We highlight the social aspects of team creativity by proposing that team creativity is influenced by two types of team social capital: bridging and bonding social capital. Going beyond the structural perspective, we posit that team‐level human capital diversity is one of the potential antecedents of social capital for team creativity. We suggest that network structures are formed by teammates' interactions, which are largely the result of differences in their individual characteristics. The results of an empirical study using 36 teams of MBA students showed that the interaction of team‐bridging social capital with team‐bonding social capital was positively and significantly related to team creativity. Knowledge variety and knowledge disparity had a joint effect on team‐bridging social capital, and knowledge separation was negatively related to team‐bonding social capital. Moreover, team social capital mediated the effects of knowledge diversity on team creativity. This study describes a multilevel examination of person–group (PG) fit perceptions in a sample of 1023 individuals working in 92 teams at a private sector R&D firm. Using confirmatory factor analysis and multilevel random coefficient modeling, we provide evidence that perceptions of team‐level collective fit are unique from aggregated individual‐level PG fit perceptions at the individual and team levels. We demonstrate that collective values‐based and abilities‐based fit perceptions showed unique and positive relationships with team cohesion, team efficacy, and team performance, after accounting for aggregated individual perceptions of PG fit. Results also demonstrate that cohesion partially mediates the relationship between collective fit and team performance. Cross‐level effects were also supported, indicating that collective fit explains additional variance in individual‐level outcomes, beyond individual‐level PG fit perceptions. Decisions on selecting an appropriate site for temporary shelter used to be taken in a limited amount of time after a disaster. The need for a systematic method in this area inspired the MADM (multi‐attribute decision making) for complex disaster management decisions. This research proposes a model for appropriate and systematic site selection for temporary shelters, before an earthquake, using a geographical information system and MADM based on an earthquake damage assessment. After the effective criteria for site selection of temporary shelters are determined, the geographical layers of these criteria are prepared for Municipal District No.1 of Greater Tehran, the capital of Iran. Given these attributes and the required shelter area (415–610 hectares), 14 zones are proposed initially. Various MADM methods are used for the final selection. The mean of the aggregated ranking results are determined, and 10 of the 14 initial zones are ranked.  相似文献

我国农田面源污染的环境经济治理方式还不健全,急需适应我国农业特征的面源污染治理手段。现阶段环境税费政策通过对农业投入的控制,容易影响农户农业生产的积极性,而且还存在一定的技术难度和设备成本约束。团队式治理方法是一种更直接的面源污染监管手段,通过将农户组成团队,比管理单个农户节约成本;通过一定的奖惩措施激励农户主动调整污染排放水平;给定的合约条件约束了农户在重复博弈下的"搭便车"行为,保证了团队的存续。  相似文献

This study explored the unit‐level antecedents and outcomes of contingent workers' attitudes toward their temporary help services (THS) firm. It was proposed that (a) client‐orientation levels of the THS firm's full‐time staff would influence the level of support received by contingent workers, (b) staff supportiveness would be reciprocated by these workers in the form of favorable firm‐directed attitudes, and (c) contingent workers' attitudes toward the THS firm would influence two unit‐level outcomes—client reported service failure, and voluntary turnover rates of THS staff. Support was found for all the hypothesized relationships in a longitudinal study utilizing survey data gathered from 1324 full‐time employees, 570 contingent workers, and 1951 clients; and archival data on staff turnover from 46 strategic business units (SBUs) of a THS firm. Temporary housing programmes suffer from excessively high cost, late delivery, poor location, improper unit designs and other inherent issues. These issues can be attributed in part to a prevalence of ad hoc tactical planning, rather than pre-disaster strategic planning, for reconstruction undertaken by governments and non-governmental organisations (NGOs) in the chaotic post-disaster environment. An analysis of the process and outcomes from six case studies of temporary housing programmes after disasters in Turkey and Colombia in 1999, Japan in 1995, Greece in 1986, Mexico in 1985, and Italy in 1976 yields information about the extent to which strategic planning is employed in temporary housing programmes, as well as common issues in temporary housing. Based on an understanding of these common issues, this paper proposes a framework for strategic planning for temporary housing that identifies organisational designs and available resources for temporary housing before the disaster, but allows modifications to fit the specific post-disaster situation.  相似文献

基于2012年环境统计数据库,量化了南京青奥会期间江苏省13个省辖市临时管控措施的主要大气污染物减排量;应用WRF-CMAQ(天气研究和预报模式-公共多尺度空气质量模型)模拟了不采取控制措施(情景0)和采取工业临时管控措施(情景1)下的ρ(PM2.5),并结合实际观测数据开展南京青奥会期间管控措施空气质量改善效果评估. 结果表明:与情景0相比,在采取燃煤控制、工业停限产、工地停工、区域联防联控等临时管控措施的情景1下,南京和江苏省ρ(PM2.5)月均值分别降低了8%和4%;对比情景0的模拟结果和实测值可知,在采取了临时管控和应急管控措施的情况下,南京和江苏省ρ(PM2.5)平均分别降低了21%和12%. 在13个省辖市中,2014年8月南京工业SO2、NOx和烟粉尘减排量分别为2 062、3 037、835 t,月减排比例分别为24%、30%、27%,减排效果突出,PM2.5改善效果显著,提示内源特别是工业污染控制对当地大气污染治理至关重要. 在扩散条件相对不利的情况下,模型模拟预期的几次重污染并未出现,说明通过加大管控力度可有效减轻或避免重空气污染事件的发生.   相似文献
