The photocatalytic degradation of Procion blue H-B dye in biodegraded textile washwater has been investigated for the complete removal of color and maximum reduction of chemical oxygen demand (COD). Pseudomonas putida was utilized for obtaining biodegraded textile washwater. In this process, silver-doped TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared and experiments were carried out to study the effects of UV and mercury lamp irradiations on COD reduction and removal of color. The thus prepared silver-doped TiO2 catalyst was characterized by thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis, UV-visible spectrometer, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, energy dispersive X-ray microanalysis, and BET surface area techniques. Adsorption studies were also carried out to evaluate the fitness of isotherm models. The results show that the silver-doped TiO2 has enhanced the photodegradation of Procion blue H-B dye under UV and mercury lamp irradiations. The enhanced activity of silver-doped TiO2 is due to the enrichment of electron–hole separation by electron trapping of silver particles.  相似文献

采用水热反应法制备Cu改性的Bi2WO6催化剂(Cu-Bi2WO6).采用XRD仪和紫外-可见光漫反射吸收光谱仪对自制Cu-Bi2WO6的结构进行了表征.考察了光催化降解工艺对Cu-Bi2WO6在可见光下催化氧化降解苯酚效果的影响.实验结果表明:自制Cu-Bi2WO6的吸收边带出现了明显红移,对可见光的利用率较Bi2WO6强;当水热反应pH为0.6时,Cu-Bi2WO6的光催化性能最好;在空气通入量为250 mL/min、Cu-Bi2WO6加入量为1.0 mg/L的条件下,光照反应210 min后苯酚降解率可达92.0%.  相似文献

• Bi doping in TiO2 enhanced the separation of photo-generated electron-hole. • The performance of photocatalytic degradation of MC-LR was improved. • Coexisting substances have no influence on algal removal performance. • The key reactive oxygen species were h+ and OH in the photocatalytic process. The increase in occurrence and severity of cyanobacteria blooms is causing increasing concern; moreover, human and animal health is affected by the toxic effects of Microcystin-LR released into the water. In this paper, a floating photocatalyst for the photocatalytic inactivation of the harmful algae Microcystis aeruginosa (M. aeruginosa) was prepared using a simple sol-gel method, i.e., coating g-C3N4 coupled with Bi-doped TiO2 on Al2O3-modified expanded perlite (CBTA for short). The impact of different molar ratios of Bi/Ti on CBTA was considered. The results indicated that Bi doping in TiO2 inhibited photogenerated electron-hole pair recombination. With 6 h of visible light illumination, 75.9% of M. aeruginosa (initial concentration= 2.7 × 106 cells/L) and 83.7% of Microcystin-LR (initial concentration= 100 μg/L) could be removed with the addition of 2 g/L CBTA-1% (i.e., Bi/Ti molar ratio= 1%). The key reactive oxygen species (ROSs) in the photocatalytic inactivation process are h+ and OH. The induction of the Bi4+/Bi3+ species by the incorporation of Bi could narrow the bandgap of TiO2, trap electrons, and enhance the stability of CBTA-1% in the solutions with coexisting environmental substances.  相似文献

以椰壳和硼酸为原料,通过简单的一步热解法制备出新型硼掺杂椰壳介孔炭材料(B-CSC)用于水中四环素类污染物的高效吸附去除.系统研究了关键制备条件热解温度和硼碳质量比对其吸附性能的影响,使用比表面积及孔径分析仪(BET)、场发射扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线光子能谱仪(XPS)、拉曼光谱仪(Raman)以及Zeta电位仪(Zeta)对其微观结构及物化性质进行了表征分析.系统考察了初始pH值、不同金属阳离子以及不同背景水质条件对其吸附效果的影响.结合材料表征与相关分析等对其强化吸附机制进行了深入讨论与分析.结果表明,一步热解能够将硼掺入椰壳炭的表面及晶格,导致其拥有更大的比表面积和孔体积,引入硼的形态主要是H3BO3、B2O3、B和B4C.B-CSC对四环素的吸附量达到297.65 mg·g-1,是原始椰壳介孔炭(CSC)的8.9倍.同时,B-CSC对于水环境中常见污染物罗丹明B(RhB)、双酚A(BPA)和亚甲基蓝(MB)的吸附量分别高达372.65、255.24和147.82 mg·g-1.B-CSC对四环素的吸附过程是物理化学作用共同主导的,主要涉及液膜扩散、表面吸附、介孔与微孔内扩散和活性位点吸附,H3BO3是其主要吸附位点.吸附强化机制主要是硼掺杂降低了其碳网络的化学惰性,增强了其与四环素分子的π—π相互作用和氢键作用.  相似文献

实验研究了掺杂N的TiO2光催化剂在可见光下对有机物的降解机理,研究方法有:加入自由基俘获剂探索对反应速率的影响、有机物降解过程TOC与脱色比较,化学探针法测定了实验中存在的HO.。结果表明,有机物在脱色的同时苯环也在断裂,说明有机物的降解是受无选择性的氧化剂攻击而完成;除亚甲基蓝以外,加入自由基俘获剂对可见光反应速率均有抑制现象,证明自由基的攻击是有机物可见光催化降解的主要途径。分别以二甲基亚砜和水杨酸为分子探针,实验结果证明了光催化反应系统中存在HO.物种,前者与HO.反应形成特定的偶氮结构有机物在425 nm处有吸收,后者与HO.反应生成2,3-二羟基苯甲酸和2,5-二羟基苯甲酸。亚甲基蓝、苯酚和水杨酸经5 h的可见光催化降解后,其TOC分别降低了62.8%、78.9%和96.0%,说明掺杂N的TiO2有较强的可见光催化降解有机物能力。  相似文献

使用常见的工业材料:玻璃、铝片和镍网为载体,苯胺(Ani)作为氮掺杂剂,通过溶胶-凝胶法,制备了不同材料负载Ani/TiO2,并研究其在降解以酸性品红模拟的印染废水的光催化氧化性能。结果表明,玻璃、铝片和镍网负载Ani/TiO2最佳N/Ti值分别为0.250、0.040和0.040,并验证了N掺杂TiO2在日光利用方面的优势,提高了光催化剂的实际应用性;最佳pH值均为6~8;最佳处理初始浓度分别为10、12和12 mg/L;其光催化活性都会随着溶液深度的增加而降低;氧化剂硝酸铁的最佳投加浓度均为0.5×10-5到1.0×10-5mol/L;综合来看,玻璃负载Ani/TiO2的活性最高,铝片负载Ani/TiO2次之,镍网负载Ani/TiO2最差。  相似文献

以钛酸四丁酯为前驱体,采用溶胶凝胶法,制备了CoO掺杂的TiO2光催化剂。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、紫外可见漫反射(UV—visDRS)对催化剂进行了分析、表征。以中压汞灯为光源,研究了亚甲基蓝(MB)在CoO/TiO2微粒水悬浮液中的降解动力学。结果表明:所制备的催化剂活性组分主要是锐钛矿型的二氧化钛和CoO固溶体,粒径为25~30nm,分布均匀。亚甲基蓝的光催化降解动力学满足一级动力学,在一定的浓度范围内,反应速率常数随初始浓度增大而减少,适当的掺钴量可以有效地提高TiO2光催化活性,其最佳掺杂量重量百分比为0.25%。  相似文献

Boron- and cerium-codoped TiO2 photocatalysts were synthesized using modified sol-gel reaction process and characterized by X- ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), particle size distribution (PSD), diffuse reflectance spectra (DRS), and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET). The photocatalytic activities were evaluated by monitoring the degradation of dye Acid Red B (ARB). The results showed that the prepared photocatalysts were mixed oxides mainly consisting of titania, ceria, and boron oxide. The structure of TiO2 could be transformed from amorphous to anatase and then to rutile by increasing calcination temperature; the transformation being accompanied by the growth of particle size without any obvious change in phase structure of CeO2. The XPS of B1.6Ce1.0-TiO2 prepared at 500℃ showed that a few boron atoms were incorporated into titania and ceria lattice, whereas others existed as B2O3. Cerium ions existed in two states, Ce^3+ and Ce^4+, and the atomic ratio of Ce^3+/Ce^4+ was 1.86. When boron and cerium were doped, the UV-Vis adsorption band wavelength showed an obvious shift toward the visible range (〈526 nm). As the atomic ratio of Ce/Ti increased to 1.0, the absorbance edge wavelength increased to 481 nm. The absorbance edge wavelength decreased for higher cerium doping levels (Ce/Ti=2.0). The particles size ranged from 122 to 255 nm with a domain at 168 nm (39.4%). The degradation of ARB dye indicated that the photocatalytic activities of boron- and cerium-codoped TiO2 were much higher than those of P25 (a standard TiO2 powder). The activities increased as the boron doping increased, whereas decreased when the Ce/Ti atomic ratio was greater than 0.5. The optimum atomic ratio of B/Ti and Ce/Ti was 1.6 and 0.5, respectively.  相似文献

● Dolomite-doped biochar/bentonite was synthesized for phosphate removal. ● DO/BB exhibited a high phosphate adsorption capacity in complex water environments. ● PVC membrane incorporated with DO/BB can capture low concentration phosphate. ● Electrostatic interaction, complexation and precipitation are main mechanisms. The removal of phosphate from wastewater using traditional biological or precipitation methods is a huge challenge. The use of high-performance adsorbents has been shown to address this problem. In this study, a novel composite adsorbent, composed of dolomite-doped biochar and bentonite (DO/BB), was first synthesized via co-pyrolysis. The combination of initial phosphate concentration of 100 mg/L and 1.6 g/L of DO/BB exhibited a high phosphate-adsorption capacity of 62 mg/g with a removal efficiency of 99.8%. It was also stable in complex water environments with various levels of solution pH, coexisting anions, high salinity, and humic acid. With this new composite, the phosphate concentration of the actual domestic sewage decreased from 9 mg/L to less than 1 mg/L, and the total nitrogen and chemical oxygen demand also decreased effectively. Further, the cross-flow treatment using a PVC membrane loaded with DO/BB (PVC-DO/BB), decreased the phosphate concentration from 1 to 0.08 mg/L, suggesting outstanding separation of phosphate pollutants via a combination of adsorption and separation. In addition, the removal of phosphate by the PVC-DO/BB membrane using NaOH solution as an eluent was almost 90% after 5 cycles. The kinetic, isotherm and XPS analysis before and after adsorption suggested that adsorption via a combination of electrostatic interaction, complexation and precipitation contributed to the excellent separation by the as-obtained membranes.  相似文献

以二氰二胺和柠檬酸铋为原料,采用一步水热法合成原位N掺杂(BiO)2CO3纳米片自组装分等级微球结构。采用XRD、SEM、XPS、FT-IR、UV-Vis DRS和PL等对合成的材料进行表征,结果表明,不同二氰二胺加入量会对(BiO)2CO3的形貌结构、禁带宽度以及电子-空穴复合率产生显著影响。二氰二胺在水热过程水解柠檬酸铋,同时N原子原位掺杂进入(BiO)2CO3晶格。N掺杂使(BiO)2CO3的光响应范围大幅拓展至可见光,通过价带XPS获得了掺杂N元素减小(BiO)2CO3禁带宽度的证据。在可见光照射下,原位N掺杂(BiO)2CO3分等级微球结构表现出对液相罗丹明B和气相NO优异的可见光催化降解活性,高于N掺杂TiO2和C掺杂TiO2。研究结果对拓展N掺杂作用向非TiO2体系的转变具有重要意义。  相似文献
