UASB反应器中厌氧氨氧化菌的影响因素研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
在UASB反应器中接种实验室已经驯化好的厌氧氨氧化颗粒污泥,对其进行厌氧氨氧化菌活性提高和影响因素的实验研究。研究表明厌氧氨氧化菌对NH4+-N和N02--N的适宜浓度负荷均为200mg/L,适宜水力停留时间HRT、温度、pH和进水基质比(N02--N/NH4+-N)分别为2h、30~35℃、7.5~8.5和0.95~1.2,NH4+-N、NO2--N和TN的平均去除率分别为97.1%、98.3%和92.7%。  相似文献

本文通过在CRI系统现场系统中湿干比,水力负荷周期和增加通气管对复氧效果的研究,发现在湿干比1∶6时,CRI系统对与复氧有关的指标CODCr、NH3-N的去除率较高,系统复氧效果较好;通过缩短系统水力负荷周期,加大系统淹水、落干频率,可以加大系统的复氧量,提高系统的复氧效率,CODCr和NH3-N的去除效果均有所提高;增加通气管对CRI系统复氧效果不明显。  相似文献

系统测试和分析了新拌混合砂浆和易性和硬化砂浆轴心抗压强度、静力受压弹性模量、泊松比、干表观密度、导热系数、干燥收缩率随三元乙丙(EPDM)橡胶粉代砂体积分数增加的变化程度和规律.橡胶粉可以改善新拌混合砂浆的和易性,降低硬化混合砂浆强度、弹性模量、表观密度和导热系数,提高其泊松比和干燥收缩率.低弹性模量、高泊松比、高干缩值橡胶粉混合砂浆将使其更能适应新型墙体材料性能的要求,有利于减小墙体裂缝的产生;低表观密度、低导热系数橡胶粉混合砂浆将有利于提高墙体的隔热保温性能.  相似文献

目前人工湿地普遍占地面积较大,使其在景观水处理中的应用受到限制,针对这一问题,构建实验水池模拟人工湖,构建高效垂直流人工湿地,对其在高水力负荷下净化劣Ⅴ类富营养化池水进行了研究.结果表明,湿地系统在1.64 m3/(m2·d)和3.28 m3/(m2·d)的高水力负荷下净化池水均取得了良好效果,水力负荷提高到5.74 m3/(m2·d),湿地出现了一定程度的堵塞,净化效果相对较差.本实验系统净化池水的最佳水力负荷为3.28 m3/(m2·d),该水力条件下系统对浊度、CODCr、NH 4-N、TP的平均去除率分别为64.9%、41.0%、24.7%、58.5%.  相似文献

为了探究轮胎微塑料在不同环境介质中的老化和小粒径微粒释放特征,于实验室条件下模拟了汽车和电动自行车两种不同的轮胎微塑料在干燥和水环境中的老化过程.结果表明,轮胎微塑料经过30 d的紫外光照后会发生一定程度的老化,具体表现为表面变得粗糙,出现裂纹和剥落等现象.通过傅里叶红外光谱得知,其表面羰基指数也有所上升.此外,轮胎微塑料在紫外光照和水力作用的影响下会释放大量的亚微米级小粒子,水环境中的汽车轮胎微塑料在光照条件下第30 d时每mL溶液中释放粒子数量达到了69 480万个,其中粒径小于1 μm的有69 460万个,是黑暗条件下的100倍左右.研究表明,水环境中的轮胎微塑料在光照条件下更易发生老化并释放更多的小粒子,且汽车轮胎微塑料较电动自行车轮胎微塑料释放的小粒子更多,具有潜在的生态环境风险.  相似文献

ABSTRACT: Methods to estimate streamflow and channel hydraulic geometry were developed for unpaged streams in the Mid‐Atlantic Region. Observed mean annual streamflow and associated hydraulic geometry data from 75 gaging stations in the Appalachian Plateau, the Ridge and Valley, and the Piedmont Physiographic Provinces of the Mid‐Atlantic Region were used to develop a set of power functions that relate streamflow to drainage area and hydraulic geometry to streamflow. For all three physiographic provinces, drainage area explained 95 to 98 percent of the variance in mean annual streamflow. Relationships between mean annual streamflow and water surface width and mean flow depth had coefficients of determination that ranged from R2= 0.55 to R2= 0.91, but the coefficient of determination between mean flow velocity and mean annual streamflow was lower (R2= 0.44 to R2= 0.54). The advantages of using the regional regression models to estimate streamflow over a conceptual model or a water balance model are its ease of application and reduced input data needs. The prediction of the regression equations were tested with data collected as part of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) Environmental Monitoring and Assessment Program (EMAP). In addition, equations to transfer streamflow from gaged to ungaged streams are presented.  相似文献

ABSTRACT: The quality of ground water in any aquifer takes its final form due to natural mixture of waters, which may originate from different sources. Water quality varies from one aquifer to another and even within the same aquifer itself. Different ground water quality is obtained from wells and is mixed in a common reservoir prior to any consumption. This artificial mixing enables an increase in available ground water of a desired quality for agricultural or residential purposes. The question remains as to what proportions of water from different wells should be mixed together to achieve a desired water quality for this artificial mixture. Two sets of laboratory experiments were carried out, namely, the addition of saline water to a fixed volume of fresh water. After each addition, the mixture volume and the electric conductivity value of the artificially mixed water were recorded. The experiments were carried out under the same laboratory temperature of 20°C. A standard curve was developed first experimentally and then confirmed theoretically. This curve is useful in determining either the volume or discharge ratio from two wells to achieve a predetermined electrical conductivity value of the artificial mixture. The application of the curve is given for two wells within the Quaternary deposits in the western part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.  相似文献

The dry deposition of ozone to aconiferous forest in northeastern Bavaria(southern Germany) was quantified during 1999with both the eddy correlation method and a bigleaf model. The model included parameterizationsof the atmospheric transfer resistances fromdirect measurements, stomatal resistance from aplant ecological model, and an estimation of thecuticle resistance as function of leaf wetness.Early in the season, the measured and themodelled deposition fluxes were in goodagreement, although the modelled fluxes tended tounderestimate the measured ones. Thisunderestimation was more pronounced in the latesummer, when high nocturnal fluxes werefrequently measured. The model parameterizationof the cuticle and the stomatal resistances didnot allow for such high fluxes. In these cases,the 24 hour average of the measured fluxes wereup to 4.5 times higher than the modelled ones.The reasons for these large discrepancies remainunknown. However, assigning the unaccounted partof the deposition to a nonstomatal surfacedeposition pathway, a new parameterization of therespective resistance yielded an average value of300 s m-1. It exhibited a decreasing trendthrough the vegetation period.  相似文献

ABSTRACT: The deep aquifers of the Portland Basin are used as a regional water supply by at least six municipalities in Oregon and Washington. Maximum continuous use of the aquifers in 1998 was 13 mgd and peak emergency use was 55 mgd. Continuous use of the deep aquifers at a rate of 55 mgd has been proposed and inchoate water rights have been reserved for expansion of pumping to 121 mgd. A study was completed, using a calibrated ground water flow model, to evaluate the role of induced recharge from the Columbia River in mitigating aquifer drawdown from continuous‐use and expanded pumping scenarios in the center and eastern areas of the basin. The absolute average residual was less than 3.6 feet for steady‐state model calibrations, and less than 8.0 feet for transient calibration to a 42 mgd pumping event in 1987 with 170 feet of drawdown. Continuous use of the aquifers at a rate of 55 mgd is predicted to increase drawdown to 210 feet. Expansion of pumping to 121 mgd in the center basin is predicted to cause 400 feet of drawdown. However, expansion of pumping in the east basin is predicted to result in only 220 feet of drawdown because of induced recharge from the Columbia River.  相似文献

The aim of this research is to find substitute barrier materials for natural clay from two kinds of municipal sludge: waterworks sludge( Sw ) and dredging sludge( Sd ). Laboratory tests were performed firstly to determine their Atterberg limits and hydraulic conductivity.Based on the results, the use of waterworks sludge was recommended. Then, shear strength tests were performed and it was found the shear resistance property of waterworks sludge is strong enough to maintain slope stability. In order to evaluate the possibility of secondary pollution, the heavy metal contents of waterworks sludge was determined and the results indicated that secondary pollution is unlikely happened. Finally, economic analysis proves that reusing waterworks sludge as barrier will reduce the lost a great for both landfill and waterworks. Based on the results, waterworks sludge was proposed to use and a further long-term simulated landfill test was suggested.  相似文献
