三江平原湿地岛状林CH4和N2O排放通量的特征   总被引:11,自引:2,他引:11  
利用静态箱-气相色谱法对三江平原湿地岛状林生长季N2O、CH4的排放通量进行了为期4个月的原位测定,分析了三江平原湿地岛状林CH4、N2O排放通量的季节特征,并初步探讨了CH4、N2O排放通量与温度和土壤水分的关系.湿地岛状林CH4、N2O通量均呈现出明显的正负交替的变化特征, 通量范围分别为-560.45~706.35 μg/(m2·h)和-28.87~43.59 μg/(m2·h), 季节均值分别为41.88 μg/(m2·h)和11.56 μg/(m2·h).结果表明, 湿地三江平原湿地岛状林土壤是CH4和N2O的汇.相关分析表明,CH4和N2O的排放与箱内温度具有弱相关性.土壤水分是影响湿地岛状林土壤CH4吸收、排放关系的重要因素, 而土壤的干湿交替能促进岛状林土壤N2O的排放.  相似文献

建立3块标准样地(天然沼泽、1990s和1970s排水沼泽),于2014年生长季期间,采用静态箱-快速温室气体分析仪野外原位观测CO2CH4排放通量.结果表明:沼泽排水增加了土壤温度(5,20,45cm),但降低沼泽水位;1990s[(680±329)mg CO2/(m2·h)]和1970s排水沼泽[(973±234)mg CO2/(m2·h)]生态系统CO2排放通量分别较天然沼泽增加了200%和330%,但CH4排放通量[(0.78±0.52)mg CH4/(m2·h)]和[(-0.01±0.02)mg CH4/(m2·h)]较天然沼泽分别降低了90%和100%;综合考虑两者排放通量,1990s[(186±89)mg C/(m2·h)]和1970s排水沼泽[(265±64)mg C/(m2·h)]生态系统碳(C)排放通量较天然沼泽分别增加了180%和300%.天然沼泽、1990s和1970s排水沼泽生态系统CO2排放通量与5cm土壤温度存在显著正相关,而仅1990s排水沼泽生态系统CO2排放通量与水位存在显著负相关.天然沼泽生态系统CH4排放通量与土壤温度(5,20,45cm)存在显著正相关,但1970s排水沼泽生态系统CH4排放通量与土壤温度(20,45cm)存在显著负相关,1990s排水沼泽生态系统CH4排放通量与水位存在显著正相关.沼泽排水显著增加了若尔盖高寒沼泽生态系统C排放通量,降低了沼泽C汇功能,可能增强区域气候变暖.  相似文献

纯电动轿车燃料周期的温室气体排放是否低于汽油轿车的排放仍然存在争议.为评价纯电动轿车的温室气体减排效率,此研究利用中国2007温室气体排放EIO-LCA模型分别核算了普通级纯电动轿车和汽油轿车燃料周期的温室气体排放量.结果表明纯电动轿车燃料周期的温室气体排放总量为124gCO2,e/km,汽油轿车相应的排放总量为265gCO2,e/km,纯电动轿车与汽油轿车相比,减排温室气体53%.模型计算结果还表明影响纯电动轿车温室气体排放的主要行业包括电力、热力的生产和供应业与煤炭开采和洗选业等.因此,纯电动轿车温室气体减排应通过优化一次能源结构、提高电网综合效率等方法实现.  相似文献

在烟雾腔中光照甲苯/亚硝酸甲酯(CH3ONO)/NO混合物,模拟了羟基自由基(OH·)启动甲苯光氧化反应生成二次有机气溶胶的过程.结果表明,二次有机气溶胶的生成数量随着CH3ONO的浓度增加而增加;在CH3ONO浓度为225.4μL/L时,二次有机气溶胶的生成数量达到最大;此后,增加CH3ONO的浓度反而会降低二次有机气溶胶的粒子密度.因此,对于二次有机气溶胶的形成过程来说,存在一个羟基自由基浓度的最佳值.  相似文献

为了研究富氧条件下不同泄爆面积对CH4燃烧诱导快速相变的影响,基于自主设计搭建的CH4燃烧诱导快速相变试验台,通过改变富氧系数和泄爆面积对CH4燃烧的压力振荡特性进行研究,分析了不同富氧系数E(0.21,0.3,0.4,0.6)及泄爆面积比(0,0.25,0.5,0.75,1)下CH4燃烧的压力峰值、到达压力峰值的时间及特征时间等参数的变化趋势。结果表明,随富氧系数增大,爆炸压力峰值逐渐增大。富氧系数E=0.21时,压力峰值低于相应的绝热压力,无压力振荡;当E=0.3时,压力峰值低于相应的绝热压力且伴随压力振荡。当E为0.4、0.6时,压力峰值高于相应绝热压力且伴随压力振荡;在泄爆条件下,随富氧系数增加,到达压力峰值的时间逐渐减小。通过分析不锈钢管道中的燃烧诱导快速相变现象,发现泄爆可以有效降低爆炸压力峰值,且随泄爆面积比增大,到达压力峰值的时间提前。  相似文献

Water regime and nitrogen (N) fertilizer are two important factors impacting greenhouse gases (GHG) emission from paddy field, whereas their effects have not been well studied in cold region. In this study, we conducted a two-year field experiment to study the impacts of water regime and N fertilizer on rice yields and GHG emissions in Harbin, China, a cold region located in high latitudes. Our results showed that intermittent irrigation significantly decreased methane (CH4) emission compared with continuous flooding, however, the decrement was far lower than the global average level. The N2O emissions were very small when flooded but peaked at the beginning of the disappearance of floodwater. The N fertilizer treatments increased CH4 emissions at low level (75kgN/ha). But both CH4 and N2O emissions were uninfluenced at the levels of 150kgN/ha and 225kgN/ha. Rice yields increased under intermittent irrigation and were highest at the level of 150kgN/ha. From our results, we recommended that the intermittent irrigation and 150kgN/ha as the ideal water regime-nitrogen fertilizer incorporation for this area to achieve low GHG emissions without impacting rice yields.  相似文献

煤矿抽采出的低浓度瓦斯直接排空不仅浪费清洁能源而且加剧温室效应。离子液体(IL)是近年来用于气体分离的热点研究对象。综述了利用IL分离气体,特别在溶解CH_4气体方面的研究进展,归纳了具有高效溶解CH4能力的IL结构特征,以及阴阳离子对IL溶解CH_4的影响规律。分析结果表明CH_4在大部分ILs中的溶解度较小;与咪唑类ILs相比,阴离子为[FAP]~-、[doc]~-、[Tf_2N]~-、[TMPP]~-,阳离子取代链为长烷烃的季膦类和季胺类ILs具有更强的溶解CH_4的能力。特别是[P4444][TMPP]和[P(14)666][TMPP]对CH_4表现出优越的溶解性,可考虑用这2种ILs存储CH_4。至于两者能否用于浓缩CH_4,还需实验测试[P4444][TMPP]和[P(14)666][TMPP]溶解CO_2和N_2的情况,以及对溶解过程的影响。  相似文献

Biotreatment of various ratios of H2S and NH3 gas mixtures was studied using the biofilters, packed with co-immobilized cells (Arthrobacter oxydans CH8 for NH3 and Pseudomonas putida CH11 for H2S). Extensive tests to determine removal characteristics, removal efficiency, removal kinetics, and pressure drops of the biofilters were performed. To estimate the largest allowable inlet concentration, a prediction model was also employed. Greater than 95% and 90% removal efficiencies were observed for NH3 and H2S, respectively, irrespective of the ratios of H2S and NH3 gas mixtures. The results showed that H2S removal of the biofilter was significantly affected by high inlet concentrations of H2S and NH3. As high H2S concentration was an inhibitory substrate for the growth of heterotrophic sulfur-oxidizing bacteria, the activity of H2S oxidation was thus inhibited. In the case of high NH3 concentration, the poor H2S removal efficiency might be attributed to the acidification of the biofilter. The phenomenon was caused by acidic metabolite accumulation of NH3. Through kinetic analysis, the presence of NH3 did not hinder the NH3 removal, but a high H2S concentration would result in low removal efficiency. Conversely, H2S of adequate concentrations would favor the removal of incoming NH3. The results also indicated that maximum inlet concentrations (model-estimated) agreed well with the experimental values for space velocities of 50–150 h−1. Hence, the results would be used as the guideline for the design and operation of biofilters.  相似文献

The wide use of pesticides has seriously threatened human health and the survival of beneficial organisms. The fungicide mepanipyrim is widely used in viticulture practices. Studies of mepanipyrim-induced toxicity in organisms are still scarce, especially studies on cardiotoxicity. In this study, we aimed to investigate mepanipyrim-induced cardiotoxicity in zebrafish (Danio rerio) larvae. We found that mepanipyrim could induce cardiotoxicity by altering the heart rate and cardiomyocyte diameter of larvae. Meanwhile, RNA sequencing and RT-qPCR data indicated that mepanipyrim exposure could dramatically alter the mRNA expression of calcium signaling pathway-, cardiac muscle contraction-, and oxidative respiratory chain-related genes. Interestingly, by the CALUX cell bioassay, we found that most cytochrome c oxidase (COX) family genes exhibited potential AhR-regulated activity, suggesting that mepanipyrim induced cardiotoxicity via a novel AhR-regulated manner in larvae. Additionally, the AhR antagonist CH223191 could effectively prevent mepanipyrim-induced cardiotoxicity in zebrafish larvae. In conclusion, the AhR agonist mepanipyrim could induce cardiotoxicity in a novel unreported AhR-regulated manner, which could specifically affect the expression of COX family genes involved in the mitochondrial oxidative respiratory chain. Our data will help explain the toxic effects of mepanipyrim on organisms and provide new insight into the AhR agonistic activity pesticide-induced cardiotoxicity.  相似文献

以东北黑土区荒地土壤(H)、开垦2 a(L)、30 a(S)和100 a(Y)土壤为对象,在25℃和60%WHC水分条件下,通过7 d的室内培养试验,研究了不同开垦年限黑土温室气体N2O、CO2和CH4的排放规律.结果表明,黑土开垦后理化性质发生了显著改变,进而影响了温室气体的排放.N2O排放量随开垦年限的增加而增加,开垦30 a和100 a土壤的N2O排放量显著高于荒地土壤.净硝化量和N2O排放量与土壤水溶性有机氮和粉粒含量呈显著正相关关系,与土壤pH和砂粒含量呈显著负相关关系.CO2排放量随开垦年限的增加而逐渐降低,开垦30 a和100 a土壤与荒地土壤差异显著.土壤有机碳和水溶性有机碳含量与CO2累积排放量呈显著正相关关系.好氧条件下,荒地土壤和开垦土壤在培养前4 d表现为对CH4的微量排放,然后表现为对CH4的微量吸收,开垦土壤的CH4排放量随开垦年限的增加而增加.不同开垦年限黑土可能因土壤pH、有机碳、水溶性有机碳含量以及土壤机械组成的差异而产生CO2和CH4排放的差异.  相似文献
