大型石化装置安全阀安全保障综合管理体系应用研究

本文研究采用基于风险的完整性综合管理方法解决大型石化企业安A-N管理中存在的问题。阐述了建立安全阀数据库的基本原则，提出根据失效可能性和风险等级制定安全阀分类管理策略，实现分类管理，进行检验组织优化，制定安全阀失效紧急处置指南，以期形成安全阀安全保障综合管理体系，并建立包括网上报检、备阀备件统计管理、风险定量计算等功能的安全阀管理信息系统，在保障安全阀安全运行的同时，提高管理效能，降低管理成本。     

Correlation of pmax and KSt to specific surface area and calorific value of a dust

The safety characteristics p_max and K_St of a flammable dust are usually determined in a closed apparatus (20 l- or 1 m³-vessel). The results are strongly influenced by the parameters of the apparatus (e.g. the volume, geometry, dispersion system). The aim of this project is to investigate whether there is a correlation between p_max and K_St on the one hand and the calorific value H_S and the specific surface area S_m of the dust on the other. In an experimental study, around 200 dust samples from different sectors of industry will be analysed. The analysis of around 102 dusts shows that the correlation may be described by a logarithmic function. Owing to differences in reaction mechanism it is reasonable to formulate different functions for different substance groups (e.g. metals, organic materials). This may lead to an algorithm which can predict p_max and K_St from H_S and S_m within a defined range of error.     

Investigation of a pyrophoric iron fire in a Visbreaker fractionation column provides better cleaning work procedure

An unexpected ignition of pyrophoric iron sulphide deposits took place in the fractionator of a Visbreaker unit. The distillation column had been chemically decontaminated prior to the event. The investigation of the event leads to conclusions concerning chemical decontamination limitations in vessels in coking service. Based on the lessons learned from this case, a prioritization of manual vessel cleaning works in coking service is proposed.

提出了安全程度的模糊风险度量方法。在模糊可能性理论基础上研究了非确定因素危险程度的量化表示方法。提出了模糊系统安全分析的逻辑模型。这一方法是与基于概率理论之上的方法完全不同的安全分析方法。给出了基于概率可能性和模糊可能性基础上的安全程度的含义和系统安全分析方法及适用条件

伴随着车辆的大幅度增长 ,我国的道路交通事故也在逐年增加。为了改变我国汽车超载行驶的严峻局面 ,笔者从我国的实际情况出发 ,分析了汽车超载行驶的原因 ,并有针对性地给出了杜绝汽车超载行驶的可行而有效的软硬件措施 ,为改善交通安全的现状 ,指出了实现的方法及努力的方向。
