带温控装置的机载外挂设备挂飞可靠性试验方法

目的 制定安装于带温控装置吊舱内的机载外挂电子设备挂飞可靠性试验剖面,并提出一种安装于带温控装置吊舱内的机载外挂电子设备挂飞可靠性试验方法。方法 结合机载外挂电子设备的典型任务剖面及其复杂多样的环境条件,以某机载侦察相机为例,给出带温控装置吊舱内的机载外挂电子设备可靠性鉴定试验中试验方案的选择依据,然后根据GJB 899A—2009中的温度应力、振动应力简化处理原则和典型任务剖面的持续时间及其占比,得到温度、振动应力条件,并合成挂飞可靠性试验剖面。结果 使用该方法对某机载侦察相机的温度、振动应力进行处理,得到了带温控装置的吊舱内的机载外挂电子设备挂飞可靠性试验剖面。结论 提出的带温控装置吊舱内的机载外挂电子设备挂飞可靠性试验剖面设计方法,为安装于带温控装置的吊舱内的机载外挂电子设备开展可靠性鉴定试验提供了指导。     

Work–family conflict and neck and back pain in surgical nurses

Objective. Surgical nurses’ work is physically and mentally demanding, possibly leading to work–family conflict (WFC). The current study tests WFC to be a risk factor for neck and lower back pain (LBP). Job influence and social support are tested as resources that could buffer the detrimental impact of WFC. Methods. Forty-eight surgical nurses from two university hospitals in Germany and Switzerland were recruited. WFC was assessed with the Work–Family Conflict Scale. Job influence and social support were assessed with the Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire, and back pain was assessed with the North American Spine Society Instrument. Results. Multiple linear regression analyses confirmed WFC as a significant predictor of cervical pain (β?=?0.45, p?β?=?0.33, p?=?0.012). Job influence and social support did not turn out to be significant predictors and were not found to buffer the impact of WFC in moderator analyses. Conclusion. WFC is likely to affect neck and back pain in surgery nurses. Work–life interventions may have the potential to reduce WFC in surgery nurses.     

Nature,Crisis, Risk,Science, and Society: What is Our Ethical Responsibility?

In his keynote address, Robert Cox raised key questions, many of which force us to consider the larger question of the role of academics in society. The authors respond by suggesting that environmental communication, like other communication studies, is inherently normative and that environmental communication scholarship is closely aligned to risk as a centerpiece to crisis analysis. The authors discuss the productive connections among science, communication and sound public policy that make society more fully functional, including the formation of effective public policy through science that is normative while seeking objectivity, evaluating and symbolizing motives in discourse, acknowledging uncertainty and acceptable uncertainty, and that material and symbolic dimensions of the environment are interdependent. Thus, such studies focus on the ethics of environment and must balance sound science and cultural considerations.     

Whale Wars and the Axiomatization of Image Events on the Public Screen

The essay interrogates Animal Planet's television show Whale Wars, and the use of footage from that show in a commercial for one of the network's other shows, How Stuff Works, to examine the way these texts interact within the public screen. I argue that the (re)presentation of whale kill footage further instantiates an image event as a commodity and rhetorically reconciles the image event into a capitalist ideology counter to the social movement message constructed on Whale Wars—and by proxy allows the image event to play out only via a profit-motive tied to the death of the whale.

试析洪水灾害增长的社会因素

自然灾害的本质属性是社会问题。社会的发展,环境的改变以至防洪工程的兴建都影响以至增大灾害的损失。因此,减轻洪水灾害的有效途径,一方面要尽可能控制自然态洪水的泛滥,另一方面则应调整社会的发展布局、有关的对策和实践活动以适应洪水。我国的防洪方针应进一步从单纯注重调动工程手段去控制洪水,向工程与非工程防洪相结合的方向发展,动员全社会投入,从而有效地提高防洪减灾的能力。     

基于DPSIR模型的环境友好型社会评价指标体系构建

为评价区域环境友好型社会建设程度,采用DPSIR概念模型,构建起包涵5大类因子指标的评价体系。此体系评价重点在于社会子系统发展对社会所造成的资源、环境、生态压力,居民生活环境状态的改变和在社会结构与居民生活的影响,以及所导致的各项政策响应。并以沈阳市浑南新区为例,选取了包括科技技术贡献率、生态用地比例、公众对生活环境满意度在内的44项指标,构建起针对浑南新区的评价指标体系,可对浑南新区的环境友好型社会建设以及管理决策起到辅助支撑作用。
