以除硫硝化微生物燃料电池(Microbial Fuel Cell,MFC)处理含S~(2-)/NH_4~+的模拟无机废水,研究了不同进水S~(2-)浓度下MFC的产电性能、污染物去除效果和阳极室硫累积情况.结果表明,除硫硝化MFC可实现同步阳极除硫和阴极硝化,并通过非生物电化学作用和生物电化学作用共同产电.进水S~(2-)浓度为(60.8±2.9)、(131.7±2.4)、(161.7±4.5)和(198.1±3.1)mg·L~(-1)时,最佳阳极碳刷清洗周期分别为3、3、3、4个换水周期,前3个进水浓度下的换水周期可分别缩短为6、8和8 h.MFC阴极硝化完全,不受进水S~(2-)浓度影响,但氧从阴极向阳极的渗漏导致阳极库仑效率较低(40%).适当增加进水S~(2-)浓度可增强MFC的产电性能并提高S~(2-)去除负荷和颗粒硫累积比.除硫硝化MFC适宜的进水S~(2-)浓度为(161.7±4.5)mg·L~(-1),相应的最大功率密度为5.77 W·m~(-3),周期产电量为(141.0±5.2)C,S~(2-)去除负荷为(0.31±0.00)g·L~(-1)·d~(-1),颗粒硫累积比达58%.阳极碳纤维丝上沉积有粒径约100 nm的颗粒硫.阳极悬浮物与沉积物相比,悬浮物中S0含量比例较高,而S6+含量比例较低. 相似文献

For lack of an extinguishing agent with high-efficiency, non-toxic and environmentally friendly, a new type of extinguishing agent was fabricated to solve such an urgent problem. In this study, the zinc borate (ZB) and ferrocene (Fe(Cp)2) were utilized as two additives for extinguishants to suppress combustion reaction and the toxicity of the tail gas was detected. The mass fraction of ZB corresponding to the optimal inhibitory effect was determined to be 0.5–1.5%, by contrast, the optimum interval of Fe(Cp)2 was detected as 0.5–1.0%. Similarly, with the increasing proportion of the two additives, the homologous inhibitory action was gradually weakened. From the perspective of thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), it was indicated that the ZB accelerated the pyrolysis process of the extinguishant, making its thermal decomposition process more thoroughly. Meanwhile, the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) demonstrated that the decomposition efficiency was markedly improved when the amount of ZB was maintained at 0.5–1.5%. Besides, the tail gas tests were implemented to assess the extent of toxic and harmful properties. In terms of the carbon monoxide (CO) and carbon dioxide (CO2) generated, once the mass fraction of ZB and Fe(Cp)2 was less than 1.5% and 1.0% respectively, the concentration of CO and CO2 was distinctly lower than that without additives. Moreover, the inhibitory ability on nitrogen oxides (NOx) was enhanced when the mass fraction of the two additives was kept below 1.0%. A new approach to Assess Atmospheric Nitrogen Deposition by Way of Standardized Exposition of mosses
A standardized method of moss exposition for assessing variations in nitrogen deposition was tested in the western part of
Germany. Six pleurocarpous moss species were transplanted to two sites differing in their deposition rates but being comparable
as to their climatic conditions. The mosses were exposed in standardized containers over a period of 12 months; the focus
of interest was the effect of N deposition on nitrogen content and on 15N natural abundance (δ15N-values). Within the first nine months only trends could be observed. However, after one year all species tested showed significantly
higher N concentrations at the highly polluted site. Besides, more negative δ15N-values possibly reflecting the higher ammonium input were detected at this site. Surprisingly, most of the plants though
being kept in plastic containers without a favourable substratum did not show any conspicuous deficiency symptoms. The potential
advantages of a standardized moss exposition for N monitoring purposes are discussed. It is concluded that the method presented

根据长江口和杭州湾北部沉积物粒度分析数据,研究表层沉积物类型、分布以及分区特征。结果表明:沉积物的分布特征受水动力条件、地貌类型以及泥沙来源等因素的综合影响,长江口表层沉积物在纵向分布上,自西向东粒径从粗到细、分选程度从好至差,在横向上自北港-北槽-南槽,沉积物粒度逐渐变细;水流动力作用强的河槽和波浪作用强的口门浅滩沉积物粒度较粗,水动力较弱的河口边滩及口外海滨区沉积物则较细。根据沉积物分布特征可将长江口及其邻近海域分为河口分汊河段沉积区、河口拦门沙沉积区、口外海滨沉积区和杭州湾北部沉积区等4个沉积区。 相似文献

The physico-chemical absorption characteristics of ammonium-N for 10 soils from 5 profiles in York, UK, show its high potential mobility in N deposition-impacted, unfertilized, permanent grassland soils. Substantial proportions of ammonium-N inputs were retained in the solution phase, indicating that ammonium translocation plays an important role in the N cycling in, and losses from, such soils. This conclusion was further supported by measuring the ammonium-N leaching from intact plant/soil microcosms. The ammonium-N absorption characteristics apparently varied with soil pH, depth and soil texture. It was concluded for the most acid soils especially that ammonium-N leached from litter horizons could be seriously limiting the capacity of underlying soils to retain ammonium. Contrary to common opinion, more attention therefore needs to be paid to ammonium leaching and its potential role in biogeochemical N cycling in semi-natural soil systems subject to atmospheric pollution. 相似文献

The 7Be wet deposition has been intensively investigated in a semiarid region at San Luis Province, Argentina. From November 2006 to May 2008, the 7Be content in rainwater was determined in 58 individual rain events, randomly comprising more than 50% of all individual precipitations at the sampling period. 7Be activity concentration in rainwater ranged from 0.7 ± 0.3 Bq l−1 to 3.2 ± 0.7 Bq l−1, with a mean value of 1.7 Bq l−1 (sd = 0.53 Bq l−1). No relationship was found between 7Be content in rainwater and (a) rainfall amount, (b) precipitation intensity and (c) elapsed time between events. 7Be ground deposition was found to be well correlated with rainfall amount (R = 0.92). For the precipitation events considered, the 7Be depositional fluxes ranged from 1.1 to 120 Bq m−2, with a mean value of 32.7 Bq m−2 (sd = 29.9 Bq m−2). The annual depositional flux was estimated at 1140 ± 120 Bq m−2 y−1. Assuming the same monthly deposition pattern and that the 7Be content in soil decreases only through radioactive decay, the seasonal variation of 7Be areal activity density in soil was estimated. Results of this investigation may contribute to a valuable characterization of 7Be input in the explored semiarid ecosystem and its potential use as tracer of environmental processes. 相似文献
