为探讨工作压力、工作资源和心理社会安全氛围(PSC)与矿工心理社会安全行为(PSB)的深层关系,基于工作要求-资源模型(JD-R model),将PSC作为调节变量,构建工作压力、工作资源与PSB影响关系的概念模型;运用问卷调查、结构方程模型(SEM)和回归分析进行实证分析和假设验证。结果表明:PSB与工作压力显著负相关;PSB与工作资源及PSC显著正相关;PSC在矿工工作压力与PSB间起调节作用。 相似文献

为解决安全生产风险预控管理体系在理论和实践上的缺陷,提出安全生产基本假设和安全域维护原理,借鉴数据库事务和契约编程等概念,提出安全生产事务及其MICRT特性理论,建立面向安全域维护原理的安全生产事务管理体系。结果表明:安全生产基本假设和安全域维护原理是安全生产管理的基础公理;安全生产事务理论通过安全生产事务的MICTR特性,使得生产要素持续处于已知的安全状态区域;安全生产事务管理体系包括体系制度要素、体系运行模式和安全生产事务管理信息系统。 相似文献

Previous research has shown that customer‐related social stressors (CSS) have negative effects on service providers' long‐term well‐being. Little is known, however, about short‐term and mid‐term affective stress reactions and reciprocal effects between service providers' affect and CSS. The aim of this study was to expand extant research (i) by analyzing service providers' short‐term (across a day) and mid‐term (across 2 weeks) affective reactions to perceived CSS; (ii) by analyzing intraindividual as well as interindividual effects; and (iii) by investigating reciprocal effects of affective reactions and CSS that may eventually lead to psychosocial cycles. Our study employed a diary design with three measurement occasions per day over five consecutive days and a two‐week panel design using a sample of employees from public service organizations (N = 106). Results showed that CSS elicit changes in service providers' short‐term and mid‐term negative affects. We also found support for reversed effects of service providers' affective reactions on experienced CSS indicating psychosocial cycles between customers and service providers. Load and footwear condition are two crucial elements varying the kinematic responses during walking, which probably lead to chronic injury. Fifteen healthy male individuals with no obvious gait abnormalities participated in this study. Apart from a no-load condition, four external load conditions with two load levels were investigated. Work boots were compared with running shoes to determine footwear effects. Significant impacts were found for lower limb range of motion at certain joints when carrying loads. A greater hip and ankle flexion–extension while wearing the work boots indicated that participants needed to lift the leg higher to complete toe clearance off the walking surface. Work boots also increased the vertical excursion of the center of body mass, which may impact body balance and induce falling. No significant influencing pattern of carrying modes was found, which was probably due to the light load and relatively stable mode of shoulder carrying. 相似文献

为减少煤矿工人因工作压力而产生的不安全行为,进一步预防安全事故的发生,采用问卷调查的方法,探讨工作环境压力源(即物理环境和工作危险)对煤矿工人反生产行为(CWB)和安全的影响,以及一般自我效能感的调节作用.研究共收取有效样本250份.分析表明:工作危险对于煤矿工人的针对组织和针对个人的反生产行为均呈显著正相关;工作危险与受伤呈显著正相关;就工作危险与工人受伤次数间的关系而言,一般自我效能感有调节作用.研究结果表明,煤矿企业可通过减少危险源、开展提升员工自我效能感的培训等措施,来削弱工作环境因素对员工安全生产行为的消极影响. 相似文献

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) plays an increasingly significant role in business and can impact organizational performance and sustainability. However, the degree to which stakeholders see the organization as legitimate may depend on the perceived authenticity of CSR processes and practices. As internal stakeholders, employees have a strong influence on organizational outcomes. CSR, in turn, has been found to positively influence several employee outcomes. To examine the mechanisms of this relationship, this study questioned when and how CSR enhances employees' perceptions and results in affective commitment. Drawing on a time-lagged sample of 317 full-time employees in Australia, we found that substantive CSR is positively associated with affective commitment mediated by meaningfulness through work and strengthened with embeddedness, while symbolic CSR is not. Through assessing and controlling for endogeneity threats in analysis, this study provides more accurate empirical insights into the importance of CSR authenticity, offers theoretical contributions to the field, and presents practical implications for organizations in enhancing their CSR planning and practice. 相似文献

Time-related accident risk in shift work may be attributed to internal factors, such as fatigue, level of performance, sleep propensity, and to some external factors, like shift system, physical and social environment. Six hundred and sixty-eight events in the metallurgical industry have been analysed in terms of time of day, time on task, consecutive day of the shift block, day of the week, and season.The injury rate was similar on all shifts but more severe accidents happened in the nighttime. Somewhat more injuries occurred in the second half of the shift, in the second part of a shift block, and in summer compared with winter. There were fewer injuries at weekends. 相似文献

事故调查的根本目的是为了找出导致事故发生的可能原因,进而提出防止类似事故再次发生的对策措施,而保持事故调查的独立性达成此根本目的起着至关重要的作用。从事故调查的独立性进行考虑,剖析了事故调查的法律制定、调查机构、经济支持、技术与司法调查分离、公众知情权等独立性表现,分析了我国目前事故调查的工作现状及存在的一些问题。对比分析了发达国家的事故调查机构的独立运作机制和特点。最后,针对上述问题,对我国安全生产事故独立调查机制的建立提出了一些建议。 相似文献
