曝气生物滤池(BAF)是近年来国外发展起来的一项废水好氧生物处理的新工艺.根据该工程废水水质,采用曝气生物滤池工艺处理丰城废旧物收购加工区的废水,经过一段时间的运行,取得了良好的效果,系统出水达到<污水综合排放标准>(GB8978-1 996)一级排放标准,整个废水处理工程具有处理能力强、处理效果好、启动快、受气温影响小、耐冲击负荷、不需二沉池、工艺流程简单和菌群简单等优点,说明该工艺在我国具有广阔的应用前景.  相似文献

In this paper we examine the reconstitution of the Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) after its destruction in the World Trade Center attack, using that event to highlight several features of resilience. The paper summarises basic EOC functions, and then presents conceptions of resilience as understood from several disciplinary perspectives, noting that work in these fields has sought to understand how a natural or social system that experiences disturbance sustains its functional processes. We observe that, although the physical EOC facility was destroyed, the organisation that had been established to manage crises in New York City continued, enabling a response that drew on the resources of New York City and neighbouring communities, states and the federal government. Availability of resources--which substituted for redundancy of personnel, equipment and space--pre-existing relationships that eased communication challenges as the emergency developed and the continuation of organisational patterns of response integration and role assignments were among the factors that contributed to resilience following the attack.  相似文献

采用水热合成法制备Cu-Al2O3-g-C3N4类芬顿催化剂,以扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、电子自旋共振(EPR)、拉曼光谱(Raman)对所制备的催化剂及反应过程进行表征.以染料亚甲基蓝(MB)和罗丹明B(Rh-B)及小分子有机物2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)、双酚A(BPA)和苯妥英(PHT)为目标污染物,研究催化剂在初始pH=7条件下的类芬顿催化活性.同时,探讨Cu掺杂量和有机物配体g-C3N4掺杂量对体系催化性能的影响,并验证晶格氧诱发与有机配体络合两种方式对催化剂活性和稳定性提高产生的影响.DMPO-EPR自由基测定实验及Raman光谱监测催化反应过程验证表明:Cu的晶格氧掺杂诱发了靠近铜晶格O2·-的富电子Cu中心,以及靠近铝晶格O2·-的缺电子Al中心;引入的g-C3N4以阳离子π作用形式通过σ-型Cu—O—C键桥将π体系上的电子转移至Cu,形成一个新的缺电子π中心.在H2O2存在的情况下,富电子Cu中心将电子传递给H2O2,使其被还原为·OH;同时,体系中H2O的电子被缺电子中心剥夺,进而氧化为·OH.羟基自由基转化率TOFs值的进一步计算结果表明,Cu-Al2O3-g-C3N4体系中TOF值为0.516 s-1,是传统均相芬顿体系TOF值(1.53×10-2 s-1)的33倍以上.  相似文献

利用海藻胶渣吸附法处理高浓度含Zn^2+废水,试验考察了海藻胶渣用量、反应pH、震荡时间和温度对吸附效果的影响,探讨了吸附作用机理。试验结果表明,海藻胶渣对Zn^2+有良好的吸附性能,反应的pH、温度和海藻胶渣用量是影响吸附效果的主要因素,在pH7-9,温度30~40℃,用量4%~5%条件下,5~10min内吸附率可达99%以上。  相似文献

Few reports concerning intrauterine shunting are available. We investigated the impact of this method. In order to evaluate intrauterine shunting and the complication rate for different indications, we sent a questionnaire to all German-speaking level 3 centres. In four level 3 centres, 52 intrauterine catheters were inserted in 34 fetuses. The indications were uni- or bilateral hydrothorax in nine cases, cystic adenomatoid malformation of the lung in four cases, infravesical stenosis in 13 cases, and fetal ascites in eight cases. In three cases (6 per cent), difficulties occurred when the drain was inserted. In 15 cases (29 per cent), the function of the drain was reduced by dislocation or occlusion. The mortality rate caused by shunting was as high as eight per cent (four cases). The application of an intrauterine shunt currently represents a rarely performed ultrasound-guided therapeutic intervention in the fetus. In all cases, the indication for shunting is to avoid compression of normal tissue by cystic structures. A high complication rate restricts the application of drainage to selected cases.  相似文献

为研究大型机加车间噪声减噪工程现状效果和特点,选取某大型机加车间数控机床为研究对象,对其进行减噪工程治理,现场实测了治理前和治理后的噪声数据,并对噪声测量结果进行分析。研究结果表明:数控机床操作人员8 h连续等效A声级从治理前的89.2 dB(A),降到治理后的74.3 dB(A),降低了16.7%.;数控机床操作岗位位置测点,在加工1个机件的测量时间段里,噪声值从治理前的85.9 dB(A),降到治理后的55.1 dB(A),降低了33.85%;对机加车间现场布置了67个测点,在加工1个机件的测量时间段里进行测量,得到该车间噪声治理前和治理后噪声分布图;对数控机床减噪工程治理前和治理后的频谱进行了分析,得出治理前和治理后各自的最大声级所在频段不随距离的改变而改变,高频减噪效果显著。  相似文献

Unsatisfactory corrosion resistance is one of the major disadvantages of magnesium alloys that impede their wide application. Microstructural changes, especially grain sizes, of Mg alloys have significant influence on their corrosion resistance. Cryogenic machining was reported to effectively induce grain refinement on Mg alloys and has a potential to improve their corrosion resistance. It is important to model these changes so that proper machining conditions can be found to enhance the corrosion rate of Mg alloys. In this paper, a preliminary study was conducted to model the microstructural changes of AZ31B Mg alloy during dry and cryogenic machining using the finite element (FE) method and a user subroutine based on the dynamic recrystallization (DRX) mechanism of Mg alloys. Good agreement in terms of grain size and affected layer thickness was found between experimental and predicted results. A numerical study was conducted using this model to investigate the influence of rake angle on microstructural changes after cryogenic machining.  相似文献

Micromachining of glass is essential for several microfluidic components, micro-pumps, micro-accelerometers, micro-reactors, micro-fuel cells and several biomedical devices. Unique properties such as high chemical resistance, thermal stability and transparency give glass scope for additional applications. However, poor machinability of glass is a major constraint, especially in high aspect ratio applications of glass in microsystem technology. Micro electrochemical discharge machining (micro ECDM) is an emerging nontraditional fabrication method capable of micromachining ceramic materials like glass. While surface features less than 100 μm have been successfully machined on glass, machining high aspect features is a challenge. Machining accuracy at high depths is severely affected due to overcut and tool wear. In this paper, high aspect ratio microtools fabricated in-house have been used for deep microhole drilling on glass using low electrolyte concentration. An aspect ratio of 11 has been achieved. The results show that lower electrolyte concentration reduced overcut by 22%, thus increasing the aspect ratio of the micro holes. Lowering the electrolyte concentration also reduced the tool wear and hole taper by 39% and 18% respectively.  相似文献

应用国际采矿与金属委员会风险评估模型(ICMM)评估石材加工行业尘肺病风险。 以20家石材加工企业为研究对象,运用ICMM模型的定量法和矩阵法分别评估4个重点岗位的尘肺病风险,并与粉尘作业分级和文献报道进行结果验证。 结果显示打磨、雕刻、切割和破碎4个重点岗位的总粉尘和呼吸性粉尘浓度均超过职业接触限值,超限倍数范围分别为4.3~85倍和3.1~63.3倍。ICMM定量法判定该4个重点岗位的Ⅲ期矽肺风险均为最高级风险水平(不可容忍),矩阵法判定该4个重点岗位Ⅲ期矽肺风险也均为最高级水平(高风险)。这些风险评估结果得到生产性粉尘作业分级和文献报道的支持。结论为石材加工行业尘肺病发病风险非常高,ICMM风险评估模型可应用于石材加工行业职业健康风险评估。  相似文献

Recently developed shopping centres have become one of the main features of shopping activities in Jeddah. In fact the city of Jeddah experienced a surprising increase in the development of shopping centres during the last decade. Developers entered the land development process with the intention of realising profits from a long‐term investment, but a considerable number of shopping centres were developed on the basis of insufficient or no feasibility studies thereby underestimating or neglecting expected rate of return and occupancy. Spatially, shopping centres present distinctive spatial and rental value patterns. This article is concerned with explaining the supply side of shopping centres by examining the development process through which they were built. The analytical framework is based on discussing the interaction of three sets of variables: contextual factors, including land policy and market mechanisms; site characteristics, and the developer's characteristics.  相似文献
