Coking coals are the important raw materials for the iron and steel industries and play an important role on its sustainable development, especially on the stamp-charging coke making with the characteristics of increasing the bulk density. There is a significance on the reasonable usage of the coking coal resource with the reduced production cost, improved efficiency of the economy to develop the stamp-charging coke making technology. Important effects of the density of coking coal on the coking and caking properties were investigated. In the article, the maximum values of swelling pressure and variation of Laowan gas coal and Xinjian 1/3 coking coal, Longhu fat coal and Didao coking coal, which were mined at Shenyang and Qitaihe respectively, were investigated under different bulk densities during the coking. The results showed that when the values of density increased from 0.85 ton/m3 to 1.05 ton/m3, for the Laowan gas coal, swelling pressure variation and even the maximum value changed slightly. The swelling pressure was 3.63 KPa when the density was improved to 1.05 ton/m3; for the Xinjian 1/3 coking coal, the values of swelling pressure changed significantly and the maximum values was 82.88 KPa with the density improved to 1.05 when the coal was heated to 600°C. The coke porosity, which was investigated by automatic microphotometer, decreased from 47.4% to 33.1% with the increasing of the density from 0.85 ton/m3 to 1.05 ton/m3, and the decreased value was 14.3%. Meanwhile, the pore structures of four cokes were characterized by an optical microscope.  相似文献

厌氧消化产生的沼气主要成分是甲烷(CH4)50%~70%和二氧化碳(CO2)30%~50%,是一种可持续有价值的能量来源。随着矿石燃料的枯竭,沼气利用的需求不断增长,将沼气提纯到甲烷含量90%以上可取代天然气而受到广泛关注。目前沼气提纯在工业上主要通过变压吸附、吸收或膜分离等技术实现CO2的去除,也有研究者探索了原位沼气提纯技术,即在厌氧反应器中通过一定的措施实现沼气提纯,为现阶段沼气提纯技术提供新的思路和研究方向。  相似文献

目的 弥补运载火箭靶场测试中仅采用静态压降法定性判定贮箱气密性的不足,进一步提高贮箱气检结果的可信度。方法 提出基于静态压降法量化表征某型贮箱气密性的方法。首先,依据气体理想状态方程,得出基于静态压降法表征贮箱气密性的量化方法,并对计算结果进行验证。其次,综合考虑箱压变化、温度、大气压力、稳压时间和测量时间等影响因素,对上述量化方法进行修正,得到基于静态压降法表征某型贮箱气密性改进型量化计算方法。结果 改进后的计算方法精度更高。在此基础上,通过对限制改进型量化计算方法精度的影响因素进行分析,提出了进一步提高改进型量化计算方法精度的优化措施。结论 提出的基于静态压降法量化表征某型贮箱气密性方法可行,能够为后续更好开展靶场气检工作提供有力支撑。  相似文献

在非稳态条件下,采用AAO剩余污泥为种泥、聚丙烯环为填料启动生物滴滤塔,处理实际市政污水厂细格栅H2S恶臭气体.研究了生物滴滤塔的启动、稳定阶段的运行模式,在空床停留时间为14 s,进气浓度2. 02~319. 19 mg·m-3,环境温度为7. 8~32. 5℃条件下,平均出气浓度为13. 08 mg·m-3,平均去除率达到91. 8%,最高去除负荷达到78. 37 g·(m3·h)-1.在247d运行中,监测到生物滴滤塔压降在长期运行中维持稳定在96 Pa·m-1.高通量测序表明,生物滴滤塔内的微生物群落发生了改变,Shannon指数由4. 99降低至3. 75,但Pseudomonas和Thiobacillus等功能菌的存在解释了生物滴滤塔较好的去除性能.结果表明,在非稳态条件下,以AAO剩余污泥为种泥的生物滴滤塔可实现H2S的高效去除;聚丙烯环作为填料可以在长期运行中维持稳定的压降;微生物群落在长期高浓度的H2S环境中,多样性降低,但降解性能可以得到提高.  相似文献

In this study, ammonia emissions characteristics of typical light-duty gasoline vehicles were obtained through laboratory vehicle bench test and combined with New European Driving Cycle (NEDC) condition and Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Cycle (WLTC) condition. The influence of ambient temperature on ammonia emissions is mainly concentrated in the cold start stage. The influence of ambient temperature on ammonia emission is shown that the ammonia emissions of light-duty gasoline vehicles under ambient temperature conditions (14 and 23°C) are lower than those under low ambient temperature conditions (?7°C) and high ambient temperature conditions (35 and 40°C). The influence of TWC on ammonia emission is shown that ammonia is a by-product of the catalytic reduction reaction of conventional gas pollutants in the exhaust gas in the TWC. Under NEDC operating conditions and WLTC operating conditions, ammonia emissions after the catalyst are 45 times and 72 times that before the catalyst, respectively. In terms of ammonia emissions control strategy research, Pd/Rh combination can reduce NH3 formation more effectively than catalyst with a single Pd formula. Precise control of the engine's air-fuel ratio and combination with the optimized matched precious metal ratio TWC can effectively reduce ammonia emissions.  相似文献

目的研究高速列车隧道会车压力波及列车尾流特性。方法建立某型高速列车三节车模型,采用脱体涡方法数值模拟两列车以350km/h在隧道内等速会车的流场。数值模拟的空间离散化压力项、密度项及修正的湍流黏度项使用二阶迎风格式,动量项使用有界中心差分格式,时间离散采用预处理二阶精度差分格式,用壁面函数处理隧道壁,使用雷诺时均法作方法对比。计算列车车头、侧墙及尾车等部位的压力时间历程,然后使用傅里叶变换对尾车测点进行频谱分析,最后对尾流中不同位置的湍流强度进行分析。结果头车所受压力波动最为剧烈,中间车次之,尾车最小。列车侧墙同一垂向位置不同高度压力变化相差不大。列车尾涡主频在3.85Hz附近,其可能对列车横向振动有一定的影响。结论尾涡是两个不断向后发展的中等强度涡旋,在充分发展段,其湍流强度会有一个较为明显的抬升,之后逐渐减弱。会车侧涡流由于横向发展较为迅速,导致其强度较小且减弱速度较快。  相似文献

The concentration of short-chain polychlorinated paraffins(SCCPs) in the urban air of Dalian,China was monitored from September 2016 to August 2017 with a self-developed passive sampler(PAS1) and an active high-volume sampler, simultaneously. PAS1 successfully collected the entire target SCCPs in the ambient air. Air SCCPs sampled by PAS1 were found be in the linear uptake stage during 181 days of sampling. Passive and active samples showed comparable congener profiles, and the dominant contributors of SCCPs in the two kinds of samples were similar. A significant linear correlation was observed between the total concentration of SCCPs sampled by PAS1 and active sampler in the four seasons. The passive sampling rates of the PAS1 for the gas and particulate phases of SCCPs were measured. The quantitative structure–property relationship of the sampling rate of PAS1(Rair) for gas-phase SCCPs was studied. From the molecular point of view, Rairwas mainly affected by the molecular weight and sub-cooled liquid vapor pressure of SCCPs. In general, SCCPs in the urban air of Dalian mainly existed in gas phase,lower molecular weight SCCPs primarily occurred in the gas phase, whereas higher molecular weight SCCPs were predominately adsorbed or absorbed on airborne particles. The air concentration of SCCPs in the four seasons were different, the correlation of the concentration of SCCPs in the air with the meteorology parameters was conducted. The exposure risk by intake air SCCPs of the residents around the sampling sites was evaluated according to the European risk assessment standards.  相似文献

为克服陶瓷微滤膜净化微污染水体时产水量不高、通量衰减迅速的难题,采用磁絮凝预处理工艺延缓陶瓷膜的污染。对比了磁絮凝预处理与传统絮凝预处理对陶瓷微滤膜膜污染的影响,结果显示:磁絮凝预处理后陶瓷膜的稳定产水量高于传统絮凝预处理,验证了磁絮凝预处理工艺延缓膜污染的可行性。同时,研究了跨膜压差和膜面流速对2种组合工艺膜通量的影响,结果表明:随着跨膜压差和膜面流速的增加,膜通量均提高但增幅逐渐放缓,其优化运行参数如下:跨膜压差为0.20 MPa,膜面流速为2.0 m/s。  相似文献

在煤矿无煤柱开采过程中,采煤工作面及其作业空间往往因处于空气压能相对低位,受到邻近采空区内瓦斯等有害气体侵入的威胁。通过研究和实施气室连通管调压技术,合理改变采煤工作面邻近老空区外围的压能关系,调控老空区瓦斯涌出方向和涌出量,有效阻止老空区高浓度瓦斯侵入回采工作面作业空间。  相似文献

液体危化品大量地通过罐车运输,目前液体危化品罐车卸货完成后从通用卸货管道上拔掉卸货软管时,发生软管内残余液体危化品外喷伤人现象,其原因是液体危化品罐车卸货完毕,关闭罐车上的卸货阀门后,软管内压力大于管口大气压,在从通用卸货管道上拔掉卸货软管时,造成管内残余液体危化品从管口外喷,拔管时出现的外喷现象的动力,就是来自于这种压差.提出解决该问题的方法是对罐车的卸货装置进行简单改造,增加一个调节装置来平衡卸货软管内与外界大气压,消除液体外喷的动力.并在一家危险化学品经营企业的浓硝酸运输罐车上进行了实践应用,证明了该方法安全可行,提高了浓硝酸卸货时的安全性.  相似文献
