A number of policy measures have been activated in India in order to control the levels of air pollutants such as particulate matter, sulphur dioxide (SO2) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2). Delhi, which is one of the most polluted cities in the world, is also going through the implementation phase of the control policies. Ambient air quality data monitored during 2000 to 2003, at 10 sites in Delhi, were analyzed to assess the impact of implementation of these measures, specifically fuel change in vehicles. This paper presents the impact of policy measures on ambient air quality levels and also the source apportionment. CO and NO2 concentration levels in ambient air are found to be associated with the mobile sources. The temporal variation of air quality data shows the significant effect of shift to CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) in vehicles.  相似文献

基于故障树与灰色模糊理论的城市CNG加气站安全评价   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0  
城市CNG加气站安全状况好坏,直接影响到整个城市天然气汽车的安全运行,为此提出运用故障树分析法与灰色模糊理论对城市CNG加气站进行安全状况分析。通过对站内危险因素的分析,建立了加气站主要系统的故障树,得到引起加气站主要系统失效的70个基本事件,建立加气站安全评价指标体系,利用专家评分法对指标进行评分,利用层次分析法计算各指标层次相对权重。运用灰色关联分析法,计算参评数据序列与标准数据序列的关联系数矩阵,即得出模糊评判矩阵。再由模糊理论得出加气站安全等级,并给出相应的日常安全工作重点。用该方法对常州市CNG加气站进行安全评价,得出安全等级为Ⅱ级,这与加气站实际运行状况相符,说明用该方法对加气站进行安全评价是有效的、可靠的,能够为城市CNG加气站安全管理提供依据。  相似文献

基于车用全复合材料CNG气瓶近年发生爆炸事故和定期检验中合格率偏低,主要问题在于气瓶内胆存在裂纹、开裂等缺陷。应用ANSYS有限元软件对现役全复合材料气瓶进行模拟,采用自上而下的建模方法,对全复合材料CNG气瓶进行建模,计算、分析全复合材料CNG气瓶在工作压力、试验压力、爆破压力下的应力、应变分布。模拟计算结论为现役全复合材料CNG气瓶出现的裂纹、开裂等缺陷与内胆材料强度不足和气瓶结构设计密切相关。全复合材料CNG气瓶的设计制造阶段要充分考虑内胆材料强度,合理选材,进一步完善气瓶瓶身与瓶阀过渡区域的结构设计,提出改进检验工艺方案。  相似文献

近年来,CNG汽车发展很快,根据国家有关法规和标准的要求,结合CNG气瓶工作实际需要,对车用CNG气瓶的安装许可、安装监督检验、定期检验周期、使用管理中存在的问题,进行分析研究。本文认为应加强气瓶安装资质管理,监督检验应包括气瓶和燃气系统。现行国家标准对钢质内胆纤维缠绕气瓶和全钢瓶的要求不一致,应及时完善,出租车用气瓶检验周期应与其他车辆不同。提出气瓶安装中要注意的几个技术问题,包括气瓶数量和布置、气瓶固定方式、非燃气系统检查等。为保证CNG汽车安全使用,指出气瓶安装行政许可、车辆检验和气瓶检验、车辆保险和气瓶保险等需要解决的问题。  相似文献

Public transport in Delhi was amended by the Supreme Court of India to use Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) instead of diesel or petrol. After the implementation of CNG since April 2001, Delhi has the highest fraction of CNG-run public vehicles in the world and most of them were introduced within 20 months. In the present study, the concentrations of various criteria air pollutants (SPM, PM10, CO, SO2 and NOx) and organic pollutants such as benzene, toluene, xylene (BTX) and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) were assessed before and after the implementation of CNG. A decreasing trend was found for PAHs, SO2 and CO concentrations, while the NOx level was increased in comparison to those before the implementation of CNG. Further, SPM, PM10, and BTX concentrations showed no significant change after the implementation of CNG. However, the BTX concentration demonstrated a clear relation with the benzene content of gasoline. In addition to the impact of the introduction of CNG the daily variation in PAHs levels was also studied and the PAHs concentrations were observed to be relatively high between 10 pm to 6 am, which gives a proof of a relation with the limited day entry and movement of heavy vehicles in Delhi.  相似文献

This study presents a numerical model to analyze the sudden failure of compressed natural gas (CNG) cylinder onboard a CNG vehicle. The model is developed using COMSOL. It accounts for the real gas effects, physical energy, and combustion of the flammable gas. The model is tested using experimental data.The study highlight compression energy as one of the serious concern. An unintentional rupture of a compressed cylinder filled with natural gas would generate a rapid energy release in the form of the pressure energy (blast). The release of energy and gas would cause rapid mixing and generate overpressure and may also cause flash fire. A detailed failure frequency analysis is also done to analyze the effectiveness of barriers. This study identifies critical points for the safe operation of the CNG system onboard a vehicle.  相似文献

Compressed natural gas(CNG)is most appropriate an alternative of conventional fuel for automobiles.However,emissions of carbon-monoxide and methane from such vehicles adversely affect human health and environment.Consequently,to abate emissions from CNG vehicles,development of highly efficient and inexpensive catalysts is necessary.Thus,the present work attempts to scan the effects of precipitants(Na_2CO_3,KOH and urea)for nickel cobaltite(Ni Co_2O_4)catalysts prepared by co-precipitation from nitrate solutions and calcined in a lean CO-air mixture at 400°C.The catalysts were used for oxidation of a mixture of CO and CH_4(1:1).The catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffractometer,Brunauer–Emmett–Teller surface-area,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy;temperature programmedreductionandScanningelectronmicroscopycoupledwith Energy-Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy.The Na_2CO_3was adjudged as the best precipitant for production of catalyst,which completely oxidized CO-CH_4mixture at the lowest temperature(T_(100)=350°C).Whereas,for catalyst prepared using urea,T_(100)=362°C.On the other hand the conversion of CO-CH_4mixture over the catalyst synthesized by KOH limited to 97%even beyond 400°C.Further,the effect of higher calcination temperatures of 500 and600°C was examined for the best catalyst.The total oxidation of the mixture was attained at higher temperatures of 375 and 410°C over catalysts calcined at 500 and 600°C respectively.Thus,the best precipitant established was Na_2CO_3and the optimum calcination temperature of 400°C was found to synthesize the Ni Co_2O_4catalyst for the best performance in CO-CH_4oxidation.  相似文献

CNG/汽油两用燃料发动机的开发是交通运输领域解决能源危机和环境污染的问题最为便捷和有效的途径.基于一台4RB2电控汽油机加装顺序喷射天然气系统,在完成动力性标定的基础上,开展了发动机在不同负荷CNG/汽油两种燃烧模式下,能量消耗和NOx、HC、CO等有害排放物对环境影响研究.结果发现,各测试负荷工况下,发动机燃用CNG的能耗比燃用汽油的低,NOx、HC、CO三种有害排放物亦优于汽油燃烧模式,说明了CNG作为点燃式发动机燃料对保护环境的优越性.  相似文献

塔中油田为解决油气生产过程中排放的放空尾气给油田节能环保工作带来的压力,采用移动撬装天然气处理装置回收放空尾气技术。大量放空尾气经脱硫、脱水、脱烃、增压后,再利用CNG罐车拉运至尾气回收站回收利用。尾气回收利用技术的实施节约了大量天然气,降低了油气田开发对环境的影响。  相似文献
