The effects of weathering on the constituents of wood and polymer matrix behavior in wood plastic composites (WPCs) were investigated. WPCs were produced from pine, extractives-free pine, and pine holocellulose fibers (60%) together with HDPE (40%). These composites were subjected to xenon-arc accelerated and outside weathering for a total of 1200 h and 120 days, respectively. The color and chemical changes that occurred on the surface of the WPCs were analyzed using a set of analytical techniques. For pine and extractive-free pine filled composites, the results showed that the total color change, lightness, and oxidation increased, while the lignin content decreased. In addition, the weight average molecular weight (Mw) and number average molecular weight (Mn) of extracted HDPE decreased with an increase in exposure time of the composites. However, HDPE crystallinity increased with longer exposure time. Lightness of holocellulose-based WPC changed the least while the change in its HDPE crystallinity was not significant compared to the other composite types. Therefore, holocellulose-based WPC may be preferred for applications where color stability is of high priority.  相似文献

Experimental study was performed on a single basin active solar distillation system augmented with a solar collector using evacuated solar tubes. Field tests were conducted over several days under the climatic conditions of West Texas to evaluate the effect evacuated solar tubes have on the daily distillate yield rate. To investigate the feasibility of the solar tubes, active and passive solar stills with and without exterior insulation were examined. The maximum daily production rate for the active distillation system using evacuated solar tubes and the passive distillation system was 3.6 and 1.4 kg/m2day, respectively. The results showed the augmentation of the still with evacuated solar tubes increased its production capacity by a factor of 2.63. It also increased the maximum temperature of the water in the still basin by at least 20 °C. Economic analysis shows that it is feasible to use evacuated tubular collector coupled solar still as an alternative means for reclaiming water in farmlands with a payback period of approximately 6 years.  相似文献

针对膜蒸馏法处理石化反渗透浓水的膜面污染物进行了分析及清洗工艺优化研究。在反渗透浓水温度为73℃、渗透侧真空度为-0.093 MPa的条件下进行膜蒸馏实验,实验后期膜通量衰减迅速,脱盐率基本保持在99.5%以上,产水p H基本稳定在6.5~7.0。膜面污染物的SEM表征结果显示,膜蒸馏的膜面污染主要为碳酸钙、硅酸钙、氢氧化镁结垢污染和氯化钠、氯化钾等盐类结晶污染。实验结果表明:分别以盐酸和去离子水为清洗液静态浸泡清洗污染膜时,污染物的去除效果最好,Na OH溶液次之,草酸最差;分别采用盐酸和去离子水动态清洗污染膜,膜通量和脱盐率均能恢复到初始水平,随运行时间的延长,经去离子水清洗后膜的膜通量出现衰减。  相似文献

通过对六硝基茋(HNS)生产过程中第二段工艺的产品洗涤废水进行水质分析,针对该段废水含有大量吡啶和多种溴代和硝基芳香类化合物的特点,探究了减压蒸馏耦合锌碳微电解法处理二段洗水的效果并优化工艺参数。结果显示,70℃条件下,二段洗水蒸馏至原体积的86.9%时,蒸馏剩余废水TOC去除率为44%,并且此前收集的馏分中吡啶浓度为10%~31.9%(V/V)。减压蒸馏工艺起到收集吡啶同时降低废水TOC的双重作用。减压蒸馏后,残留在废水中的有机物以溴代和硝基芳香化合物为主,采用微电解工艺,其条件优化实验的结果显示,在废水初始pH=1.0,锌投加量为25 g/L,锌碳投加比为1∶1,反应60 min后,废水TOC去除率为33%,采用多级微电解工艺可提高去除效果。  相似文献

The lead removal from the metallic mixture of waste printed circuit boards by vacuum distillation was optimized using experimental design, and a mathematical model was established to elucidate the removal mechanism. The variables studied in lead evaporation consisted of the chamber pressure, heating temperature, heating time, particle size and initial mass. The low-level chamber pressure was fixed at 0.1 Pa as the operation pressure. The application of two-level factorial design generated a first-order polynomial that agreed well with the data for evaporation efficiency of lead. The heating temperature and heating time exhibited significant effects on the efficiency, which was validated by means of the copper–lead mixture experiments. The optimized operating conditions within the region studied were the chamber pressure of 0.1 Pa, heating temperature of 1023 K and heating time of 120 min. After the conditions were employed to remove lead from the metallic mixture of waste printed circuit boards, the efficiency was 99.97%. The mechanism of the effects was elucidated by mathematical modeling that deals with evaporation, mass transfer and condensation, and can be applied to a wider range of metal removal by vacuum distillation.  相似文献

蒸磷法是国内从泥磷中提取黄磷的最常用方法,但该方法常存在蒸磷釜局部氧化严重、设备腐蚀较快等问题。模拟泥磷中温蒸馏提取黄磷的腐蚀试验,分析了Q235钢、45钢和304不锈钢3种材料在泥磷水分蒸发(100℃)和黄磷提取(290℃)2个阶段中质量与时间、材料腐蚀速率与时间的关系。采用扫描电镜(SEM)对腐蚀较严重的45钢材料进行了微观形貌分析,并分别用能谱分析仪(EDS)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对腐蚀产物成分及其相组成进行分析。结果表明:在100℃和290℃时,45钢的腐蚀速率最大,Q235钢次之,304不锈钢最小;45钢和Q235不锈钢100℃时腐蚀速率大于290℃时,而304不锈钢100℃时腐蚀速率小于290℃时。研究表明,304不锈钢的抗腐蚀能力最强,其次是Q235钢,而45钢抗腐蚀能力最弱。  相似文献

A steam injection pilot-scale experiment was performed on the unsaturated zone of a strongly heterogeneous fractured soil contaminated by jet fuel. Before the treatment, the soil was stimulated by creating sub-horizontal sand-filled hydraulic fractures at three depths. The steam was injected through one hydraulic fracture and gas/water/non-aqueous phase liquid (NAPL) was extracted from the remaining fractures by applying a vacuum to extraction wells. The injection strategy was designed to maximize the heat delivery over the entire cell (10 m × 10 m × 5 m). The soil temperature profile, the recovered NAPL, the extracted water, and the concentrations of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the gas phase were monitored during the field test. GC-MS chemical analyses of pre- and post-treatment soil samples allowed for the quantitative assessment of the remediation efficiency. The growth of the heat front followed the configuration of hydraulic fractures. The average concentration of total hydrocarbons (g/kg of soil) was reduced by ~ 43% in the upper target zone (depth = 1.5-3.9 m) and by ~ 72% over the entire zone (depth = 1.5-5.5 m). The total NAPL mass removal based on gas and liquid stream measurements and the free-NAPL product were almost 30% and 2%, respectively, of those estimated from chemical analyses of pre- and post-treatment soil samples. The dominant mechanisms of soil remediation was the vaporization of jet fuel compounds at temperatures lower than their normal boiling points (steam distillation) enhanced by the ventilation of porous matrix due to the forced convective flow of air. In addition, the significant reduction of the NAPL mass in the less-heated deeper zone may be attributed to the counter-current imbibition of condensed water from natural fractures into the porous matrix and the gravity drainage associated with seasonal fluctuations of the water table.  相似文献

采用空气隙膜蒸馏组件,采用美国进口膜,以自来水、伞盖3号原水和苦咸水为工质,实验分析了膜污染情况,结果显示:料液无旋转时,自来水间歇累计运行32 h后出现污染;质量分数分别为20%和50%的盐水8 h后传质通量降低到最初通量32%和12%;3号原水瞬时产生污染,经砂滤处理后为苦咸水,传质通量比原水提高4倍~5倍,运行8h后通量下降到初始通量的6%。削弱膜污染方法采用最优参数的三向旋转入流组件(α=70°、δ=2 mm、β=45°),自来水进入污染期由32 h推迟到65 h,传质通量比无旋转增大近20%;采用具有分水盘的并接式空气隙膜组件,开槽2 mm膜污染较严重,开槽3 mm的膜通量比无旋转入流传质通量平均增大60%,两种组件设计形式均可提高膜通量,一定程度缓解了膜污染的产生。  相似文献
