鱼塘水面无土栽培美人蕉研究

１９９０年起,采用浮床无土栽培技术在鱼塘水面种植陆生植物美人蕉（Ｃａｎａ ｇｅｎｅｒａｌｉｓ Ｂａｉｌｅｙ）。结果表明,美人蕉对水栽表现出良好的生态适应性,水栽美人蕉单位面积生物产量比陆栽增加了５０％左右,开花量增加近１倍,水栽美人蕉花期比同期的陆栽美人蕉延长２１ｄ。水栽美人蕉的良好适应性还表现在它的分枝根多,根系活力强,白根所占比例较高。图１表４参５     

Degradation of MTBE and TBA by a new isolate from MTBE-contaminated soil

Methyl ten-butyl ether （MTBE）, a gasoline additive, possesses serious problems to the environmental health. In the present study, a bacterial culture named A-3 which could effectively degrade MTBE was isolated from the MTBE contaminated soil. The isolate was identified as Chryseobacterium sp., a new species capable of degrading MTBE. In order to enhance its degradation ability, selected environment factors were investigated. The results showed that the optimal temperature was in the range of 25-30℃, the pH was 7.0, the inoculum size was 2 × 10^8 CFU/ml and the optimal concentration of MTBE was from 50 to 100 mg/L. The maximum MTBE utilization rate （Vmax） was 102 nmol MTBE/（mg cell protein.h）. Furthermore, it was found that the isolate could also degrade tert-butyl alcohol （TBA）. The degradation rates of TBA were much faster than those of MTBE. The additional TBA would lead to the decrease of the initial MTBE degradation rate and the inhibitory effect of TBA increased with the increase of TBA concentration. Similar protein profiles at least seven peptides were demonstrated after SDS-PAGE analysis of crude extracts obtained from the cells growing in MTBE and TBA culture.     

基于行为科学的煤矿安全文化建设模式研究

针对煤矿企业的特点,简要分析国内煤矿企业安全现状及存在问题;探讨我国煤矿事故发生的致因与根源,认为人的不安全行为是煤矿重特大事故频发的主要原因;从煤矿企业所处的环境和自身发展的要求出发,提出以行为科学为理论基础的安全文化建设思路,改变传统安全文化建设中突出硬件建设的做法,把建设的重心转移到"人因"上,突出人的行为与意识在安全文化建设中的地位和作用;引入行为科学的个体行为理论、群体动力理论及组织行为理论,提出一种以个人-群体-组织系统相结合的煤矿安全文化创新建设模式,并分别对个体、群体及组织安全文化建设进行论述,针对构建煤矿安全文化创新机制提出了建议与对策。     

汞胁迫对小麦幼苗抗氧化酶活性的影响

通过营养液培养实验,研究了小麦幼苗在遭受汞胁迫后,地上部及根系抗氧化酶活性的变化．试验表明:小麦幼苗受到汞胁迫后,地上部及根系的超氧化物歧化酶(ＳＯＤ)的活性均显著增加,过氧化氢酶(ＣＡＴ) 的活性也比对照有所增强,但不如ＳＯＤ酶变化迅速,表明ＳＯＤ酶活性是小麦幼苗遭受汞胁迫时比较敏感的生物标记物．但是,小麦幼苗地上部及根系的丙二醛(ＭＤＡ) 含量仍均比对照显著升高,表明小麦幼苗的膜系统受到了一定程度的破坏．试验同时还反映出,汞胁迫对小麦幼苗根系的影响强于对地上部的影响．

运用层次分析法的原理及方法,建立了一个企业安全文化评价指标体系.利用三角模糊处理函数表示定性因素,提出了基于三角模糊数和层次分析法的企业安全文化评价方法.最后给出了1个例子说明该评价方法.     

Can natural behavior be cultivated? The farm as local human/animal culture

Although the notion of natural behavior occurs in many policy-making and legal documents on animal welfare, no consensus has been reached concerning its definition. This paper argues that one reason why the notion resists unanimously accepted definition is that natural behavior is not properly a biological concept, although it aspires to be one, but rather a philosophical tendency to perceive animal behavior in accordance with certain dichotomies between nature and culture, animal and human, original orders and invented artifacts. The paper scrutinizes the philosophy of natural behavior as it developed in the organic movement in response to a perceived contrast between industrialized and traditional agriculture. There are two reasons for focusing on the organic movement: (i) the emphasis on “the natural” is most accentuated there and has a long history, (ii) everyday life on organic farms presupposes human/animal interplay, which conflicts with the philosophical tendency to separate nature from culture. This mismatch between theory and practice helps us see why, and how, the philosophy of natural behavior needs to be reconsidered. The paper proposes that we understand farms as local human/animal cultures, and asks what we can mean my natural behavior in such contexts. Since domestic animals adapt to agricultural environments via interaction with caretakers, such interplay is analyzed as “hub” in these animals’ natural behavior.     

专业保险公司介入建设工程项目监理研究

通过对工程项目特点的分析和对参与项目建设当事人对工程质量安全的影响归因分析,认为,制度安排的缺陷及诚信文化缺失是我国建设工程质量安全事故频繁发生的根本原因。根据我国国情并借鉴国际工程保险的经验,笔者指出,专业保险公司介入建设工程项目监理,是弥补制度缺陷和诚信文化缺失、提高工程的质量安全系数的最佳选择。
