用原位红外分别进行了MnOx/Al-SBA-15催化剂上NH3和NO+O2的吸附态和瞬态实验以及NH3+NO+O2反应的稳态实验。结果表明,催化剂上存在着L酸位和B酸位,NH3吸附在催化剂上形成配位态的NH3和NH4+,配位态的NH3能脱氢形成—NH2活性中间态。NO+O2在催化剂上吸附形成硝酸盐类、硝基类和亚硝酸盐类。将NO+O2通入预吸附NH3的催化剂中时,表面的配位态的NH3、NH4+和—NH2都会减少直至消失,SCR反应显著。而将NH3通入预吸附NO+O2的催化剂中时,只有硝基类和亚硝酸盐类减少,硝酸盐类基本不发生变化,SCR反应微弱。NH3+NO+O2稳态反应中,催化剂表面稳定存在着NH4+和硝酸盐类,SCR反应显著。  相似文献

The emergence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the extractive industries represents a bid to legitimize the sector after decades of environmental disasters and the trampling of indigenous rights. But whilst the rise in CSR has meant safer technologies and better stakeholder engagement, there is little evidence of any real socio-economic development at the grassroots. This paper examines the uneasy relationship existing between the strategic ‘business model’ of CSR and the brand of development it delivers. Using evidence from two multinational extractive industries in Papua New Guinea, we show how weaknesses in CSR practice come from greater emphasis on meeting global ‘performance standards’ than on the specificities of the social contexts in which strategies are implemented. These weaknesses, we argue, lead to ill-conceived and inappropriate development programmes that generate inequality, fragmentation, and social and economic insecurity. We conclude that greater engagement with affected communities will facilitate the development of more mutually beneficial and appropriate CSR strategies.  相似文献

合成了以N-甲基咪唑为配体,Cu为活性中心的络合金属多相催化剂Cu(Ⅰ)-NHC-SBA-15.通过1H-NMR、13C-NMR、有机元素分析和FTIR对各步合成反应产物结构经行了鉴定;用SEM、N2吸附脱附等方法对催化剂进行了表征;用ICP测定了催化剂Cu含量.对催化剂催化2,4-二甲氧基溴苯还原脱溴活性进行了测试.在反应时间为24 h,通过正交实验和单因素实验,考察了催化剂用量、反应温度、还原剂用量等因素对脱溴率的影响,并确定了最佳反应条件:催化剂用量为0.05 g、水合肼用量为2 mL、反应温度为80℃,脱溴效果较好,脱溴率达到98.5%.对催化剂重复使用进行了初步研究.对催化反应动力学进行了初步研究,结果表明,该多相催化反应是由表面反应速度控制,并符合一级动力学反应.对反应机理进行了初步探讨.  相似文献

Cu-SBA-15催化湿式过氧化氢氧化水溶液中罗丹明B   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用水热晶化法合成了不同含铜量的Cu-SBA-15介孔分子筛,并且用XRD、N2吸附、TEM以及UV-vis对所合成的样品进行表征。以Cu-SBA-15为催化剂,H2O2为氧化剂,催化湿式过氧化水溶液中的罗丹明B,主要考察H2O2浓度、催化剂用量、处理温度、初始pH等因素对罗丹明B氧化效果的影响。结果表明,在同样的处理条件下罗丹明的脱色率明显高于TOC去除率,处理温度、初始pH对罗丹明B的脱色与氧化有重要影响。在罗丹明B初始浓度100 mg/L,H2O2初始浓度1.8 g/L,催化剂量0.3 g/L,温度60℃,pH为7.0,处理时间100 min时,罗丹明B的脱色率为98.6%,TOC去除率为62.8%。  相似文献

于2010年6月—10月每月对青木关地下河水进行监测,利用15N同位素技术并结合水化学指标,分析地下河的水化学特征以及硝态氮来源的时空变化特征。结果表明,地下河出口丁家龙洞硝态氮质量浓度(5.08 mg/L)比入口天池2号点(0.842 mg/L)高6倍多。天池2号点处δ15N为-0.705%~+0.706%,主要受到人造化肥和天然土壤矿化的有机氮的影响,总体变化幅度不大,地下水受外界影响较小。出口丁家龙洞处的δ15N为-2.15%~+3.78%,平均值为+1.01%,总体值高,且变化幅度大。  相似文献

Ammonia volatilization loss and 15N balance were studied in a rice field at three different stages after urea application in Taihu Lake area with a micrometeorological technique. Factors such as climate and the NH4+-N concentration in the field floodwater affecting ammonia loss were also investigated. Results show that the ammonia loss by volatilization accounted for 18.6%-38.7% of urea applied at different stages, the greatest loss took place when urea was applied at the tillering stage, the smallest at the ear bearing stage, and the intermediate loss at the basal stage. The greatest loss took place within 7 d following the fertilizer application. Ammonia volatilization losses at three fertilization stages were significantly correlated with the ammonium concentration in the field floodwater after the fertilizer was applied. 15N balance experiment indicated that the use efficiency of urea by rice plants ranged between 24.4% and 28.1%. At the early stage of rice growth, the fertilizer nitrogen use efficiency was rather low, only about 12%. The total amount of nitrogen lost from different fertilization stages in the rice field was 44.1%-54.4%, and the ammonia volatilization loss was 25.4%-33.3%. Reducing ammonia loss is an important treatment for improving N use efficiency.  相似文献

以辛基键合SBA- 15为固相微萃取(SPME)的吸附涂层,考察了吸附和解吸时间、萃取温度、搅拌速率对SPME效率的影响,该方法的线性范围分别为0.4-300μg/L、4.0-450μg/L,检出限为0.3μg/L、0.10μg/L,以此方法测定了环境水样中萘、蒽的含量.该方法具有灵敏度高和精密度好的特点.  相似文献

蓝藻水华对太湖水柱反硝化作用的影响   总被引:5,自引:4,他引:1  
反硝化作用是湖泊水体最主要的脱氮过程,对减轻湖泊的氮素污染和富营养化控制具有重要意义.蓝藻水华暴发和衰亡可能会通过改变水体氮素循环途径及微环境来促使反硝化作用直接在水柱中发生,加速氮的去除.为了验证这一假设,取太湖湖水添加不同生物量的蓝藻和连续10 d的NO_3~--N、PO_4~(3-)-P营养盐,进行蓝藻生长与降解对反硝化影响的模拟实验,测定蓝藻水华期水体藻类生物量和各形态氮浓度的动态变化,同时利用~(15)N同位素添加培养结合膜进样质谱仪(MIMS)实时定量测定反硝化速率.结果表明,蓝藻在生长期吸收氮素转变为颗粒氮,在衰亡期藻细胞通过降解矿化释放了大量的NH_4~+-N,继而转化为NO_3~--N,为反硝化作用提供底物,是大幅度促进水体反硝化作用的关键;反硝化速率(以N2计,下同)最高达到(1 614. 52±301. 57)μmol·(m~2·h)~(-1),是同时期最低蓝藻生物量组反硝化速率[(534. 45±242. 18)μmol·(m~2·h)~(-1)]的3倍,实验结束时添加初始蓝藻生物量倍数最高组的TN去除率达最高(40. 02%),是未添加蓝藻组TN去除率(17. 72%)的2. 26倍,说明蓝藻堆积会显著促进反硝化作用的强度,加速水体氮素的去除.蓝藻衰亡时反硝化速率的快慢受NH_4~+浓度的影响显著,表明附着在藻团的微生物的耦合硝化-反硝化作用是氮盐去除的主要途径.本研究结果表明,水华蓝藻生长期快速吸收氮素转变为颗粒氮,蓝藻死亡降解后通过耦合硝化-反硝化作用加速氮素去除,这可能是太湖夏季氮素浓度降低的原因之一.  相似文献

In recent years, commodity markets show a large amount of volatility and substantial price jumps, indicating an increasing economic scarcity in many cases. As this scarcity makes commodity procurement a critical issue for national economies, industry sectors and manufacturing companies, a number of criticality indices have been presented and utilized in science as well as in practice. These indices are mostly based on an aggregation of different key figures, both qualitative and quantitative. Overgrowth is rarely associated with chromosomal imbalances. Here, we report on a male foetus presenting with overgrowth and additional material on the short arm of one of the chromosome 15 in 12% of lymphocytes and 50% of amniotic cells. Parents' karyotypes were normal, indicating a de novo origin for this unbalanced rearrangement. Complementary studies using cytogenetic and FISH studies showed that this additional material resulted in a 15q25-qter trisomy and confirmed the presence of three copies of the insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor (IGF1R) gene, included in the trisomic region. Autopsy performed after termination of pregnancy revealed isolated overgrowth and absence of visceral malformations. The possible mechanisms and origins for the formation of this mosaic pure trisomy are complex. The present observation emphasises the hypothesis that the overgrowth phenotype, frequently reported in patients with trisomy including the 15q26 region, might be causally related to a dosage effect of the IGF1R gene, as well as the importance of chromosome analysis in patients with overgrowth.
