Aerobic biodegradation of decabromodiphenyl ether (PBDE-209) by Pseudomonas aeruginosa under the influence of co-metabolic substrates and heavy metal cadmium ion was studied, The results showed that certain amount of co-metabolic substrates, such as glucose, sucrose, lactose, starch, and beef extract, would promote the biodegradation of PBDE-209, among which glucose most favorably accelerated PBDE-209 degradation by about 36% within 5 d. The highest degradation efficiency was reached at the ratio of PBDE-209 and glucose 1:5 while excessive carbon source would actually hamper the degradation efficiency. Exploration of influences of cadmium ion on PBDE-209 biodegradation indicated that degradation efficiency was stimulated at low concentrations of Cd2+ (0.5–2 mg L−1) while inhibited at higher levels (5–10 mg L−1), inferring that the heavy metals of different concentrations possessed mixed reactions on PBDE-209 bioremoval. Bromine ion was produced during the biotransformation process and its concentration had a good negative correlation with the residues of PBDE-209. Two nonabromodiphenyl ethers (PBDE-208, PBDE-207), four octabromodiphenyl ethers (PBDE-203, PBDE-202, PBDE-197, PBDE-196) and one heptabromodiphenyl ethers (PBDE-183) were formed with the decomposition of PBDE-209, demonstrating that the main aerobic transformation mechanism of PBDE-209 was debromination.  相似文献

Microbe-assisted phytoremediation has been considered as a promising measure for the remediation of heavy metal-polluted soils. In this study, a metal-tolerance and plant growth-promoting endophytic bacterium JN6 was firstly isolated from roots of Mn-hyperaccumulator Polygonum pubescens grown in metal-contaminated soil and identified as Rahnella sp. based on 16S rDNA gene sequence analysis. Strain JN6 showed very high Cd, Pb and Zn tolerance and effectively solubilized CdCO3, PbCO3 and Zn3(PO4)2 in culture solution. The isolate produced plant growth-promoting substances such as indole-3-acetic acid, siderophore, 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic deaminase, and also solubilized inorganic phosphate. Based upon its ability in metal tolerance and solubilization, the isolate JN6 was further studied for its effects on the growth and accumulation of Cd, Pb and Zn in Brassica napus (rape) by pot experiments. Rape plants inoculated with the isolate JN6 had significantly higher dry weights, concentrations and uptake of Cd, Pb and Zn in both above-ground and root tissues than those without inoculation grown in soils amended with Cd (25 mg kg?1), Pb (200 mg kg?1) or Zn (200 mg kg?1). The isolate also showed a high level of colonization in tissue interior of rapes. The present results demonstrated that Rahnella sp. JN6 is a valuable microorganism, which can cost-effectively improve the efficiency of phytoremediation in soils contaminated by Cd, Pb and Zn.  相似文献

以靛蓝为目标污染物,采用稀土元素Pr辅助的类Fenton试剂氧化法处理模拟染料废水。制备了双金属氧化物催化剂Fe2-xPrxO3,考察了催化剂中n(Pr)∶n(Fe)、催化剂加入量、初始靛蓝质量浓度、H2O2加入量、废水pH对废水脱色效果的影响。实验结果表明:Pr在很大程度上提高了类Fenton反应的效率,废水脱色率得到显著提高;在n(Pr)∶n(Fe)=1∶5、初始靛蓝质量浓度为30 mg/L、催化剂加入量为500 mg/L、H2O2加入量为40 mL/L、废水pH为3的最佳工艺条件下,反应50 min时废水脱色率达到92.78%。  相似文献

Total suspended and size-segregated atmospheric particles were collected in four seasons at three representative points in different functional areas of Dongguan City. The detailed size distributions of six nitro-PAHs [2-nitrofluorene (2-NF), 9-nitroanthracene, 2-nitrofluoranthene (2-NFL), 3-nitrofluoranthene, 1-nitropyrene, and 2-nitropyrene (2-NP)] were determined by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with UV detection using a binary elution gradient (methanol and water). We used a toxicity assessment based on potency equivalency factors (PEFs) to estimate the inhalation risk of the particulate matter. The results showed that, aside from 2-NF and 2-NFL, the content of the other four nitro-PAHs in the microparticles (<0.4 μm) were more than 20 %, a percentage significantly higher than other fractions of particulate matter. The seasonal distribution of nitro-PAHs shows that their concentrations were higher in the winter, while the PAH concentrations were higher in the summer. The study found that secondary formation (2-NFL and 2-NP) had a positive correlation with NO x and NO2, but a negative correlation with O3. The benzo[a]pyrene equivalent (BaPeq) toxicity of particulate matter in Dongguan City ranged from 0.04 to 2.63 ng m?3, and the carcinogenic index ranged from 0.04?×?10?6 to 2.39?×?10?6. A new inorganic-organic hybrid material zirconium-glycine complex (ZGC) was firstly used as a coagulant in a coagulation process to treat Pearl River raw water. Its coagulation performance was compared with commonly used aluminum (Al) coagulants such as aluminum sulfate (Al2(SO4)3) and polyaluminum chloride (PAC), in terms of water quality parameters and floc properties. ZGC coagulation achieved higher removal of turbidity (93.8 %) than other traditional coagulants. Charge neutralization was proven to act as a dominant mechanism during ZGC coagulation. The aggregated flocs with ZGC showed the fastest growth rate and good recovery ability compared with the other coagulants and achieved the largest floc size within 5 min. The ZGC coagulant can decrease the hydraulic retention time and increase removal efficiency.  相似文献

采用柠檬酸溶液对模拟电子垃圾污染土壤(简称污染土壤)中Cu,Pb,Cd 3种重金属进行淋洗实验,考察了柠檬酸溶液的浓度、柠檬酸溶液的pH、淋洗时间等对污染土壤中Cu,Pb,Cd的淋洗效果,探讨了柠檬酸溶液淋洗前后污染土壤中Cu,Pb,Cd 3种重金属各形态含量的变化。研究结果表明,在柠檬酸溶液的浓度0.100 mol/L、柠檬酸溶液的pH 5、淋洗时间1 440 min的适宜条件下,对污染土壤中Cu,Pb,Cd的去除率分别达到89.37%,72.11%,86.39%。柠檬酸溶液对3种重金属的去除主要是通过洗出酸可提取态(R1)和酸可还原态(R2)来实现的,每种重金属的R1和R2之和均占到其淋出总量的95%以上,而酸可氧化态(R3)和残渣态(R4)的含量淋洗前后基本无变化。  相似文献

首次将固体废弃物硅酸钙微粉用于焦化废水的预处理,通过静态和动态吸附实验评价了硅酸钙微粉对COD和NH3-N的去除效果。结果表明:对COD和NH3-N产生吸附作用的有效组分为硅酸钙微粉的水解产物H2SiO3电离产生的HSiO3-和SiO23-;pH通过影响硅酸钙微粉水解反应以及水解产物H2SiO3和有机物、NH3的电离反应来影响去除率。在进水pH=7.00、硅酸钙微粉投加量为170g/L、振荡时间为75min的条件下,静态吸附实验中COD和NH3-N的去除率分别达16.1%和27.1%;经直径为10mm、高度为300mm的硅酸钙吸附柱预处理,动态吸附实验中COD和NH3-N的去除率分别可达58.9%和35.9%。  相似文献

为了分析实际环境影响评价中常用的各种公路交通噪声预测模型预测结果之间存在的差异,并验证各预测方式与实测值之间的相符性,通过对选取的高速公路和市政快速公路采用各种预测模型计算比较,并用实际监测值对各模型预测结果进行验证,结果发现,不同的预测方式会造成预测结果之间昼间4~9 dB、夜间5~10 dB的差异,采用2006版规范计算车速和单车噪声源强,距离衰减考虑车流量大小的预测方式得到的预测结果与实测值最为接近。  相似文献

在广州市黄埔区某公园池塘进行现场围隔对比实验,通过投加固定化生物催化剂(IBC)治理藻类水华。结果表明,在IBC中细菌的直接或间接杀藻的作用下,水体中的藻类生物量迅速降低,叶绿素a去除率达到81.5%;微生物的快速生长及酶和酶活因子的协同作用下,水中污染物被快速降解,使水体中的总氮、氨氮和COD的浓度快速下降,去除率分别达到81.9%、80.3%和65.3%,并维持在低水平,进一步抑制了藻类水华的形成和发展,加快水体的净化。  相似文献

采用掺Al-TiO2作为改性剂制备改性膨润土,考察了微波辐射功率、辐射时间、TiO2改性剂用量、铝盐掺杂量、pH值对微污染水中COD和NH4-N去除效果的影响。实验表明,微波辐射功率为460 W,辐射时间为8 min,TiO2改性剂用量为1.3 mmol/g,铝盐掺杂量为0.2 mmol/g为最佳制备条件。pH值为6.0,改性膨润土投加量为40 mg/L,沉淀时间为30min时,对微污染水中初始浓度15 mg/L的COD和5 mg/L的NH4-N去除率分别达到92%和59%以上。  相似文献
