运用岩石力学知识和数值模拟方法,分析近距离保护层矩形掘进巷道周边的应力分布规律以及巷道塑性区范围的确定方法,并结合平煤集团五矿的保护层开采条件,利用FLAC数值计算程序对该矿近距离上保护层掘进期间不同岩柱厚度条件下的保护层底板塑性破坏范围进行数值模拟,在此基础上,提出合理确定保护层底板安全岩柱厚度的方法,现场观测结果表明,理论计算与数值模拟结果比较吻合,符合生产实际。  相似文献

By establishing the internal market, the European Union intended to create an area in which safety and health at work are guaranteed. For this purpose, a series of directives was passed.

The EC Directive 89/686/EEC “Approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to personal protective equipment” is of particular interest to the manufacturers of personal protective equipment (PPE). On the European level, harmonized standards, that put these basic health and safety requirements into more concrete terms have to be available. The European Standardizing Committee (CEN) is charged with the elaboration of European standards.

A total of 176 standards relating to personal protective equipment have to be setup; 57 of them are available at present. All CEN members are obliged to transpose them without modification into national standards. Formerly existing national standards have to be withdrawn.

Existing European standards sometimes show deficiencies regarding the specification of requirements according to Directive 89/686/EEC: the standardization of PPE for special fields of application and insufficient harmonization of provisions for different PPE serving the same protective purpose. To study the emission characteristics of typical construction machinery in Chengdu, 12 construction machinery (excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and forklifts) under idling mode, moving mode, and working mode, were tested using a portable emission measurement system (PEMS). Under three operating modes, the typical construction machinery in the working mode was higher in the fuel-based average emission factors of PM2.5 and NOx, while the fuel-based average emission factors of HC and CO were higher in idling mode. Integrated the results of investigation on ownership and activity levels of construction machinery, an exhaust emission inventory of typical construction machinery of Chengdu in 2018 was established according to the recommendation method. The annual emission of PM2.5, NOx, HC, and CO were 1.67 × 106, 1.61 × 108, 3.83 × 106, and 1.26 × 107 kg, respectively, and the excavator contributed the maximum emissions, accounting for an average proportion of 43.95%. The emission of construction machinery in Chengdu exhibited a clear monthly trend, with the highest from April to October and the lowest from November to March. In addition, the exhaust emissions presented an obvious spot-like characteristics, and the high-value areas were mainly concentrated in the surrounding suburban counties such as Shuangliu Wenjiang etc. To reduce pollution from construction machinery and improve the quality of the atmospheric environment, more effective measures on housing construction and municipal construction should be taken in those districts in Chengdu.  相似文献

Conformity assessment procedures prescribed by European legislation are presented and their concrete implementation is illustrated by the example of personal protective equipment (PPE). The different categories of PPE defined by Council Directive 89/686/EEC are explained with reference to the applicable conformity assessment elements. Quality assurance of production is presented as the central element of the conformity assessment procedure for complex PPE. Special emphasis is put on the necessity of having a regular exchange of views and information among notified bodies in Europe. Ways in which third countries can eventually carry out conformity assessment on the basis of a contract with the European Community Commission are explained.  相似文献

为实现对航空预研项目技术风险的定量评估,建立技术风险评价指标体系,建立基于综合赋权和双基点方法的综合评估模型,采用层次分析法(AHP)求得主观权重,熵值赋权法求得客观权重,运用线性规划方法求得对2类权重加权的权值,构造综合权重;使用正负理想点间的投影距离代替传统的相对欧式距离对TOPSIS方法进行改进;实例分析中,通过对某航空预研项目5种不同的方案进行风险评估,得出各方案的优劣度,选出了较为优化的技术方案,该方法可用于指导其他装备研制风险的评估。  相似文献

目的寻找基于常规试验设备温度循环应力筛选技术的改进方法。方法应用常规温度循环试验箱,结合对军用电子产品进行环境应力筛选(ESS)的实际情况,测量产品在温度循环应力筛选时,产品内部升降温的实际速率,通过对这些测量结果比较分析,找出这一方法存在的问题,特别是缺陷暴露程度与应力筛选的相关性差,通过对温度循环筛选参数的合理选择进行分析,找出解决这一问题的思路。结果理论筛选度较高(如0.89)的试验,实际测算额得出的筛选度很低(如0.54)。结论应用温度循环应力筛选的方法,确立合理的应力参数,就可取得理想的试验效果,节省一半的试验时间。  相似文献
