香根草等三种植物的抗盐性比较   总被引:29,自引:2,他引:29  
盐度对香根草、百喜草和水花生3种草本植物生长发育的影响相当明显.植物体,尤其是茎叶内的Na^+和Cl^-直接影响到植物的株高、分蘖数、叶面积、根长等生长指标,进而影响到生物量;但在盐胁迫下,生物量的下降幅度不及上述4个指标的降幅大,根系生物量的降幅又不及茎叶的降幅。叶片光合色素亦受Na^+或Cl^-的影响。在盐度不高时,色素含量增加,盐度较高时,色素含量下降,但它的幅度远不及生物量的下降幅度大。  相似文献

利用6个含有单抗基因的近等基因系材料为鉴别品种,在水稻的孕穗期采用剪叶接种的方法,测定了西南不同海拔稻区218株水稻白叶枯病菌(Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae)的致病型。结果表明,(1)西南稻区水稻白叶枯病菌致病型具有丰富的多样性,共包含18种,其中9种新致病型为西南地区特有的类型。(2)不同海拔稻区病菌致病型组成存在明显差异,中海拔稻区病菌致病型数量最多,高海拔稻区次之,低海拔稻区最少。低海拔稻区病菌致病型多样性指数、均匀度指数均最低,并且与中海拔和高海拔稻区差异显著。(3)通过分析病菌对抗性基因的克服数量以及鉴别品种病斑长度,表明不同海拔稻区病菌毒力存在明显差异。病菌的毒力与其地理来源的海拔高度呈负相关关系。(4)聚类分析结果显示,以致病型彼此间相似率60%为界,18种致病型可归为4个聚类簇,其中簇Ⅰ毒性最弱,主要集中了高海拔稻区的菌株,簇Ⅳ毒性最强,集中的主要是低海拔菌株。(5)相关性分析表明,病菌致病型多样性特征值与气候类型和寄主品种的多样性呈线性相关关系,气候类型和寄主品种影响病菌致病型的多样性分布,并且寄主品种对病菌的影响程度高于气候类型。就品种的布局而言,低海拔稻区应尽可能使用含有多个抗性基因的聚合品种,而在中、高海拔稻区,应制定好抗性基因轮换的宏观计划,减少低海拔地区向海拔较高的地区稻种的频繁调运,降低水稻白叶枯病的危害。  相似文献

酸雨污染对生态系统和人类生存环境造成严重影响,研究植物抗性及其对环境的适应能力是大气污染胁迫退化生态系统恢复中植物种类选择的基础和前提。作者选择陶瓷工业污染区南海西樵山和相对清洁区肇庆鼎湖山自然生长的木本植物鸭脚木(Schefflera octophylla)、荷木(Schima superba)当年生叶和一年生叶以及马尾松(Pinus massoniana)一年生针叶进行生理指标的测定和分析。结果表明:在酸雨污染环境下,3 种植物叶片的细胞膜透性受到损害,光合色素降解,PSII 最大光化学效率下降;对酸雨污染的敏感性次序为:马尾松>鸭脚木≥荷木,马尾松为酸雨敏感种。初步讨论了树木对酸雨污染的部分抗性生理机制,为酸雨污染地区退化生态系统恢复之植被选择提供理论依据。  相似文献

研究了膜生物反应器污泥龄对胞外聚合物(EPS)含量、污泥特性、污泥颗粒粒径分布及膜过滤阻力的影响.结果表明,污泥龄(SRT)为30 d时混合液中胞外聚合物(EPS)和膜面上的EPS含量分别约为90 mg/g、0.8 g/m2,随污泥龄的延长二者同步增加,EPS在膜面上几乎没有积累;混合液EPS含量的增加改变了细菌表面电荷且增大了细菌表面亲水基和疏水基的比例,使细菌存在状态由不稳定型(R型)向稳定型(S型)转变.造成污泥的沉降困难;在长污泥龄运行中.混合液中污泥颗粒呈现双峰分布,泥龄30 d时在O.5 μm和16 μm处有2个峰且平均粒径约14μm,污泥龄延长双峰分布向颗粒小的方向移动;混合液中微细颗粒含量及粒径分布对膜污染起决定性作用.综合考虑膜污染和污泥特性,膜生物反应器的污泥龄应控制在优势菌最小世代时间(运行温度下的最大比增长速度)的120倍以下.  相似文献

The river Don catchment area in Sheffield and Rotherham offers a good place for a case study of flood risk management, given the impact of a flooding event in 2007 and the way in which local events have become entwined with national and international policy shifts. To interpret local policy, a combination of systems-based and socio-cultural theory is used. Both the theories and the case study serve to disentangle the multiple meanings of resilience. Understood in opposition to flood resistance, resilience has only limited applicability in an area such as the case study where engineering works protect employment and infrastructure. Resilience as a policy discourse also lacks political transparency and a recognition of socio-cultural influences. Underlying the shift towards resilient styles of management is an appreciation of the importance of capacity, to learn and to act. The case study identifies blockages to the realisation of that capacity.  相似文献

The client relationships and tacit knowledge of professionals are professional service firms' (PSFs') major value creating resources producing challenges in generating post‐merger and acquisition value and risks of reducing the productivity or losing key professionals and their clients. The recent emergence of publicly owned PSFs and rapid growth through consolidating smaller privately owned firms potentially increases this risk by integrating small firms and their professionals into large public companies that may be governed very differently. This study explores post‐acquisition integration processes: professional behaviours and associated performance implications in two highly acquisitive publicly owned accounting companies. In one company, the integration process was rapid and heavily directed by senior management, while in the second company, integration was more gradual, initially undirected but then facilitated by senior management. The findings suggest that integration processes can impact the behaviour of professionals and acquiring firm performance. This research contributes to the understanding of post‐acquisition integration processes in PSFs and decision‐making and professional behaviour in recently emerged publicly owned PSFs. The study contributes to knowledge‐based theory by identifying factors that can affect the decision authority of executives and how organisational behaviour can constrain the implementation of executive integration decisions. Despite the professed concern of many governments, businesses and individuals – and the recent publication of another alarming report from the IPCC – inaction on climate change remains a significant concern. For many, the problem is rooted in a neoliberal account of social change. Neoliberal environmentalism is the dominant approach to environmental issues but it is often blamed for the continuing failure of climate change policy in general and behaviour change initiatives in particular. This paper explores the dynamics of this dominant discourse through an examination of environmentalism in the large “green” corporation. Specifically, it uses discourse analysis to investigate so-called “climate champion” schemes and considers examples of resistance to the dominant neoliberal discourse. The paper finds that many of the champions did resist the basic components of neoliberal environmentalism. They challenged the principles of self-interest, self-rule and incremental change, and they talked about the possibility of enforced action. However, this resistance was limited in a number of different ways. The paper suggests that the workplace does play a role in restricting resistance but that there are more fundamental issues that need to be addressed if we hope to pursue an alternative approach to environmental problems such as climate change.  相似文献

城市污泥中高含量的四环素可能会致使污泥蚯蚓堆肥产物中携带高丰度的抗性基因,降低其利用价值.本实验采用赤子爱胜蚓处理添加不同含量四环素(100、500和1 000 mg·kg-1)的新鲜污泥,以不添加为对照组,分析微生物种群和四环素抗性基因(tet C、tet G、tet M、tet W和tet X)及整合子基因(int I1)在不同四环素选择性压力下的变化,揭示四环素含量对污泥蚯蚓堆肥中微生物种群和抗性基因的影响.结果表明,添加四环素降低了污泥蚯蚓堆肥产物中变形菌门的丰度但增加了拟杆菌门的丰度,且四环素的含量与细菌的Shannon和Pielou指数有明显的负相关关系.同时,添加四环素致使int I1增加了4. 25倍;四环素类抗性基因增加了4. 7~186. 9倍,其中tet M基因丰度与四环素含量呈现出显著的正相关关系.因此初始污泥中较高含量的四环素会改变污泥蚯蚓粪的微生物种群结构,增加抗生素抗性基因的丰度和传播风险.  相似文献

Antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs), human pathogenic bacteria(HPB), and HPB carrying ARGs are public issues that pose a high risk to aquatic environments and public health. Their diversity and abundance in water, intestine, and sediments of shrimp culture pond were investigated using metagenomic approach. A total of 19 classes of ARGs, 52 HPB species, and 7 species of HPB carrying ARGs were found. Additionally, 157, 104, and 86 subtypes of ARGs were detected in shrimp intestine, pond water, and sediment samples, respectively. In all the samples, multidrug resistance genes were the highest abundant class of ARGs. The dominant HPB was Enterococcus faecalis in shrimp intestine, Vibrio parahaemolyticus in sediments, and Mycobacterium yongonense in water, respectively. Moreover, E. faecalis(contig Intestine_364647)and Enterococcus faecium(contig Intestine_80272) carrying efr A, efr B and ANT(6)-Ia were found in shrimp intestine, Desulfosaricina cetonica(contig Sediment_825143) and Escherichia coli(contig Sediment_188430) carrying mex B and APH(3′)-IIa were found in sediments, and Laribacter hongkongensis(contig Water_478168 and Water_369477), Shigella sonnei(contig Water_880246),and Acinetobacter baumannii(contig Water_525520) carrying sul1, sul2, ere A, qac H, OXA-21, and mph D were found in pond water. Mobile genetic elements(MGEs) analysis indicated that horizontal gene transfer(HGT) of integrons, insertion sequences, and plasmids existed in shrimp intestine, sediment, and water samples, and the abundance of integrons was higher than that of other two MGEs. The results suggested that HPB carrying ARGs potentially existed in aquatic environments, and that these contributed to the environment and public health risk evaluation.  相似文献

目的评估自然暴露环境下新型纳米涂层的耐蚀性能。方法选取西沙永兴岛海洋环境作为自然暴晒场,对试验件做预损伤处理后,开展7B04-T6铝合金/新型纳米涂层与天津灯塔涂料股份有限公司典型防腐涂层在高盐雾、高湿热、强太阳辐射等综合腐蚀环境下的外场暴露试验,利用电化学阻抗技术对暴晒前后的两类涂层试样在3.5%NaCl溶液中浸泡不同时间的耐蚀性能进行对比研究。结果两类涂层外场暴露试验后,电化学阻抗值下降,且随着在3.5%NaCl溶液中浸泡时间的增加,Rp值不断减小,CPE-T值不断增大。结论新型纳米涂层在外场暴露试验1年后,并未发生腐蚀损伤失效,仍具有较好的耐盐水性,但其耐候性差于天津灯塔涂料股份有限公司试验涂层。  相似文献
