碱热水解改善杨树落叶厌氧消化性能的研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0       下载免费PDF全文
选用杨树落叶进行碱热水解后测定生物化学甲烷势(BMP),研究底物溶解、水解和产物厌氧消化性能的变化.结果表明,碱热处理显著加速杨树落叶溶解和水解,固相中半纤维素和蛋白质含量显著下降.170℃下,碱热水解后溶解性COD (SCOD)浓度为31.7g/L,乙酸浓度为1533mg/L.通过纤维素碱降解机理分析,提出乙酸生成途径.甲烷势试验表明,170℃下比生物气产量增量最大.高固体消化可以有效处理水解产物,运行表现更加稳定,有机负荷2.65g/(L×d)时甲烷转化率为25.3%.  相似文献

This paper describes the feasibility of fresh leachate treatment by an upflow blanket filter (UBF). Through dilution and partial effluent recycling, the organic loading rates increased from 0.51 to 14.56 kg COD/(m3·d), meanwhile the corresponding hydraulic retention time decreased from 9.0 to 3.6 d. The reactor was able to achieve steady-state within 80 d. Based on the distribution of COD fluxes in the process, it was concluded that anabolism was the main pathway of COD removal in the initial phase (1–33 d), accounting for 57%–85% of total COD removed. As the anaerobic consortium of bacteria reached steady-state (after 70–86 d), the majority of COD removed was transformed into methane, because the specific methane yield was close to the theoretical value (0.36 L CH4/(g CODdeg)).  相似文献

根据有机物厌氧产生沼气的生化机理,假设沼气通过两步相互衔接的一级反应生成,即复杂有机物的水解酸化反应和简单有机酸的产气反应.根据假设,建立了基于两步一级反应耦合的沼气产气率与产气量随时间变化的数学模型.该模型用统一的数学公式对沼气产气率随时间变化的倒“U”形曲线进行了解释,指出这一过程是两步相互衔接的一级反应相互作用的结果.已知有机物质量,通过拟合或根据经验得出K值后,利用该模型可解出任一时刻有机物的产气率、产气量、最大产气率及其发生的时间.拟合表明,两步反应的反应常数趋于相等.利用该模型可导出已有的Scholl Canyon模型,并可对Palos Verdes模型和Sheldon Arleta模型的经验假设进行解释.   相似文献

大量研究表明湿地是地球表层系统中的重要碳汇,对于吸收大气中的温室气体,减缓全球气候变暖有重要作用.由于近几十年来全球气候变暖和人类活动的影响,湿地碳汇功能不断减弱.文章以泥炭地和芦苇Phragmites australis湿地为例来分析湿地的碳汇功能发现:农业排水、土地利用方式的改变、大气中CO2体积分数升高、全球气候变化等人为和自然因素影响了泥炭地的碳汇功能,泥炭地的碳蓄积能力下降,逐渐由"碳汇"转变为"碳源";尽管芦苇湿地是CH4的重要来源,但其对CO2具有较强的碳汇作用,综合来看芦苇湿地的仍是温室气体的净汇;人工芦苇湿地污水净化系统的温室气体排放量高于天然芦苇湿地.分析表明,研究泥炭地和芦苇湿地在全球气候变化下的响应及反馈机制,确定合理的湿地开发模式将是未来湿地碳汇研究的主要方向.  相似文献

研究了21、37和47 d产甲烷物料代替新鲜污泥接种于污泥与餐厨垃圾联合厌氧发酵产氢余物的厌氧发酵产甲烷情况,发现接种47 d产甲烷物料的消化系统在最佳接种量50%条件下的产甲烷效能显著优于接种新鲜污泥的消化系统,不仅提高了产甲烷率,还大大缩短了消化时间。并且3种消化系统产甲烷率和比产甲烷率均为47 d37 d21 d,分别为3.78、3.88、6.15 mL/g和0.172、0.277、0.559 mL/(g·d),完成产甲烷过程的消化时间为47 d37 d21 d。在一定的消化时间范围内,产甲烷菌被驯化时间越长,接种于产氢余物中的产甲烷效能越好。  相似文献

Crop Yield Gaps in Cameroon   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Although food crop yields per hectare have generally been increasing in Cameroon since 1961, the food price crisis of 2008 and the ensuing social unrest and fatalities raised concerns about the country’s ability to meet the food needs of its population. This study examines the country’s potential for increasing crop yields and food production to meet this food security challenge. Fuzzy set theory is used to develop a biophysical spatial suitability model for different crops, which in turn is employed to ascertain whether crop production is carried out in biophysically suited areas. We use linear regression to examine the trend of yield development over the last half century. On the basis of yield data from experimental stations and farmers’ fields we assess the yield gap for major food crops. We find that yields have generally been increasing over the last half century and that agricultural policies can have significant effects on them. To a large extent, food crops are cultivated in areas that are biophysically suited for their cultivation, meaning that the yield gap is not a problem of biophysical suitability. Notwithstanding, there are significantly large yield gaps between actual yields on farmers’ farms and maximum attainable yields from research stations. We conclude that agronomy and policies are likely to be the reasons for these large yield gaps. A key challenge to be addressed in closing the yield gaps is that of replenishing and properly managing soil nutrients.  相似文献

将污泥与餐厨垃圾联合厌氧发酵产氢余物进一步产甲烷,产甲烷量比污泥与餐厨垃圾单独或直接联合厌氧发酵产甲烷大.研究污泥与餐厨垃圾联合厌氧发酵产氢余物产甲烷过程中产甲烷量与底物指标变化的关系,实验结果表明,整个消化过程中,累积产甲烷量为613 L,最大产气速率和产甲烷速率分别为2.12 L/(kg·d)和1.46 L/(kg·d),最大甲烷含量为72.5%,消化系统的pH在总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)以及氨氮、CO32-和HCO3-等碱度的共同作用下基本维持在适宜产甲烷的范围内,在不同的消化阶段,厌氧发酵产甲烷过程起主要作用的物质不同,先后顺序依次为糖类、蛋白质和TVFA,并且累积产甲烷量与COD、总糖、总蛋白质的显著相关性大小依次为:COD>总糖>总蛋白质,COD去除率高达79.54%.  相似文献

Selecting a material for biogas storage membranes is becoming increasingly vital because of the wide applications of biogas storage membranes in biogas plants. Material selection has numerous influencing factors, including gas permeability, strength, density, and so on. Among these, gas permeability has a vital role in biogas storage membranes. In this study, three kinds of biogas storage membranes with the same thickness were selected to investigate the effects of temperature (10, 20, 30, and 40°C) and relative humidity (RH; 0%, 50%, and 100%) on the permeability rate of biogas storage membranes. Results demonstrated that when various membrane samples with the same RH values were tested, temperature exhibited a strong effect on permeability rate. Kinetic analysis showed that the relationship between permeability and temperature agrees with the Arrhenius equation. However, no remarkable variation in methane permeability was observed for membranes with the same temperature but different RH values, thus suggesting that RH nearly has no obvious direct influence on the permeability rate of membranes.  相似文献

In a sanitary landfill, the final cover plays an important role in reducing the landfill gas emission to the atmosphere and in preventing the ingress of rainwater into the dumped waste. The present study investigated the suitability of sugarcane bagasse biochar as an amendment to the cover soil to improve the required landfill liner properties. The amended cover soil sugarcane bagasse (SSB) was tested for its stability and effectiveness, in terms of both geotechnical properties and methane mitigation efficiency. The effects of amending 15%, 20%, and 25% of sugarcane bagasse biochar (passing through 300 micron Indian Standard sieve) on the geotechnical properties of the SSB indicated that the SSB with 25% biochar showed the required values as per the standard with maximum dry density of 1.57 grams per cubic centimeter (g/cm3), liquid limit, plasticity index, and percentage of fines 48.5%, 16.3%, and 74.7%, respectively, and permeability of 0.9 × 10?7. A column study that was conducted to determine the methane emission from the cover soil showed a 65.8% reduction in the methane emission compared to that of a column without SSB cover, with a cumulative methane emission of 410 milliliters (mL) at the end of 200 hours (h). On the other hand, the volume of methane emitted after 310 h from the column without cover and with the SSB cover was 1850 mL and 692 mL, respectively. The difference between these two values is found to be 22% of the total methane that the cover would have handled in its lifetime (5267 mL). Thus, there is an increase in the percentage of methane adsorption by soil cover from 15% to 22% when the soil was amended with 25% sugarcane bagasse biochar.  相似文献

由于还原剂甲烷价廉易得,甲烷选择性催化还原NOx(简称CH4-SCR)被认为是最有潜力替代NH3-SCR的催化还原技术。现有的CH4-SCR催化剂中,分子筛类催化剂因催化活性高而被广泛研究,但由于其水热稳定性不好,使得非分子筛负载的催化剂成为近年来的研究热点,其中主要包括固体超强酸和氧化物两大类。综述了这两类催化体系在催化活性、反应机理及掺杂改性等方面的研究现状,比较了各种催化剂的优缺点,并对CH4-SCR的发展前景进行了展望。  相似文献
