活性炭厌氧流不处理毒性有机废水存在问题，对含有活性炭能吸附而生物难降解成份的废水，通过定期替换少量活性炭、能维持工艺的稳定运行。     

生物活性炭处理废水中有机物的研究探讨

生物活性炭(BAC)是一种处理有机废水的有效方法。现以BAC处理废水中的酚和甲醇为例,综述BAC处理废水中有机物的机理和影响因素。并通过生物活性炭吸附降解四氯乙烯(PCE)的综合模型得到BAC作用与吸附和生物降解的关系。最后简单介绍了BAC中活性炭与微生物的选择。     

超临界二氧化碳流体萃取土壤中有机污染物的研究进展

就近年来人们利用超临界二氧化碳流体对有机污染物污染的土壤所做的研究工作以及所取得的成果进行了总结。     

白洋淀的纤毛虫及与水质污染的关系

对白洋淀纤毛虫的种类组成、优势种进行了初步调查，同时对水质进行理化监测，共鉴定出纤毛虫４８种。根据Ｍａｒｓｓｏｎ引出的污水生物体系法分析，白洋淀纤毛虫主要由耐有机污染的种群组成。说明白洋淀主要受有机污染。纤毛虫的种类数与水体中ＴＮ、ＴＰ、ＢＯＤ５有着密切关系。     

Upgrading of organic waste: production of the copolymer poly-3-hydroxybutyrate-co-valerate by Ralstonia eutrophus with organic waste as sole carbon source

Two types of fermented organic waste (trade and industry waste and fruit and vegetable waste) were successfully used as a sole carbon source to produce poly-3-hydroxybutyrate-co-valerate (PHBV) by Ralstonia eutrophus (formerly Alcaligenes eutrophus) via oxygen limitation.The production of PHBV could be optimized by optimizing the oxygen transfer through the fermentor. Thereby, a peak concentration of 1.1 g PHBV per liter cell suspension, 40 w% of cell dry weight, was obtained at an aeration rate of 0.24 mol O₂/h·kg biomass. The yield of PHBV on the fatty acid concentration in the organic waste was 0.16 g polymer/g volatile organic matter. The process obtained, compares well with the commercial production process of PHBV based on glucose.     

Effects of Ca2+ ions antagonistic to Al3+ ions poisoningin root growth , cell division and nucleolusin root tip cells of Allium cepa

The effects of different aluminium chloride concentrations together with varying calciumchloride concentrations on root growth, cell division and nucleoli in root tip cells of Allium cepa werestudied. The concentrations used for aluminium chloride were 10^-4, 10^-3 and 10^-2 mol/L ; and for calcium chloride were 10^-5 , 10^-4 , 10^-3 and 10^-2 mol/L, respectively. The results showed that after thetreatments with 10^-2 to 10^-3 mol/L Al³⁺ , root growth was severely inhibited , a large nurnber of thecells with c-mitosis were induced and the nucleolar material was extruded from the nucleus into the cytoplasm. However , the treatments with 10^-2 to 10^-3 mol/L of Al³⁺ together with 10^-2)to 10^-5 mol/LCa²⁺ suggested that Ca²⁺ gave the obviously protective effects against Al³⁺ poisoning in root growth.cell division and nucleoli of the root tip cells in A. cepa. The possible mechanism of these protective effects of Ca²⁺) is also briefly discussed.     

预防水体黑臭的水质指标研究

水体黑臭的指标，是研究其成因，判断其黑芨科学合理地管理水体的重要内容，该文选择了与一黑臭生化过程有关的的一些参数，进行了理场和模拟试验测定研究，结果证明ＤＯ、ＢＯＤ５、硫酸还原菌数等，与水体黑臭具有较好的相关性。水体黑臭与不黑臭的临界指标为：ＣＨ－２１．５，ＤＯ＝１．８ｍｇ／Ｌ，Ｎ＝２０００个／ｍｌ，ＢＯＤ５＝１４ｍｇ／Ｌ。     

湿法烟气脱硫添加剂的试验研究

采用我校自主设计研制的水浴脱硫设备,以石灰石为脱硫剂,通过模拟烟气净化冷态模型试验研究了甲酸,乙酸,已二酸,草酸作为有机添加剂对湿法烟气脱硫的影响,并讨论了其机理.试验结果表明,有机酸添加剂能减缓脱硫液pH值的降低过程,能在较低的pH值时得到较高的脱硫率.实验结果为有机添加剂在湿法脱硫中的应用提供了理论依据.     

一个填埋场的气体排放控制系统的建立及其从中得到的几点启示

介绍位于纽约州北汉姆斯特城的ＰｏｒｔＷａｓｈｉｎｇｔｏｎ城市固体废弃物填埋场填埋气体的排放、监测和处理系统及其有关测试数据和从中得到的启示．     

高效液相色谱在环境监测中的应用

论述了高效液相色谱法适于环境样品中分子量大、挥发性低、热稳定性差的有机污染物的分析与分离。参阅了国内外文献，例举了用高效液相色谱法测定环境样品中多环芳烃、酚类、多氯联苯、酞酸酯类、联苯胺类、阴离子和非离子表面活性剂、有机农药等有机污染物的测定条件及分离结果。
