Experimental oil spill studies were conducted to quantify the effectiveness of selected in-situ shoreline treatment options to accelerate natural oil removal processes on mixed-sediment (sand and pebble) shorelines. At each of three distinct shoreline sites, treatment test plots and control plots were established within a 40-, 80- and 143-m continuous stretch of oiled shoreline. A total of 5500 l of oil was deposited along a 3-m wide swath in the upper intertidal zone at each site. Approximately one week after oiling, a different treatment technique was applied to each plot. The treatment techniques were: sediment relocation (surf washing), mixing (tilling), bioremediation (fertilizer application), and bioremediation combined with mixing. One plot at each site was monitored for natural attenuation. The quantity of oil removed from the plots was measured six times up to 60 days post-treatment and then again one year later. Changes in the physical character of the beach, oil penetration, movement of oil to the subtidal environment, toxicity, and biodegradation were monitored over the 400-day period.The results verified quantitatively that relocation of oiled sediments significantly accelerated the rate of oil removal from the shoreline by more than one year. Microscopic observations and image analyses confirmed that the oil-mineral aggregate formation process was active and was increased by sediment relocation. Oil biodegradation occurred in this arctic environment, both in the oiled sediments and on the fine mineral particles removed from the sediment by natural physical processes. The biodegradation of oil in sediment was significantly stimulated by simple bioremediation protocols. Mixing (by tilling) did not clearly stimulate oil loss and natural recovery in the context of this experimental design. None of the treatment techniques elevated toxicity in the nearshore environment to unacceptable levels, nor did they result in consequential alongshore or nearshore oiling. 相似文献

采用序批式生物膜(SBBR)法处理油田采油废水。研究并开发了特殊活性污泥的培养和驯化方法。在被处理的污水中加入微生物促生剂FYS-5,可迅速培养出处理采油废水的微生物,用此种方法培养出的活性污泥的活性高,去除有毒有害物质的能力强,能够提高处理效率,保持良好的微生物生长状况。在SBBR装置进水COD容积负荷为0.5kg/(m3·d)及进水COD为500mg/L左右的条件下,经过近两个月的连续运转,COD平均去除率超过80%,出水中COD低于100mg/L,符合GB8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》的要求,经过处理的污水可以直接排放。 相似文献

针对厌氧生物技术处理氯酚废水驯化周期长和纳米零价铁易团聚的问题,采用压滤法制备纳米零价铁改性聚偏氟乙烯膜(nZVI@PVDF),并将其与厌氧生物体系耦合处理氯酚废水,通过序批实验探究nZVI@PVDF对耦合体系脱氯、水解酸化、产甲烷阶段的影响.结果表明,48h内,包含3种不同nZVI负载量(0.075,0.15,0.3g)的nZVI@PVDF膜耦合体系的2-氯酚(2-CP)去除率分别为99%、97.6%和91.8%,而未添加nZVI@PVDF的对照组仅为62.7%;72h内耦合体系的COD去除率分别为88.2%、89.1%、89.4%,而对照组COD去除率为63.6%;耦合体系的顶空甲烷占比分别为25.16%、25.98%、26.80%,而对照组仅为16.82%.投加产甲烷抑制剂的条件下,nZVI@PVDF刺激了脂肪酸的生成.nZVI@PVDF促进了氯酚的脱氯、脂肪酸和甲烷的生成. 相似文献

气候变化背景下,青藏高原植被物候发生显著改变.然而,影响物候的水热因素众多,目前较少有研究关注多因素对青藏高原物候的影响效应,导致对青藏高原物候变化机制认识不足.为此,研究通过遥感数据解译,在对2002~2021年青藏高原草地物候时空变化特征分析的基础上,聚焦降水、气温、海拔和土壤等多方面,利用可解释机器学习方法(SHAP)揭示物候变化的主导因素,并量化分析多因素对物候的交互影响.结果表明:①青藏高原分别有56.32 %、67.65 %和65.50 %的草地表现出生长季开始时间(SOS)提前、生长季结束时间(EOS)延迟和生长季长度(LOS)延长趋势;②青藏高原草地SOS和LOS主要受水分条件影响,3月0~10 cm土壤水分对SOS提前和LOS延长起促进作用的范围分别在10~25 kg·m-2和15~25 kg·m-2之间,峰值分别在20 kg·m-2和18 kg·m-2左右;EOS则主要受温度影响,9月和10月温度越高对EOS延迟促进作用越强,并分别在高于8 ℃和-0.5 ℃时达到峰值;③水热等因素对物候的影响存在非线性交互效应,3月0~10 cm土壤水分达到20 kg·m-2后,更有利于低降水和低海拔地区SOS提前;10月温度高于0 ℃后较好的水分条件更有利于EOS延迟;3月0~10 cm土壤水分在12~22 kg·m-2之间时,高降水地区LOS更长.研究表明,可解释机器学习方法可为物候变化的多因素影响定量分析提供一种新的方法. 相似文献

The intensity of environmental regulation (ERI) affects the short-term effect of the level of green mining (GML), and which structure determines the long-term mechanism. Based on the panel data from 2001 to 2015, with the dynamic panel model and system GMM estimation method were employed to test the influence of heterogeneous environmental regulation on green mining and its transmission mechanism. The results show that, there is a “U” type nonlinear relationship between the ERI and GML. The direct effect of command-control-based (CAC) and the market incentive-based (MBI) environmental regulation on green development of mining shows the characteristics of inhibition and promotion. There is a “U” type of indirectly moderating effect between technological innovation and the energy consumption structure on the GML. The technological innovation promotes the green development of the mining industry only after pass the inflection point of MBI, while the CAC plays a significant guiding role in upgrading of the energy consumption structure. There is an inhibition and promotion effect of MBI on the GML in the southeast coastal area, and the CAC is not significantly.
