显减弱。上述研究结果为评价MWCNTs的环境风险提供了基础数据。  相似文献

It is well-known that Poria vaporaria (Pers.:Fr.) Cooke, Paecilomyces variotii Bainier and Aspergillus niger are fungi and molds which destroy bamboo. The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of antibacterial activity of 16 flavonoids in preventing the actions of these three bamboo-destroying fungi and molds (Poria vaporaria (Pers.:Fr.) Cooke, Paecilomyces variotii Bainier and Aspergillus niger). The results showed that baicalein(1) exerted the highest inhibitory effect on Poria vaporaria (Pers.:Fr.) Cooke and Paecilomyces variotii Bainier indicating that baicalein(1) may be considered as a potential agent to develop as natural bactericide to preserve natural bamboo.  相似文献
