施用磷石膏对碱化土壤氟含量及其吸附特性的影响 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
通过室内培养试验和田间试验就施用磷石膏对土壤氟含量和土壤对氟吸附特性的影响进行了研究.结果表明,经连续4年施用磷石膏改良土壤后,0—20cm土层全氟积累现象明显.但是,土壤水溶性氟含量却随磷石膏施用量增加而降低.土壤对氟的吸附数据均能与Langmuir,Freundilich和Temkin方程很好地拟合,施用磷石膏处理土壤对氟的最大吸附量高于没有施用磷石膏处理的.影响土壤水溶性氟含量和吸附特性的主要因素可能是土壤钙含量的增加和pH值的降低. 相似文献

硝化细菌在不同温度下对氮素的去除效能研究 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
在15℃进行硝化细菌的富集,菌种的分离纯化,初筛,硝化效果的测定。对其中4株硝化效果较好的亚硝酸菌BY5、SY6和硝酸菌BX4、SX5进行生理生化指标鉴定,将其鉴定到属:前两者属于亚硝酸单胞菌属,后两者属于硝酸杆菌属。研究了不同温度对这4株菌株硝化效果的影响。结果表明,4株菌的最适合温度为25℃-30℃,亚硝酸菌的氨氮去除率可以达到74%,硝酸菌的亚硝酸盐去除率可以达到70%,在15℃时,亚硝酸菌和硝酸菌的氨氮去除率争亚脯酸盐去除率均可达到60%以上。 相似文献

关于重金属污染的风险评价及其预测模型日益成为环境领域的研究热点。近年来,一种用于预测和评价环境中重金属生物毒性的机理性模型一生物配体模型(BLM)被广泛应用于水体及陆地生态系统。本研究以我国土壤的陆地生物配体模型(TBLM)建构为目标,以土壤溶液系统为媒介,通过17种土壤上重金属铜离子与大麦根长的相互作用关系,发现了土壤中Cu-TBLM的主要影响因素为Cu~(2+)、CuOH~+、Mg~(2+)以及铜离子与大麦根系表面的专性结合能力。基于模型大麦根长预测值与实测值之间的相关关系,通过数学拟合功能求得TBLM中各参数值为logK_(CuBL)=4.87、logK_(CuOH)+=7.62、logK_(MgBL)=1.91、f~(50%)=0.103、β=1.09。本研究所得到的TBLM模型能很好地预测我国土壤中铜对大麦根长的毒害程度,预测值与实测值的相关性达到了90%。本研究结果不仅可以为我们降低重金属离子生物有效性提供有力的理论借鉴,更对我国土壤环境质量保护和长期良性可持续发展具有重要意义。文160余篇。 相似文献

Shipboard sampling was performed for the evaluation of the deposition amount of chemical species on the southwestern section of the North Pacific, utilizing simple plastic samplers fixed on the upper decks of research vessels of the Japan Meteorological Agency on their routine meteorological and oceanographical cruises from 1988 to 1990. The deposition of nss-sulfate (non-seasalt sulfate, calculated from the concentration of sodium) was found to be high in the western Japan Sea, East China Sea and southern sea adjacent to the Japanese Islands. In the Mariana Sea and the equatorial area, the lowest values were constantly observed in the summer of those 3 years. Values a little higher, but much lower than in the Japan Sea or East China Sea, were measured off the Philippine Islands. The deposition amounts of crustal elements such as silicon, aluminum and iron showed similar tendencies but with some difference in detail. 相似文献

Some preliminary analyses have shown that the Brenner Pass can be important in the transport of atmospheric pollutants through the Alpine chain, due to either breeze circulation or inflows of air masses. In one cross-section of the valley near the pass, meteorological and chemical measurements were taken, starting in 1986. The local breeze was studied but it was recognized to be of minor importance. The transport of pollutants through the pass was, on the whole, modest except during some inflows that only lasted for a few days. Meteorological situations have been registered when windborne pollutants are transported either to or from Italy, as was recognized from the trajectory analysis. The air masses coming in from central and eastern Europe generally contain higher concentrations of SO2 than NO2, while the opposite is true when the air masses originate in the Po Valley where the large use of methane enriches the air with NO2. 相似文献

通过田间试验研究了玉米(Zea mays L.)秸秆与氮肥配施对耕层土壤酶活性及土壤养分的影响。试验设4个秸秆还田量水平,2个施氮量水平。结果表明:在秸秆配施氮肥条件下,耕层土壤中性磷酸酶、脲酶、转化酶和过氧化氢酶活性以及有机质和全氮质量分数均表现为随着玉米秸秆还田量的增加而提高,而硝态氮(3NO-N)和铵态氮(+4NH-N)质量分数则表现为随着玉米秸秆还田量的增加而减少,4种土壤酶活性与土壤有机质和全氮质量分数均呈显著正相关,与土壤硝态氮和铵态氮质量分数则呈显著负相关。玉米秸秆还田量9 000 kg.hm-2配施氮肥量420 kg.hm-2是辽西风沙半干旱区效果较好的技术措施。 相似文献

Solubilizing experiments were carried out to evaluate the ability of biodiesel to remove polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) from highly contaminated manufactured gas plant (MGP) and PAHs spiked soils with hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HPCD) and tween 80 as comparisons. Biodiesel displayed the highest solubilities of phenanthrene (420.7 mg·L-1), pyrene (541.0 mg·L-1), and benzo(a)pyrene (436.3 mg·L-1). These corresponded to several fold increases relative to 10% HPCD and tween 80. Biodiesel showed a good efficiency for PAH removal from the spiked and MGP soils for both low molecular weight and high molecular weight PAHs at high concentrations. Biodiesel was the best agent for PAH removal from the spiked soils as compared with HPCD and tween 80; as over 77.9% of individual PAH were removed by biodiesel. Tween 80 also showed comparable capability with biodiesel for PAH solubilization at a concentration of 10% for the spiked soils. Biodiesel solubilized a wider range of PAHs as compared to HPCD and tween 80 for the MPG soils. At PAH concentrations of 229.6 and 996.9 mg·kg-1, biodiesel showed obvious advantage over the 10% HPCD and tween 80, because it removed higher than 80% of total PAH. In this study, a significant difference between PAH removals from the spiked and field MGP soils was observed; PAH removals from the MGP soil by HPCD and tween 80 were much lower than those from the spiked soil.
