采用硫氰酸盐沉铜法回收铜基钯镍退镀液中的铜。沉铜的优化工艺条件为初始Cu~(2+)质量浓度3.84 g/L、Cu~(2+)与Na SCN及Na_2SO_3摩尔比1∶4∶0.6、沉铜反应温度30℃,陈化时间24 h,沉铜反应后退镀液中Cu~(2+)残留量仅为0.025 mg/L。在此条件下加入聚乙二醇1.5 g/L,并提高分散液温度至50℃,可制得平均粒径为0.472μm的CuSCN超细粉体。CuSCN粉体为类球形,为含α、β两种晶型的混晶。  相似文献

废锂电池中含有的Co、Ni和Cu等金属具有回收价值,Fe的存在降低了有价金属的回收效率。为去除废锂电池硫酸浸出液中的Fe,采用黄钠铁矾法分别以氯酸钠和过氧化氢作为氧化剂氧化除Fe,并优化了过氧化氢作为氧化剂的除Fe工艺参数。实验结果表明:过氧化氢作为氧化剂的除Fe效果好于氯酸钠;在n(H2O2)∶n(Fe)=0.5、初始溶液pH为1.8、终点pH为2.5、反应时间为2.0 h、搅拌速率为500 r/min的最佳工艺条件下,初始ρ(Fe)为0.212g/L的硫酸浸出液经除Fe处理后ρ(Fe)小于0.004 g/L,Fe去除率达98.0%,Co、Ni和Cu的损失率分别为1.04%、2.17%和1.41%。  相似文献

美味牛肝菌(Boletusedulis)、红绒盖牛肝菌(Xerocomuschrysenteron)和铆钉菇(Gomphidiusviscidus)3种外生菌根真菌在不同浓度钠盐(0.05、0.10和0.20mol·L-1)和东营地区盐渍土壤提取液中培养,结果表明:钠盐处理促进了美味牛肝菌菌丝生长,生物量积累增加,而红绒盖牛肝菌和铆钉菇菌丝生长明显受到抑制。在土壤提取液培养条件下,供试3菌种菌丝的生长均受到极显著抑制。在不同浓度钠盐处理下,菌丝中钠元素的含量随培养基中钠盐浓度的增加而提高,说明菌丝对钠元素有较强的吸收能力。但不同菌种菌丝对钠元素的吸收和积累方式存在显著差异。  相似文献

随着基坑工程开挖面积越来越大,出现了一种排桩+斜支撑的组合支护结构。本文基于两阶段分析方法,首先采用Winkler地基模型模拟排桩的桩土作用,运用有限差分法考虑土的分层特性,然后应用水平受荷桩简化Mindlin解,考虑该组合支护结构的桩-桩相互影响,计算其遮拦效应,从而得到开挖条件下支护结构桩水平反应的简化分析方法。最后,结合济南某基坑工程实例,通过有限差分的方法,研究了排桩+斜支撑组合支护结构的受力变形特性。结果表明,该组合支护结构能够通过支撑桩和排桩的合理布置,有效调动基坑内部土体抵抗荷载,协调基坑土体变形以及支护结构的变形。  相似文献

Uptake of 137Cs was measured in different agricultural plant species (beans, lettuce, barley and ryegrass) grown in 5 undisturbed soil monoliths covering major European soil types. The first cultivation was made three years after soil contamination and plants were grown during 3 successive years. The plant–soil 137Cs transfer factors varied maximally 12-fold among soils and 35-fold among species when grown on the same soil. Single correlations between transfer factors and soil properties were found, but they varied widely with plant type and can hardly be used as a predictive tool because of the few soils used. The variation of 137Cs concentrations in plants among soils was related to differences in soil solution 137Cs and K concentrations, consistent with previous observations in hydroponics and pot trials. Absolute values of transfer factors could not be predicted based on a model validated for pot trials. The 137Cs activity concentration in soil solution decreased significantly (11- to 250-fold) for most soils in the 1997–1999 period and is partly explained by decreasing K in soil solution. Transfer factors of lettuce showed both increasing and decreasing trends between 2 consecutive years depending on soil type. The trends could be explained by the variation in 137Cs and K concentrations in soil solution. It is concluded that differences in 137Cs transfer factors among soils and trends in transfer factors as a function of time can be explained from soil solution composition, as shown previously for pot trials, although absolute values of transfer factors could not be predicted.  相似文献

针对企业安全管理体系相关工作与日常安全管理之间存在的"两张皮"现象,首先借助企业生产安全"问题空间"和"解空间"的概念,探讨了企业安全管理的出发点和落脚点;然后,围绕企业具体安全问题的确认和求解,分析了如何在组织层面通过三阶"学习循环"推进体系功能的实现;最后,基于RACI模型探讨了如何在个体层面支持和响应组织层面的各阶"学习循环"以真正实现体系的功能。总之,"两张皮"现象主要来自企业生产安全"目的"和"手段"不能有效对接,安全管理体系建设和功能实现应从辨识和解决企业实际问题入手。  相似文献

This study was conducted to evaluate, using soil columns, the mobilization and redistribution of heavy metals (Zn, Cd, and Pb) among different soil fractions by soluble organic ligands within poultry litter. Uncontaminated soil was amended with Zn, Cd, and Pb to achieve concentration levels of 400, 8, and 200 mg kg−1 soil, respectively. Columns repacked with this amended soil were leached with distilled water, 0.01 M EDTA, 0.01 M CaCl2, or poultry litter extract (PLE) solutions. After leaching, the soil samples in the columns were sequentially extracted for exchangeable (EXC), carbonate (CARB) organic matter (OM), Mn oxide (MNO), Fe oxide (FEO), and residual (RES) fractions. Considerable mobilization of Zn, Cd, and Pb occurred in soil during EDTA leaching. Leaching with PLE and CaCl2 solutions significantly decreased Zn and Cd concentrations in the EXC, CARB, and OM fractions. These solutions significantly decreased Pb concentration in the EXC fraction, while PLE solubilized more Pb from EXC fraction than CaCl2. Thus, the applied poultry litter may change Zn, Cd, and Pb fractions in metal-amended soil and possibly enhance metal mobility.  相似文献

To obtain reliable diffusion parameters for diffusion testing, multiple experiments should not only be cross-checked but the internal consistency of each experiment should also be verified. In the through- and in-diffusion tests with solution reservoirs, test interpretation of different phases often makes use of simplified analytical solutions. This study explores the feasibility of steady, quasi-steady, equilibrium and transient-state analyses using simplified analytical solutions with respect to (i) valid conditions for each analytical solution, (ii) potential error, and (iii) experimental time. For increased generality, a series of numerical analyses are performed using unified dimensionless parameters and the results are all related to dimensionless reservoir volume (DRV) which includes only the sorptive parameter as an unknown. This means the above factors can be investigated on the basis of the sorption properties of the testing material and/or tracer. The main findings are that steady, quasi-steady and equilibrium-state analyses are applicable when the tracer is not highly sorptive. However, quasi-steady and equilibrium-state analyses become inefficient or impractical compared to steady state analysis when the tracer is non-sorbing and material porosity is significantly low. Systematic and comprehensive reformulation of analytical models enables the comparison of experimental times between different test methods. The applicability and potential error of each test interpretation can also be studied. These can be applied in designing, performing, and interpreting diffusion experiments by deducing DRV from the available information for the target material and tracer, combined with the results of this study.  相似文献

通过营养液培养实验,研究了小麦幼苗在遭受汞胁迫后,地上部及根系抗氧化酶活性的变化.试验表明:小麦幼苗受到汞胁迫后,地上部及根系的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性均显著增加,过氧化氢酶(CAT) 的活性也比对照有所增强,但不如SOD酶变化迅速,表明SOD酶活性是小麦幼苗遭受汞胁迫时比较敏感的生物标记物.但是,小麦幼苗地上部及根系的丙二醛(MDA) 含量仍均比对照显著升高,表明小麦幼苗的膜系统受到了一定程度的破坏.试验同时还反映出,汞胁迫对小麦幼苗根系的影响强于对地上部的影响.  相似文献
