滤布滤池强化处理城市二级出水中试研究 总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2
采用滤布滤池对南方某城市污水处理厂二级出水进行强化处理中试研究,以达到中水回用的目的。实验选用氯化铁(FeCl3)、聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)和聚合氯化铝(PAC)作为强化滤布滤池除磷效果的混凝剂。当不投加混凝剂时,滤布滤池对TP和COD的平均去除率为28.76%和8%,其中TP的去除效果受进水水质影响较大;当投加氯化铁、聚合氯化铝铁与聚合氯化铝强化滤布滤池时,滤布滤池对TP的平均去除率分别为63.58%、60.13%和66.94%,TP去除效果受进水水质影响较小;对SS的平均去除率分别为70.7%、64.3%和49.1%;对COD平均去除率分别为17.7%、26.3%和27.7%。滤布滤池对TN和NH3-N去除效果不稳定。 相似文献

为了降低构建微生物燃料电池(MFCs)的成本,比较了以碳毡和碳布作为阴极材料,在阴极利用功能微生物作为催化剂时电池的产电性能。结果表明,两电池启动时间基本相同,20 d左右达到稳定,但稳定期碳布作阴极的电池电压比碳毡作阴极的电池电压高出了60 mV左右。碳毡和碳布作阴极时,电池在10 d和20 d的最大功率密度分别由10.24和11.14 mW/m2提升到了18.18和30.15 mW/m2,相应内阻则分别由1 000和600 Ω降到了250和200Ω。循环伏安法(CV)显示两材料单独做电极时氧化还原情况相似,扫描电镜(SEM)观察到两者不同表面特性导致碳毡对污泥附着强于碳布,进而使氧气传递受到限制,产电降低。 相似文献

分析了铝电解工业PM2.5的来源,估计电解铝生产产生的PM2.5大约为66万t/a,加上铝电解工业其他工段产生的粉尘,整个铝冶炼行业产生的PM2.5粉尘达到80万~100万t/a以上。进行铝电解工业废气排放PM2.5控制技术的研究,实际上是对布袋除尘器过滤技术的研究,包括除尘器内部流场控制技术、用于电解铝行业袋式除尘器专用滤料技术、滤袋上滤饼及清灰控制和烟气平衡自适应控制技术的研究。阐述了有关研究方法及阶段性研究成果,以及下一步的研究目标。 相似文献

Electroreductive dechlorination of chlorophenols with Pd catalyst supported on solidelectrode was studied. As solid electrodes, carbon cloth (CC), carbon felt (CF) and titanium mesh were used, and palladium was plated on solid electrodes by either electrolytic or electroless method. On each electrode with Pd, chlorophenols were qualitatively dechlorinated to phenol, while they were entirely intact on electrodes without Pd. Moreover, neither base electrode nor plating method significantly affected the activity of Pd as far as it was sufficiently loaded on the electrode. Based on the results in the experiments using one electrode repeatedly, Pd catalyst proved to possess a satisfactory duarability under the present condition. It was suggested that the reactive species responsinble for the dechlorination of chlorophenols could be formed during preliminary electrolysis. Thus, (Pd)x-H resulting from the adsorption of electrogenerated hydrogen on metallic Pd might be assumed most probable. 相似文献

采用自生生物动态膜分离高浓度污泥发酵液,研究了动态膜的形成过程及其对污泥发酵液的分离效果.结果表明,自生动态膜的形成过程受污泥浓度的影响较小,污泥浓度仅影响初始膜通量,不影响稳定时的膜通量.膜通量随着滤布孔径和搅拌速度的增大而增大.动态膜的形成过程符合死端过滤模型,分别由以下4个过程构成:先通过与膜基材孔径相似的污泥颗粒堵塞膜基材孔,其后在膜基材上形成单层污泥,进而在膜基材上形成多层污泥,最后,大颗粒污泥继续沉积到污泥层上.动态膜形成后,对污泥颗粒和溶解性COD(SCOD)的截留率分别为98%和28%,对挥发性脂肪酸(volatile fatty acids,VFAs)的渗透率在82%以上,胞外聚合物(extracellular polymeric substances,EPS)中的蛋白质是动态膜的主要成分. 相似文献
