建立了固相萃取气相色谱测定水质中六六六、滴滴涕的方法,详尽地叙述了水样预处理过程。方法检测限较低,α六六六和γ六六六为1ng/L,β六六六、δ六六六和pp′DDE为2ng/L,op′DDT和pp′DDT为3ng/L,pp′DDD为4ng/L。加标回收率在88%~93%之间,回收较好,相对标准差均<2.5%,精密度好。方法快速、简便,避免了液液萃取的繁多手续。 相似文献

分别用蒽酮比色、苯酚-硫酸及气相色谱法3种测试方法测试了上海市某生活小区生活污水的糖类组成.试验结果表明,蒽酮比色法测试糖类浓度的准确性与精确性优于苯酚-硫酸法,但不能得出污水中糖类的详细组成情况;与蒽酮比色法和苯酚-硫酸法相比,气相色谱法不仅能得出污水中糖类的详细组成,而且还具有较高的精密度.气相色谱法测得的生活污水中各种单糖,如木糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖、鼠李糖、核糖、岩藻糖的质量浓度分别为8.25、 6.02、5.52、4.80、4.44、4.41、2.66 mg/L. 相似文献

焦炉工人PAHs空气日均暴露浓度分析 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
用个体采样器对100名受试者进行了可吸入颗粒物和气态样品的24h跟踪采集,并通过梯度洗脱一反相HPLC/可编程序荧光检测法定量分析了样品中14种多环芳烃。结果表明,不同受试人员多环芳烃空气日均暴露浓度存在很大差异,其中焦炉工人受多环芳烃中BaP空气日均暴露浓度为0.5μg/m^3~1.7μg/m^3,炼纲厂工作人员和清洁区办公人员的BaP空气日均暴露浓度分别为0.02μg/m^3和0.01μg/m^3。不同受试人员多环芳烃空气日均暴露在PM10及气相中的分配比例也略有不同,焦炉工人的BaP空气日均暴露浓度有近99%来自PM10,一般人群为93%左右。指出2环、3环多环芳烃主要以气态形式存在,4环至6环多环芳烃主要分布在PM10中。 相似文献

In case of accidents involving releases of hazardous materials, calculating the gas dispersion is essential for assessing risks. In general, the leaked chemical is assumed to be instantly dispersed to the atmosphere if the leak occurs in the outdoor location. However, a different approach should be made for the incidents when sources are located inside a building. For the indoor release, the gas will be diluted prior to the release to the atmosphere and the gas release from a building to the atmosphere demands the application of another model before the dispersion calculation. The indoor release model calculates average indoor concentration and volumetric flowrate to the exterior. The model is fast and reasonably accurate compared to rigorous but time-consuming computational fluid dynamics (CFD) models. The model results were compared with experimental data, and CFD simulation results both with simple geometry to demonstrate validation and assess the performance of the indoor release model. Lastly, the behavior and effect of mitigation of indoor release were demonstrated by using the model results. 相似文献

Chromium, nickel, copper, zinc and cadmium were determined in sediments of the Niger Delta (Nigeria) in order to discriminate
between natural metal sources and anthropogenic ones. Surface sediments were collected at seven sites along a new gas pipeline
near Port Harcourt, between the New Calabar River and the Bonny River towards Bonny town. Chemical characterisation is obtained
by hydrofluoric–nitric acid digestion procedure, providing the ‘total’ (‘residual’) metal contents. Information about the
anthropogenic metal fraction was obtained by cold diluted hydrochloric acid extraction procedure. This ‘labile’ acid soluble
fraction of metals, perhaps due to relatively recent inputs in the sediments, constitutes the fraction more likely to be available
to marine organisms, and furnishes a first evaluation of the possible toxicity of sediments of this sensitive ecosystem. Zinc
appears to be the most available of all the heavy metals: its ‘labile’ fraction attains 40–50% of the ‘total’ zinc in sediment.
Sites near Port Harcourt city are the most contaminated. All the examined metals are one order of magnitude below the respective
values proposed as a limit for toxicity and are comparable with those observed by other authors in similar Niger Delta areas.
Some anomalous data found near Port Harcourt city suggest that zinc and cadmium are the metals that require further monitoring.
Their anthropogenic source could be derived from urban and industrial sewage. 相似文献

The effect of monoammonium phosphate (NH4H2PO4) particles on 5 μm aluminum dust flames is investigated experimentally and computationally. NH4H2PO4 in three particle size is employed to determine the inhibition efficiency on aluminum flame propagation. Flame inhibition mechanism considering both gas and surface chemistry of aluminum particles is developed. Results show that the inhibition effectiveness monotonously increases as NH4H2PO4 particle size is reduced to 25 μm. Flame morphology and flame microstructure change with the addition of different particle size NH4H2PO4. Small NH4H2PO4 particles within the range studied have a greater reduction in average flame propagation compared to the coarser one. Meanwhile, the fine NH4H2PO4 particles almost decompose completely during the penetration of aluminum flame and then undergo a sufficient chemical interaction with the flame. The simulations indicate that the decomposition products of NH4H2PO4 particles obstruct the oxidation of aluminum particles through flame radical consumption. Additionally, the addition of NH4H2PO4 can reduce the vaporization rate and surface reaction rate of aluminum particles. 相似文献
