使用可用度是舰炮战备完好性的重要度量标准,从三级备件库存结构和使用可用度着手,建立了舰炮使用可用度和备件保障度的关系模型,并利用蒙特卡罗法对给出的示例进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,该方法能够定量地描述使用可用度与备件库存之间的关系,找出了影响使用可用度的关键环节,为优化配置保障资源提供辅助决策。  相似文献

We used interdemic variation in the tendency to form mixed-species groups to examine the costs and benefits of association among the primates of Kibale National Park, Uganda. A year-long survey of six sites revealed that the amount of time that the five common diurnal primates [red colobus (Procolobus tephrosceles), black-and-white colobus (Colobus guereza), redtail monkeys (Cercopithecus ascanius), blue monkeys (Cercopithecus mitis), and grey-cheeked mangabeys (Lophocebus albigena)] spent in mixed-species groups varied dramatically among sites. In many cases, the proportion of time that species associated was positively related to their densities. By using detailed behavioral observations of redtail monkeys and red colobus made over 4 years (2660 h) at four sites, we were able to reject the null hypothesis that associations occur by chance for only one of four sites. However, a correlative approach exploring the costs and benefits of association suggests that ecological variables do influence association patterns. We found that redtail monkeys and red colobus overlapped in diet (19.2% of their foraging effort) and traveled further when in mixed-species groups than when alone. Having demonstrated this, we examined the applicability of the ecological constraints model for predicting the proportion of the time spent in mixed-species groups based on food availability. For this analysis we concentrated on red colobus from the site with 35 months of observation and demonstrated that their tendency to be in mixed- species groups was related to food availability. We used two methods to examine if mixed-species associations function to decrease predation risk. First, chimpanzees are known to prey heavily on red colobus, but rarely kill other primates. The time red colobus spent in mixed-species groups was correlated to chimpanzee density, but it was not for the other monkey species, suggesting that mixed-species groups serve to decrease predation risk. Second, when red colobus groups contain more infants and are presumably at the greatest risk of predation, they form mixed-species groups most often. These results demonstrate that the costs and benefits of mixed-species associations vary dramatically over small spatial and temporal scales. If such variation is generally the case, then studies conducted at different locations or different times could easily highlight the importance of difference selective agents in favoring mixed-species associations. Controlled release formulations of Thiram (Dimethylcarbamothioylsulfanyl-N,N-dimethylcarbamodithioate), a contact fungicide, have been prepared using laboratory synthesized poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) based functionalized amphiphilic copolymers. The kinetics of thiram from developed controlled release (CR) formulations were studied in comparison with that of the commercially available 75 WS. Release from the commercial formulation was faster than with the developed CR formulations. Maximum amount of thiram was released on 35th day for PEG-2000 4d, 28th day for PEG-1500 4c, 21st day for PEG-1000 4b and 15th day for PEG-600 4a in comparison to commercial formulation (7th day). The diffusion exponent (n) of thiram in water ranged from 0.356 to 0.545 in the tested formulations. The half-release (t1/2) values ranged between 14.78 to 22.1 days, and the Period of Optimum Availability (POA) of thiram ranged from 7.79 to 25.15 days. An effort has also been made to identify the suitable polymers that could reduce the seed deterioration during storage and also act as an effective carrier of fungicide thiram. The results demonstrate that the seeds coated with the different formulations deteriorated at a slower pace as manifested in high germination percentage over control. Apart from the fungicidal effect of thiram, the polymers acted as barriers to moisture reducing the rate of seed deterioration and checked the degradation of thiram. The CR formulation 4d, with PEG 2000, was found to be most effective as seed coat.  相似文献

研究了不同Cd,Zn,Cu和Pb负荷对5种土壤(油黄泥土、棕红壤、红壤、石砂土和紫砂土)中的重金属形态的影响,分析了不同土壤对重金属的缓冲作用及其影响因素.结果表明,未污染土壤中的重金属主要以残余态为主,占土壤重金属总量的51%以上.随着土壤重金属负荷的提高,土壤中交换态重金属的比例增大,残余态比例下降,有效性提高,对重金属的缓冲作用下降.由于Cd,Zn,Cu和Pb本身的特性不同,土壤中各组分与Cd,Zn,Cu和Pb的结合方式及程度不同.当外源重金属进入土壤后,土壤对重金属的缓冲性为:Pb>Cu>Zn Cd,酸性土壤和砂质土壤的缓冲能力较低.当重金属加入量较低时,重金属优先向氧化物结合态和有机质结合态转化;而当加入量较高时,向交换态和碳酸盐结合态转化的比例增加.土壤pH下降可使交换态Cd,Zn,Cu和Pb的比例递增,降低土壤对重金属的缓冲性,增加了重金属对环境影响的风险.   相似文献

为研究长期施肥下红壤稻田土壤重金属累积及有效态分布特征,探讨其主要影响因子,选择持续了35年的长期定位试验的不施肥(CK)、磷钾化肥(PK)、氮磷钾化肥(NPK)和不同比例有机肥化肥配施(M1NPK、M2NPK和M3NPK)等6个处理,分析了土壤化学指标、重金属全量(THM)和有效态的分布特征,以及重金属有效态含量与化学指标和全量之间的关系.结果表明,长期施肥改变了土壤化学性质,与CK处理相比,PK处理显著提高了土壤速效磷(AP)和速效钾(AK)含量,NPK处理显著提高了土壤有机质(SOM)、阳离子交换量(CEC)、AP和AK含量,有机肥处理(M1NPK、M2NPK和M3NPK)则大幅提高了SOM、CEC、AP、AK和硝态氮(NO3--N)含量;化肥处理(PK和NPK)土壤重金属全量总体上变化不大,有机肥处理土壤Cu、Zn和Cd的全量显著提高;化肥处理显著提高了土壤有效态Cr和As含量,有机肥处理显著提高了土壤有效态Cu、Zn、Cr、Cd、As和Fe的含量;土壤有效态Cu、Zn、Cr、Cd、As、Fe与SOM、CEC、AP、NO3--N含量之间呈显著正相关,另外有效态Zn和Cd还与土壤pH呈显著正相关,而有效态Pb与土壤pH、SOM、CEC和NO3--N含量之间呈显著负相关;土壤Cu、Zn和Cd有效态含量与全量之间显著正相关,而Cr、Fe有效态含量与全量之间显著负相关;冗余分析发现,SOM和pH分别解释了重金属全量方差变异的80.7%和5.5%,土壤CEC、AP和pH分别解释了重金属有效态方差变异的81.1%、4.9%和3.3%,达到显著水平;进一步通过偏最小二乘路径模型(PLS-PM)分析,发现THM、CEC和AP对土壤重金属有效态影响的路径系数分别为0.459、0.417和0.293,达到显著水平.长期施用猪粪等有机肥显著改善了土壤化学性质,并影响了土壤重金属有效性,其中土壤CEC和AP可能起到了关键的调控作用.  相似文献

在Pb污染土壤中施用磷肥是降低Pb有效性的有效方法.在低磷或高Pb胁迫下,植物根际的一系列变化将促进植物对磷的吸收或对Pb毒性的降低,但低磷胁迫下植物对土壤Pb有效性的影响研究不多.为探讨Pb污染低磷土壤上施用磷肥对Pb有效性、植物吸收Pb的影响及黑麦草(LoliumperenneL.)对土壤Pb有效性的影响,设置0、500和1000mg·kg-13个Pb用量和0、2729mg·kg-1两个普通过磷酸钙磷肥用量,种植黑麦草,0和1000mg·kg-1Pb下设置不种植植物的对照的盆栽试验,植物生长48d后收获,测定植物地上部和根系产量、长度、Pb浓度及土壤DTPA-Pb含量.结果表明,施用磷肥后植物产量和地上部长度增加、根冠比、根系长度和Pb浓度减小,500mg·kg-1Pb用量时,未施用磷肥和施用磷肥时植物产量分别为0.37和1.70g·pot-1,1000mg·kg-1Pb用量时这两个数值分别为0.24和1.50g·pot-1,500mg·kg-1Pb用量时,植物产量与未施Pb处理(产量为0.75g·pot-1)差异显著(p<0.05);施用磷肥后,地上部吸收的Pb的比例和植物体吸收的Pb数量均增加.1000mg·kg-1Pb用量下,植物产量、地上部长度均小于500mg·kg-1Pb用量处理时的水平,而土壤DTPA-Pb浓度、植物Pb浓度、Pb吸收量均大于500mg·kg-1Pb处理,表明2729mg·kg-1普通过磷酸钙用量并不能完全抵消1000mg·kg-1Pb对植物生长的抑制作用.施用磷肥降低了土壤DTPA-Pb含量,但500mg·kg-1Pb用量时降低效果不显著(p>0.05).0mg·kg-1Pb用量下,种植植物的处理土壤DTPA-Pb含量比未种植植物处理高54.3%;1000mg·kg-1Pb处理时,种植植物处理土壤DTPA-Pb含量比未种植植物平均低18.5%.以上结果表明,在0mg·kg-1Pb用量下,植物生长受到了一定程度的磷胁迫.在磷胁迫下,种植植物提高了土壤Pb有效性,而在1000mg·kg-1Pb用量下,不管是否施用磷肥,种植植物均降低了土壤Pb有效性.本研究结果表明,在低磷和高Pb胁迫下,施用水溶性磷肥可降低土壤Pb有效性,促进黑麦草生长,促进Pb向植物地上部转移;在低磷胁迫且无Pb污染条件下,黑麦草对土壤Pb的有效性表现为促进;在高Pb胁迫下,不管是否施用磷肥,黑麦草均可降低土壤Pb有效性.  相似文献

土壤中碳(C)和氮(N)等底物的可利用性决定着微生物生长代谢,同时影响土壤胞外酶活性.为探讨土壤酶活性对土壤原有有机质变化的响应,本试验选取了长期定位试验田的4种施肥处理水稻土[无肥对照(CK)、单施化肥(NPK)、有机肥+化肥配施(OM)和秸秆还田+化肥配施(ST)],通过0、 4、 8和12个月的分段培养获取了具有不同可利用性C、N含量梯度的土壤,分析参与土壤碳氮转化过程的关键酶β-1,4-葡萄糖苷酶(BG)和β-1,4-N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)活性与可溶性有机碳(DOC)、铵态氮(NH+4-N)、土壤微生物生物量碳(MBC)和微生物生物量氮(MBN)含量的关系.结果表明,OM和ST处理对土壤中DOC含量的提高更显著(P<0.01),是CK和NPK处理的2~3倍.NPK、OM和ST处理的MBC含量、BG和NAG酶活性高于CK处理.所有施肥处理中,随着可利用性底物(DOC和NH+4-N)含量的升高,BG和NAG活性整体呈稳定或下降趋势,MBC和MBN含量变化趋势与BG和NAG相同.施...  相似文献

The performance assessment of safety barriers is essential to find vulnerable elements in a safety barrier system. Traditional performance assessment approaches mainly focus on using several static indicators for quantifying the performance of safety barriers. However, with the increasing complexity of the system, emerging hazards are highly uncertain, making it challenging for the static indicators to assess the performance of safety barriers. This paper proposes a resilience−based performance assessment method for safety barriers to overcome this problem. Safety barriers are classified according to their functions first. The dynamic Bayesian network (DBN) is then introduced to calculate the availability function under normal and disruption conditions. The ratio of the system's availability, when affected by the disruption, to the initial availability, is used to determine the absorption capacity of the system. The ratio of the quantity of availability recovery to the total quantity of system represents the adaptation and restoration capacity of the system. The system's resilience is represented by the sum of absorption, adaptation, and restoration capacities. The wax oil hydrogenation process is used to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed methodology.  相似文献
