为提高石化企业突发事件应急处置效率,最大限度降低或减少事故的损失,基于石化企业突发事件应急管理,根据大数据云平台及石化企业突发事件的突发性、紧急性和破坏性等特点,探讨了大数据云平台在石化企业突发事件应急管理中的应用。分析显示:大数据云平台的应用有助于提高石化企业突发事件应急管理效率、节省成本和减少损失,旨在为有关需要提供参考。     

Dynamic risks hierarchical management and control technology of coal chemical enterprises

In order to improve the risks management and control ability of coal chemical enterprises, this paper studies the dynamic risks management and control model of coal chemical enterprises and develops the supporting application software. A dynamic risk classification control algorithm for coal chemical enterprises is constructed by combining the optimized neural network with a control chart. By analyzing the control chart, the optimized neural network is used to predict and early warn the risk development trend of enterprises, and optimize coal chemical enterprises' process flow. Based on dynamic risks hierarchical management and control, the matching application tool, “dynamic risks hierarchical management and control system” is developed. The software was applied in Hongxing company in September 2017, which was developed by C/S mode, and the server developed “Webservice” to connect SQL Server and phone. The system's real time operation through the mobile phone is fast and straightforward, which realizes the dynamic risk classification management and control of coal chemical enterprises, and achieves good results.     

Influences, practices and opportunities for environmental supply chain management in Nova Scotia SMEs

Executives are increasingly paying attention to the importance of supply chain management [Lambert DM, Cooper MC. Issues in supply chain management. Industrial Marketing Management 2000;29(1):65–83; Hagelaar GJLF, van der Vorst JGAJ. Environmental supply chain management: using life cycle assessment to structure supply chains. International Food and Agribusiness Management Review 2002;4:399–412]. The management of the supply chain can be a central aspect of a company's competitive advantage [Preuss L. Rhetoric and reality of corporate greening: a view from the supply chain management function. Business Strategy and the Environment 2005;14:123–139]. SCM also offers considerable opportunities to reduce a company's environmental impact. The supply chains of three small and medium enterprises (SMEs) operating in the Burnside Industrial Park in Nova Scotia, Canada were investigated to explore the opportunities to improve environmental performance of SMEs linked in supply chains. This study confirmed that time and, to a lesser degree, financial resources to address solid waste and energy issues are the greatest limiting factors. Small suppliers, and even to a certain degree medium-sized enterprises, have difficulties in allocating resources to initiatives that are not viewed as directly related to their core function, namely manufacturing the product or providing the service. This study clearly demonstrated that opportunities exist to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and solid waste. Although, the benefits that would be gained from the implementation of any of the individual actions in the supply chains explored in this study are individually small, the cumulative benefits that could be achieved among supply chains and within industrial parks are substantial, given the number of small- and medium-sized enterprises.     

Investigating corporate social responsibility in supply chains: a SME perspective

This paper analyzes the practices adopted and difficulties experienced by Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) to transfer socially responsible behaviors to suppliers that operate in developing countries. In particular, a multiple case study was conducted on five Italian socially responsible SMEs. It was found that companies use different strategies as well as diverse management systems and tools to address Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) issues along their supply chains (SCs). The paper is innovative mainly since few are the existing studies that investigate the CSR practices adopted by SMEs in the SC. Furthermore, it is argued that our research can be helpful to SME managers willing to deal with CSR issues along their SCs, especially when developing countries are involved.
