燃煤锅炉烟气脱硫技术选择探讨

简要介绍了国内外锅炉烟气脱硫技术的发展状况、目前国内外典型的烟气脱硫技术、所建装置运转状况，引进技术在国内建设的装置应用情况等，对不同工艺之间的技术优劣及工业应用条件等进行了对比分析，并提出了一些个人观点，以期为国内的用户和科研单位决策提供参考。     

造纸黑液制取水煤浆添加剂的研究

研究了用造纸黑液制取水煤浆添加剂的生产工艺。结果表明 ,依照该工艺生产的添加剂 ,性能优良 ,能够满足工业实际生产需要。     

生产低硫汽油的新技术

介绍了我国及欧美等国家车用汽油标准中对硫含量的规定，以及降低催化汽油硫含量的几种工艺方法，特别是新发展起来的FCC脱硫助剂、FCC脱硫催化剂和膜分离等技术。采用新的脱硫技术可以在不同程度上降低催化汽油的硫含量。适应不同的脱硫要求，为炼油厂生产低硫汽油提供了更多的技术选择。     

Service transformation—managing a shift from business travel to virtual meetings

It has been shown that the potential for environmental, and financial improvements through the increased substitution of in-person meetings by virtual communication is considerable. However, it has also been shown that this potential is not automatically realized by investing in the technology that can enable virtual meetings. This paper describes two case studies that explored the factors that influenced communication and meeting behavior. A number of drivers and barriers for virtual meetings are identified, and, in addition, measures are proposed to improve the utilization of virtual tools for business communication.     

At home and abroad: An empirical analysis of innovation and diffusion in energy technologies

This paper contributes to the induced innovation literature by extending the analysis of supply and demand determinants of innovation in energy technologies to account for international knowledge flows and spillovers. We select a sample of 38 innovating countries and study how knowledge related to energy-efficient and environmentally friendly technologies flows across geographical and technological space. We demonstrate that higher geographical and technological distances are associated with lower probabilities of knowledge flow. Next, we use previous estimates to construct internal and external knowledge stocks for a panel of 17 countries. We then present an econometric analysis of the supply and demand determinants of innovation accounting for international knowledge spillovers. Our results confirm the role of demand-pull effects, proxied by energy prices, and of technological opportunity, proxied by the knowledge stocks. Our results show that spillovers between countries have a significant positive impact on further innovation in energy-efficient and environmentally friendly technologies.     

水体中微囊藻毒素检测技术研究进展

概述了微囊藻毒素的结构和性质,分析了其对人类健康的危害,综述了近年来国内外水体中微囊藻毒素的检测方法,提出了今后的研究方向。     

添加H2O2加速低合金钢海水腐蚀的主要影响因素研究

采用极化曲线、旋转圆盘电极试验和失重（质量损失）法研究了低合金钢在添加了H。o：的海水中腐蚀加速的主要影响因素。结果发现低合金钢在添加H2O2的海水中腐蚀加速主要受到了H2O2浓度、温度、搅拌速度和H2O2添加周期的影响。研究表明,搅拌速度不变、H2O2添加周期相同的条件下,在H2O2浓度为0．8mol／L的70℃海水中,低合金铜的腐蚀加速最显著;在试验的转速范围内,加速作用随搅拌速度增大变得更为显著;H2O2加入后350min内加速作用较明显。     

The use of technology to address patterns of risk among teenage drivers

INTRODUCTION: The crash risk of teens is high, with fatal crash rates of teen drivers higher than any other age group. New approaches to reduce teen traffic fatalities are clearly needed. METHOD: A possible approach to reduce the incidence of teen driver crashes and fatalities is through the use of vehicle-based intelligent driver support systems. To be most effective, the system should address the behaviors associated with an overwhelming number of teen fatal crashes: speed, low seatbelt use, and alcohol impairment. In-vehicle technology also offers an opportunity to address the issue of inexperience through enforcement of certain Graduated Driver's License provisions. RESULTS: To fully understand the capability of such technologies, there should be a concerted effort to further their development, and human factors testing should take place to understand their effects on the driver. IMPACT: If successfully implemented, a Teen Driver Support System (TDSS), such as the one described here, could significantly decrease the number of teens killed in traffic crashes.     

环境监测质量管理与控制技术体系框架研究

为进一步规范我国的环境监测质量管理工作、系统化质量控制技术,参照国外先进的质量管理经验,结合我国环境监测体系的实际情况,搭建了我国环境监测质量管理与控制技术体系框架,在做了大量基础性研究的前提下,编写了一系列支持该体系正常运行的指导性文件.     

电吸附技术在济宁三号煤矿矿井涌水深度处理中的应用

济三煤矿矿井涌水的净化出水进行深度处理采用电吸附技术,设计处理量8000m^3／d,脱盐率大于50％,产水率大于75％,吨水处理成本1．35元。
