Adsorption performance of activated carbon adsorbers in the downstream duct of vehicle spray painting booths has been studied to understand whether fine paint particles in the off-gas would deteriorate the adsorption capacity of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) on activated carbons. Three forms of activated carbons were selected and their properties were determined using nitrogen adsorption analysis, the measurement of pH value and total ash content, energy dispersion spectrometer, field-emission scanning electron microscopy, and thermogravimetric analysis. Results show that the adsorption capacity of activated carbon strongly depends upon its available specific surface area. When the total uptake on activated carbon approaches saturation, the vapors adsorbed would commence to get displaced by the paint particles gradually as time elapses and finally the uptake of vapors and paint particles reach equilibrium. Microporous carbons, in particular, were much more susceptible to paint particles. A Langmuir-type model for the uptake on activated carbons was suggested, which successfully described the adsorption behaviors of the off-gas released from vehicle spray painting booth. 相似文献

实验采用 Ca( OH) 2 做脱硫剂 ,考察了 n( Ca)∶ n( S)、入口 SO2 质量浓度、进气温度、绝热饱和温差、表观气速、静床层高度、喷动粒子直径等对脱硫率的影响。结果表明 ,脱硫率随着 n( Ca)∶ n( S)、入口 SO2 质量浓度、静床层高度的增大而增大 ;随进气温度、绝热饱和温差、表观气速、喷动粒子直径的增大而减小。当 n( a)∶n( S) >1.0 0 ,绝热饱和温差为 7℃时 ,脱硫效率可高达 90 %以上。此脱硫技术具有流态化性能好 ,传热传质效率高 ,脱硫效果好等优点 ,特别适合于中小型燃煤锅炉的烟气脱硫 相似文献

Abstract CdO thin films which can be used in photovoltaic solar cells as window material were obtained on glass substrates at 250°C and 300°C substrate temperatures using Ultrasonic Spray Pyrolysis (USP) technique. The electrical, optical, structural, and surface properties of the films were investigated for two different substrate temperatures. After all investigations, it is concluded that, the CdO thin films can be used in photovoltaic solar cells as window materials and cell efficiencies can be increased using different growth parameters. 相似文献

在简述了废气治理技术的重要性及对现有除尘技术作了比较评述的基础上,文中选取水洗除尘技术作为基础,针对传统的下喷淋洗涤净化技术的基本不足,提出了一种新型的向上喷淋洗涤净化的理论及其液滴二次细化技术,使洗涤液滴在净化段的运行停留时间得以成倍提高。洗涤循环液的消耗量大幅度的降低,显著地提高了净化除尘效率和可靠性,又降低了循环泵的运行电耗.综合技术经济效益高。此技术已经被企业采用,与原有的除尘器相比。体积减少了87.2%。重量减轻了75%,设备费用减少了50%以上。 相似文献

新疆准噶尔盆地艾比湖流域属典型的风沙地貌聚集区,近50年来由于湖域面积不断减少,植被逐渐衰亡,在阿拉山口大风的作用下,艾比湖流域已经成为新疆沙尘暴的策源地之一,综合治理刻不容缓。流域水量逐年减少、植被大面积衰亡和阿拉山口的大风是导致艾比湖流域环境恶化的主要原因。利用风力布水,辅以植物纤维网覆盖为核心的生物综合治理方案,其可行性分析表明:该方法对逐步恢复艾比湖流域的生态有较好的应用价值,同时该技术还可以推广至湿地恢复和沙漠化治理当中。 相似文献
