Residential environmental evaluation of local cities considering regional characteristic and personal residential preference-a case study of Saga City, Japan

Questionnaire surveys and subjective evaluations on residential environment were performed in order to grasp the main factors of residential environment of small local cities. The suitable evaluation index system was established, and the regional residential environment characteristics and personal residential preference types were analyzed, so that their influence on residential environment evaluation could be grasped. The results can be applied to the residential environment planning, construction and monitoring of local cities.     

全生命周期视域下绿色建筑碳排放测算与减排效果研究

建筑业存在高能耗与高二氧化碳排放的问题,为助力建筑业实现“双碳”目标,本研究从全生命周期视域出发,借助BIM技术与OpenStudio能耗模拟技术,细化构建了住宅建筑碳排放测算模型,为今后住宅建筑全生命周期碳排放研究提供了一定的参考。研究案例以传统住宅建筑单体与绿色住宅建筑单体为研究对象,从全生命周期视角下分析两者的异质性,结果表明,与传统住宅建筑相比,绿色住宅建筑全生命周期碳排放较低,在运行阶段拥有更好的节能减排效果,但绿色住宅建筑物化阶段碳排放高于传统住宅建筑。本研究可为中国建筑业节能减排战略规划提供理论依据。     

刍议既有住宅加装电梯的困境和思考

本文叙述了当前既有住宅加装电梯困境,存在资金筹措困难、住户利益协调难、审批办证难、应急救援困难等问题,基于利益均等、分摊补偿、统筹规划,创新方法,简化流程等原则,并提出了合理化的建议,以期为推进旧楼加装电梯提供新思路。     

Urban Water Supply Industry Marketization of China in View of Public Water Service and Water Resource Management

Started with the discussions on the value orientation of urban water supply industry marketization,the article points out that the current urban water supply industry marketization reform is inconsistent with the goal of public water service equalization to some extent.The article also analyzes the problems emerged in urban water supply industry marketization reform and various reasons in view of efficiency and fairness.An efficiency and fairness oriented management model is built in this article to illustrate how the government should conciliate interests of various communities involved in the process of marketization reform of the urban water supply industry so as to actualize the coordination of efficiency and fairness.At the end,an assumption on urban water price is put forward to help achieve the public water service equalization.
