对1996~2000年间,大连市化肥农药使用现状进行了统计分析,运用不同类型有机物理论化学耗氧量的数学计算模型,分别计算了大连市化肥农药流失和工业废水排放对海域的污染影响,结果认为大连市化肥农药流失对海域污染物COD的污染贡献率远远大于工业废水排放的COD贡献率。最终提出应采取加强化肥农药使用管理等有效手段防治近岸海域化肥农药流失污染。  相似文献

Chelant-enhanced phytoextraction is one of the most promising technologies to remove heavy metals from soil. The key of the technology is to choose suitable additives in combination with a suitable plant. In the present study, laboratory batch experiment of metal solubilization, cress seeds germination were undertaken to investigate the metal-mobilizing capability and the phytotoxicity of organic additives, including ethylene diamine triacetic acid (EDTA), citric acid, acetic acid, oxalic acid, glutamine and monosodium glutamate waste liquid (MGWL) from food industry. Experiments in pots were carried out to study the effects of the additives on Zn and Cd phytoextraction. Furthermore, a leaching experiment with lysimeter was performed to evaluate the environmental risks of additive-induced leaching to underground water. The results showed that EDTA had a strong mobilizing ability for Zn and Cd, followed by mixed reagent (MR) and MGWL. MGWL and acetic acid at 5 mmol equivalent per liter resulted in seed germination index less than 2%. Experiments in pots verified the phytotoxicity of acetic acid and MGWL. Addition of the mixed reagent at 6--10 mmol/kg significantly increased Zn phytoextraction by Thlaspi caerulescens. The same for EDTA and the mixed reagent at 10 mmol/kg by Sedum dfredii. But only mixed reagents could significantly increase Cd phytoextraction by the studied hyperaccumulators. This suggested that the strong chelant was not always the good agent to enhance phytoextraction. S. alfredii combined with 2--10 mmol/kg soil MR was preferred for phytoremediation of Cd/Zn contaminated soils in southern China, this could result in high phytoextraction of Cd/Zn and reduce the leaching risk to underground water than EDTA assisted phytoextration.  相似文献

In this work, a series of Cu-ZSM-5 catalysts with different SiO2/Al2O3 ratios(25, 50, 100 and200) were synthesized and investigated in n-butylamine catalytic degradation. The n-butylamine can be completely catalytic degradation at 350 °C over all Cu-ZSM-5 catalysts. Moreover, Cu-ZSM-5(25) exhibited the highest selectivity to N2, exceeding 90% at 350 °C. 通过对24个飞灰样品的重金属全量消解和高精度X射线荧光光谱法(HDXRF)快速检测结果进行线性回归分析,发现HDXRF法可较准确测定飞灰中Cu、Pb、Zn、Ni和Cd含量(线性回归决定系数R230.90).采用HDXRF法对某焚烧厂飞灰重金属含量6个月快速检测及浸出毒性测定数据统计分析发现:飞灰重金属月均含量较稳定(变异系数CV<0.14)但日均含量波动较大(CV>2.54);飞灰中Pb、Cu和Zn含量呈正相关(相关系数r>0.78);金属浸出浓度受浸出液终点pH值影响显著,超标频率依次为Pb(68.9%)、Cd(66.1%)、Ni(24.0%)、Cu(14.2%)和Zn(1.6%).短期飞灰金属含量和浸出毒性数据受焚烧工况,烟气处理工况和垃圾组分等多种因素共同影响,不具有代表性.为评估垃圾分类源头削减重金属效果,建议采用快速检测方法对焚烧飞灰重金属含量进行长期监测.  相似文献

Recent research and technology have provided promising outcomes to rely on biodiesel as the alternative and conventional source of fuel. The use of renewable sources constitutes the main stream of research. Waste Cooking Oil (WCO) was used for biodiesel production in this study. Lipase enzyme producing fungi Rhizopus oryzae 262 and commercially available pure lipase enzyme were used for comparative study in the production of FAAE. The whole cell biocatalyst and pure enzyme were immobilized using calcium alginate beads. It was prepared by optimizing with different molar ratios of calcium chloride and different percent sodium alginate. Entrapment immobilization was done for whole cell biocatalyst. PE was also immobilized by entrapment for the transesterification reaction. Four different solvents methanol, ethanol, n-propanol, n-butanol were used as the acyl acceptors. The reaction parameters like temperature, molar ratio, reaction time, and amount of enzyme to be used were also optimized for methanol alone. The same parameters were adopted for the other acyl acceptors too. Among the different acyl acceptors, methanol whose reaction parameters were optimized showed maximum conversion of triglycerides to FAAE - 94% with PE and 84% with WCB. On the whole, PE showed better catalytic converting ability with all the acyl acceptor compared to WCB, further study, it was observed that three consecutive and reversible reactions occurred in the interesterification of triglycerides. So, a kinetic model based on Michaelis-Menten equation with competitive substrate inhibition was used to find the maximum reaction rate Vi for the four solvents using pure enzyme and WCB.  相似文献

利用静态浸出实验方法对废催化剂中重金属在不同固水比和浸出次数条件下的浸出规律进行了系统研究。实验发现浸出次数大于3次后,重金属的浸出浓度和浸出速率趋于稳定,同时固水比的增加也没有明显改变废催化剂中重金属的浸出。认为在浸取次数大于3次以后,随着表面溶质的溶解,浸出过程主要为内扩散所控制。  相似文献

修正和发展了一维层状云物理化学模式,该模式包括了详细的气?液相反应和光辐射传输,在我国东部地区平均污染水平下模拟了降水酸化过程?结果表明:光解系数在云顶为无云时的2~3倍,在云底则为无云时的0.2倍;自由基对S(Ⅳ)的氧化在降水后期可超过H2O2,并致使SO2-4和NO-3浓度在降水后期有逐渐增长的趋势;由于H2SO4和HNO3的不断生成以及NH3和气溶胶的洗脱,地面雨水酸度持续上升?   相似文献
