以TiO2光阳极结合自养型生物阴极,构建双室微生物光电合成(MPES)系统,以光能作为主要的能量来源,探究MPES还原CO2合成乙酸的性能及其限制因素.结果表明,光阳极取代纯电化学阳极显著降低了MPES生物阴极对外电压的需求.MPES能持续稳定运行,平均产乙酸速率为(1.18 ±0.11) mmol/(L·d),法拉第效率为45.75%±3.97%.光阳极驱动阴极产生氢气,推测阴极微生物倾向于利用氢转移的方式来进行电子传递.外加电压通过影响光阳极的给电子能力从而对MPES的性能产生显著的影响,当外电压从0.4V升高至0.6V时,MPES的电流,乙酸产量和法拉第效率都显著提高,系统的性能主要受限于阳极.当外电压高于0.6V,系统电流,乙酸产量的增速减缓,法拉第效率在外加电压0.8V时达到最大值,随后下降,表明生物阴极的得电子能力已经达到饱和,此时MPES的性能主要受限于阴极.作为电子传递中间体,H2的不完全利用是法拉第效率没有随着外电压的增加进一步提升的原因.  相似文献

Methane is produced in a microbial electrosynthesis system (MES) without organic substrates. However, a relatively high applied voltage is required for the bioelectrical reactions. In this study, we demonstrated that electrotrophic methane production at the biocathode was achieved even at a very low voltage of 0.1 V in an MES, in which abiotic HS oxidized to SO42− at the anodic carbon-cloth surface coated with platinum powder. In addition, microbial community analysis revealed the most probable pathway for methane production from electrons. First, electrotrophic H2 was produced by syntrophic bacteria, such as Syntrophorhabdus, Syntrophobacter, Syntrophus, Leptolinea, and Aminicenantales, with the direct acceptance of electrons at the biocathode. Subsequently, most of the produced H2 was converted to acetate by homoacetogens, such as Clostridium and Spirochaeta 2. In conclusion, the majority of the methane was indirectly produced by a large population of acetoclastic methanogens, namely Methanosaeta, via acetate. Further, hydrogenotrophic methanogens, including Methanobacterium and Methanolinea, produced methane via H2.  相似文献

清洁生产与资源综合利用是人们持续研究的课题,笔者在大红丙烯酸油漆着色剂"颜料红GL"替代"镉红颜料"中,开展了颜料红GL随温度、时间变化与热塑性丙烯酸树脂、有机硅助剂、二甲苯最佳浓度配比,确保着色效果及其资源综合利用等一系列试验,实现了年综合利用工艺冲洗水25.6万吨,减排CODcr 218.24吨、总镉:油漆中8031.5吨,废水中0.41吨、固废中0.088吨,提高了产品市场竞争率。  相似文献

粮食增产趋势及增产原因是国家制定宏观农业政策和措施的依据。科技进步增产理论是指:气候是波动的,科技是持续进步的,它是粮食多年持续增产的主要驱动力;科技进步增产预测模型是多年平均单产移动的回归方程。全国和东北三省粮食增产潜力案例分析结果表明:科技进步单产加速时间最早的是辽宁省,最晚的是黑龙江省;与全国相比,吉林省和辽宁省科技进步贡献率高于全国平均水平,黑龙江省低于全国平均水平,吉林省最高。本文初步得出以下结论:科技进步增产理论科学、模型实用、预测结果准确。  相似文献

A holistic evaluation of the feasibility of producing 100% recycled mixtures is presented. Eleven technologies readily available for producing 100% Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) hot asphalt mixtures are described in the article and the complementary video (http://youtu.be/coj-e5mhHEQ). The recorded performance of 100% RAP mixtures is analyzed along with identification of typical high RAP distresses. Recommended mix design procedures and the best RAP management strategies are described. A cradle-to-gate analysis of environmental effects indicated 18 kg or 35% CO2eq savings per t of produced 100% RAP asphalt mixture compared to virgin mix, while cost analysis showed at least 50% savings in material related expenses.  相似文献

提出一种新纳米零价铁反应器(Nanoscale Zero-Valent Iron Reactor,简称NIR)及"混凝沉淀+纳米零价铁"处理工艺,通过实际生产废水进行中试,考察和研究该工艺和NIR技术处理江苏省某市印刷电路板(Printed Circuit Board,简称PCB)工业园区废水的效果。结果表明,此工艺对PCB生产废水中Cu、TP及COD Cr去除率分别可达到97.3%、73.7%、26%,其中Cu处理效果最佳;XRD结果表明,纳米零价铁(Nanoscale Zero-Valent Iron,nZVI)与PCB生产废水反应后含有γ-Fe2O3、Fe3O4、γ-FeOOH、CuO、Cu2O、Cu0等产物。"混凝沉淀+纳米零价铁"工艺处理废水时具有处理效果好、工艺耐冲击性能好、产泥量小、不易造成二次污染等优点。  相似文献

Previous study found that the pre-treatment of sewage sludge with nitrite improves the biogas production during the mono/two-phase anaerobic digestion (AD) using batch biochemical methane potential tests. In this study, the effects of nitrite on hydrolysis-acidification, biogas production, volatile solids destruction and microbial composition in semi-continuous two-phase AD of sewage sludge were investigated. The addition of nitrite promotes sludge organic matter solubilization (+484%) and VFAs production (+98.9%), and causes an increase in the VS degradation rate during the AD process (+8.7%). The comparison of biogas production from the acidogenic and methanogenic reactors with or without the addition of nitrite implies that the nitrite has no significant effect on the overall biogas production of two-phase sludge AD process. High-throughput sequencing analysis shows that the microbial communities of bacteria and archaea in two-phase AD reactors significantly changes after the addition of nitrite. Vulcanibacillus (bacteria) and Candidatus Methanofastidiosum (archaea) become the dominant genera in the acidogenic and methanogenic reactors with the nitrite respectively. These findings provide new insights about using nitrite to promote the organic matter degradation of sewage sludge in a semi-continuous two-phase AD system.  相似文献

Alfalfa is the major forage crop produced in temperate regions worlwide. Although this crop is currently used mainly for producing high-value livestock feed, its application for bioenergy production is a recent focus of interest. Even though it is not mandatory, alfalfa is normally dried in order to improve the quality of the final product. In this study, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) was used to quantify the environmental impacts linked to alfalfa production in the major cultivation zone in Spain (Ebro Valley), including field activities, dehydration and transport to farms for livestock feeding. In addition, the identification of the most relevant processes contributing to the environmental impact and the potential improvements actions were also defined as objectives. Inventory data were obtained mainly from interviews with farmers complemented with published literature and comments from experts.LCA results were obtained for global warming, acidification, eutrophication, photochemical oxidant formation, land use, non-renewable cumulative energy demand and human, terrestrial and aquatic ecotoxicities. Within the life cycle of alfalfa, the dehydration process, production of phosphate fertilizer, application of nitrogen fertilizers and pesticides, water consumption and final transport to the consumer (by road and ship) were identified as hot spots. Based on these, some improvement measures were proposed and evaluated: (i) reduction of the moisture content of alfalfa and the use of a higher percentage of biomass for combustion in the dehydration process, (ii) no application of nitrogen fertilizer in maintenance years and (iii) use of more efficient trucks for transport. Their implementation would produce significant reduction of eutrophication, global warming, acidification, non-renewable cumulative energy demand and, to a lesser extent, photochemical oxidation formation and human toxicity impacts.  相似文献
