梨树县农业生态环境的分析与建议

生态保护的重点是保护自然资源及由其组成的各类生态系统,预防环境污染和生态破坏,改善和恢复生态系统的环境功能,维护生态平衡。我县工业发展迅速,生态环境面临的压力不断加大,为改善其生态环境现状及存在问题,提出对策与建议,以实现全县经济社会的可持续发展。     

Debromination of decabromodiphenyl ether by organo-montmorillonite-supported nanoscale zero-valent iron：Preparation, characterization and influence factors

An organo-montmorillonite-supported nanoscale zero-valent iron material(M-NZVI) was synthesized to degrade decabromodiphenyl ether(BDE-209). The results showed that nanoscale zero-valent iron had good dispersion on organo-montmorillonite and was present as a core-shell structure with a particle size range of nanoscale iron between 30–90 nm, characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, XRF, ICP-AES, and XPS. The results of the degradation of BDE-209 by M-NZVI showed that the efficiency of M-NZVI in removing BDE-209 was much higher than that of NZVI. The efficiency of M-NZVI in removing BDE-209 decreased as the pH and the initial dissolved oxygen content of the reaction solution increased, but increased as the proportion of water in the reaction solution increased.     

京津冀及周边地区低碳经济发展水平评价

随着应对全球气候变化进程的不断推进,“低碳经济”已逐渐成为世界各国实现经济社会可持续发展的必由之路.京津冀及周边地区社会经济发展较不平衡,整体推进低碳经济发展存在较大的困难,为有效促进低碳经济发展的策略选择,本文通过构建低碳经济发展水平评价指标体系,对京津冀及周边地区的低碳经济发展状况进行评价.结果显示,京津冀及周边地区低碳经济发展水平差异较大：北京低碳经济水平相对较高,其他地区距离低碳经济发展水平尚有较大差距.由此,京津冀及周边地区应根据地区经济发展特点及其低碳经济发展状况,采取不同的低碳发展策略选择,以有效推进低碳经济发展模式的顺利转型.     

CALPUFF模型在某露天煤矿煤尘模拟中的应用

煤炭露天开采是我国煤炭生产的主要方法,为了验证CALPUFF模型在露天开采中,对煤尘浓度的模拟情况,本文耦合使用MM5/CALMET及CALPUFF软件,对某露天煤矿煤尘浓度进行模拟,并与监测值进行对比分析,发现监测值和模拟值的相关系数最高可达0.88,说明模拟值具有较高可信度.     

上海某饮用水源地不同形态氮的时空分布研究

在2010~2012年进行的上海某水源地水质监测资料的基础上,应用纳氏试剂分光光度法等分析方法研究该水源地2011年1~10月总氮、氨氮、硝酸盐氮、亚硝酸盐氮等不同形态的氮素在水体中的空间分布规律及时间变化规律。并就其氮的来源、迁移转化机理和对氮的迁移转化有较大影响的因素进行研究和分析,得出该水库水体中各种形态氮以硝酸盐氮为主,平均占总氮的71.6%,氨氮及亚硝酸盐氮各占总氮的4.39%及0.95%;水体中的温度、光照条件、溶解氧、点位位置分布、水深等是影响各氮形态含量与分布的重要环境因子。     

五日生化需氧量测定的影响因素

五日生化需氧量是一种表间接表示水体中有机物含量,是水质监测的一个重要参数。本文对水样的保存、溶解氧、pH值、温度、接种稀释水和稀释度等影响测定五日生化需氧量成败的因素进行探讨,并提出相应的解决方法。     

混凝气浮+SBR处理再生花炮纸工艺废水的应用

采用混凝气浮+SBR处理年产1万t再生花炮纸工艺废水,对SS、CODCr、BOD5的处理效率分别为96.2%、96.2%、93.1%,最大日均值排放浓度分别为64mg/L、80.7mg/L、26mg/L,排放负荷分别为0.59kg/t、0.63kg/t、0.22 kg/t,均未超过标准限值的要求(pH范围为6.14-7.20);CODCr年排放总量5.4t小于20t/年;纸浆回收率92.0%、白水回用率94.4%、水循环利用率93.2%达标;实现"三排三率"六达标。     

浅谈热泵技术在兖矿集团的应用

通过对兖矿集团所属煤矿供暖小区的现状以及能耗进行调查、分析,本文就如何采用先进的热泵技术,对矿区燃煤小锅炉进行节能技术改造展开探讨,对类似节能改造有较高借鉴作用。     

Effect of oxide-based fluxes on mechanical and metallurgical properties of Dissimilar Activating Flux Assisted-Tungsten Inert Gas Welds

Present investigation is to study the “Effect of Activating Fluxes on Mechanical and Metallurgical Properties of Dissimilar Activated Flux-Tungsten Inert Gas Welds”. Effect of current, welding speed, joint gap and electrode diameter on weld bead dimensions on 6 mm thick dissimilar weld between carbon steel to stainless steel, was studied under Activated Flux-Tungsten Inert Gas Welding process. During this investigation three different types of oxide powders were used-TiO₂, ZnO and MnO₂. After welding samples were subject to mechanical testing, in addition to characterization via micro hardness and microstructures of Normal Tungsten Inert Gas Welds and Activated Flux-Tungsten Inert Gas Welds. Activating fluxes TiO₂ and ZnO are effective fluxes for Activated Flux-Tungsten Inert Gas Welding of dissimilar weld between CS to SS. Highest depth/width (D/W) ratio reported under TiO₂ and ZnO fluxes compare to Normal-Tungsten Inert Gas Welds. Lowest angular distortion was observed under TiO₂ flux compare to Normal-Tungsten Inert Gas Welds. Mechanical properties, Joint Efficiency of Activated Flux-Tungsten Inert Gas Welds are higher than normal-Normal Tungsten Inert Gas Welds. Tensile Test specimens of both the processes failed from the parent metal (carbon steel side). Carbon migration from CS to SS, had occurred which led to failure of weld joints from CS side.     

Microstructure of 2205 duplex stainless steel joint in submerged arc welding by post weld heat treatment

The 2205 duplex stainless steel (DSS) is of both good properties austenitic steel and ferritic steel, which applies to the shipbuilding industry usually. In this paper, the OM, XRD and microhardness test methods are used to analyze the variation of submerged arc welded (SAW) joints with and without post weld heat treatment (PWHT). The research results show that the σ phase disappear in the fusion edge zone near heat affect zone (HAZ) and an increase in the welded center zone during the follow-up PWHT, while the amount of γ phase is decreased in the welded center zone with PWHT. A segregation distribution of some second phases is also found in the welded center zone after PWHT. There have two pick values of microhardness arise in the fusion edge zone and the welded center zone separately without PWHT. However, a maximum value of microhardness at the fusion edge zone near HAZ is disappeared and the other is still held at the welded center zone during PWHT. It can be attributed to the changes of second phases, element diffusions and particle segregation during PWHT. A developing mechanism is issued to demonstrate the second phases transferring of the 2205 DSS SAW joints by PWHT.
