浅谈大学图书馆在高校教学中的作用

图书馆是一个专门收集、整理、保存、传播文献并提供利用的科学、文化、教育和科研机构，它保存了人类文化遗产，能够开展社会教育，传递科学情报。高校图书馆可以通过和教学相结合的方法为教学提供智力资源和文化娱乐。     

深圳市环境教育对福建的启示

近年来,环境问题日益严重,这就使环境教育的作用日渐凸显。为了更好地解决环境问题,实现人与自然的和谐相处和经济与社会的健康发展,福建省开始逐步从实际出发,积极发展环境教育。深圳市作为我国环境教育领域的领头羊,其有效做法值得借鉴。本文对深圳市环境教育实例进行分析和总结,探索其环境教育发展的经验启示,以期探寻福建省环境教育发展的新思路。     

安全科技人才教育发展战略研究

我国当前安全事故频发与安全科技人才匮乏有一定的关系，安全科技人才教育公共性的缺失是安全科技人才减少的主要原因，国家要走政府主导型的安全科技人才教育发展之路，从战略的高度对其进行研究，本文就这一问题进行尝试性的探索，旨在为我国安全产生提供数量足够的高质量的安全科技人才，为国家作出更大的贡献。     

Taking the Conservation Biology Perspective to Secondary School Classrooms

Abstract: The influence of conservation biology can be enhanced greatly if it reaches beyond undergraduate biology to students at the middle and high school levels. If a conservation perspective were taught in secondary schools, students who are not interested in biology could be influenced to pursue careers or live lifestyles that would reduce the negative impact of humans on the world. We use what we call the ecology‐disrupted approach to transform the topics of conservation biology research into environmental‐issue and ecology topics, the major themes of secondary school courses in environmental science. In this model, students learn about the importance and complexity of normal ecological processes by studying what goes wrong when people disrupt them (environmental issues). Many studies published in Conservation Biology are related in some way to the ecological principles being taught in secondary schools. Describing research in conservation biology in the language of ecology curricula in secondary schools can help bring these science stories to the classroom and give them a context in which they can be understood by students. Without this context in the curriculum, a science story can devolve into just another environmental issue that has no immediate effect on the daily lives of students. Nevertheless, if the research is placed in the context of larger ecological processes that are being taught, students can gain a better understanding of ecology and a better understanding of their effect on the world.     

组织氛围对建筑工人不安全行为的影响机理及实证研究

为了研究组织氛围对建筑工人不安全行为的影响,从班组级安全氛围、班组级安全教育和项目级安全氛围三个层面测量组织氛围,基于组织氛围与安全态度、不安全动机及安全能力之间的关系,构建建筑工人不安全行为发生的机理。通过23个项目267份有效问卷收集数据,采用结构方程模型（SEM）进行验证,采用决策试验和评价实验室（DEMATEL）进一步计算和分析各潜变量之间的影响度和被影响度。研究结果表明:班组级安全氛围对安全态度、班组级安全教育对安全态度、安全能力对安全态度、安全态度对安全动机的影响显著;安全动机和安全能力对不安全行为的影响显著;班组级安全氛围、班组级安全教育和项目级安全氛围之间相互关系显著;班组级安全氛围、班组级安全教育和项目级安全教育是典型的原因影响因素,通过安全态度共同影响不安全行为。根据研究结果,提出应对措施,可为安全管理工作提供理论指导。     

The role of schools in helping communities copes with earthquake disasters: the case of the 2010–2011 New Zealand earthquakes

ABSTRACT

This article draws from the author’s four-year study of five school communities hit by the 2010–2011 earthquake sequence in the Canterbury region of New Zealand to highlight the roles that schools played in supporting their communities in the aftermath of the disaster. The article begins by synthesising the relevant literature on disasters, schools in earthquake disasters, and the importance of schools to their communities, pre- and post-disaster. The following themes from the data are discussed: (a) the role of schools in their communities prior to the earthquakes; (b) the role of schools in immediate rescue and response; (c) the role of schools in short-term relief; and (d) the role of schools in long-term recovery. The author then argues that as more evidence shows that schools play such crucial roles in post-disaster response and recovery, we need to better prepare and support them to undertake these functions. Further, we need to recognise the wider roles schools play supporting local communities to build and sustain resilience as part of on-going community cohesion and connectedness, so that society is better prepared when major disasters occur.     

浅析教育与素质教育--对当前教育的反思

"素质教育"是我们在新的历史时期对教育中出现问题的有所针对的强调提法.可是,这恰恰说明了我们在教育理念认识上的偏差,"素质教育"这一概念本身就已经切割了教育的整体内涵,说明我们在教育中已经将文化素质的培养作为教育的全部,忽视了教育对其他素质的培养功能.正是由于我们教育理念的偏差,忽视了心理素质、道德素质、思想素质、政治素质等综合素质的培养,直接导致了教育的畸形与"迫害性".     

再论在《授予博士、硕士学位和培养研究生的学科、专业目录》中设立“安全科学与工程”一级学科

从社会必要性、现实可行性、学科的实践基础、学科的科学基础、学科的结构体系等方面,对在《授予博士、硕士学位和培养研究生的学科、专业目录》中设立“安全科学与工程”一级学科进行了论述,提出了“安全科学与工程”下设二级学科、专业的框架;阐述了“安全科学与工程”和其他与安全学科相关学科的关系、生源关系、与现有安全学科相关的二级学科的关系、与现有安全学科相关的二级学科的学位授予关系以及与其他学科的学缘关系。论证结论表明目前设立“安全科学与工程”一级学科,条件已经成熟。建议国务院学位委员会尽快将“安全科学与工程”单列为一级学科,并在其下设“安全科学”、“安全工程”2个二级学科、专业。
