汶川地震之后,泥石流成为灾区最为严重的灾害类型之一,直接影响到灾后重建和灾区人民的生命财产安全.对汶川地震灾区7月初群发性泥石流进行野外考察,重点分析了高家沟和深溪沟两条泥石流的成因和特征.高家沟为由滑坡崩塌体引起的土力类粘性泥石流,容重约为2.07g/cm3,总量超过30万m3,分三次间歇性汇入主河,并堵断1/2河道,迫使岷江持续冲刷对岸路基,损毁213国道长达400m;深溪沟为山洪冲刷河道引起的水力类稀性泥石流,容重约在1.44~1.58 g/cm3之间,流量约在160~180 m3/s之间.对不同的泥石流沟应采用不同的防灾减灾措施,可有效降低泥石流灾害对人民生命财产的威胁.  相似文献

For the explosion safety assessment in industrial setting, detonation dynamic parameters provide important information on the sensitivity and conditions whereby detonations can be favorably occurred. In this study, new measurement of the critical tube diameter and the critical energy for direct initiation of a detonation is reported for a number of hydrocarbon–oxygen mixtures. The simultaneous experimental measurement carried out in this work allows the investigation of the direct scaling between these two dynamic parameter quantities of gaseous detonations. Using the new set of data, this paper also assesses the validity of an existing semi-empirical initiation model, namely, the surface energy model by Lee, and a simplified work done model. Both phenomenological models provide a general relationship between the two dynamic detonation parameters and comparison shows a good agreement between the theoretical results and the experimental measurement. The scaling of critical tube diameter with detonation cell size in this study also confirms the results in the previous literature.  相似文献

为研究含圆拱形预制缺陷砂岩的力学特征,在板状黄砂岩试样内预制了不同α值的圆拱形缺陷。采用YNS-2000型电液伺服控制试验系统和数字照相采集系统研究了不同圆拱形缺陷倾角α对黄砂岩力学特征和破坏模式的影响规律。研究结果表明:试样峰值强度、平均模量和割线模量随着α的增大呈先减小后增大再减小趋势,α=30°试样峰值强度和峰值应变均最小,α=75°试样峰值强度和应变均达到最大;预制圆拱形缺陷α对试样起裂应力、起裂位置和破坏模式均具有重要影响,随着α值的增大,试样起裂应力总体呈先减小后增大再减小趋势,当α=30°时,试样的平均起裂应力最小,其值为10.90 MPa;当α=75°时,试样的平均起裂应力最大,其值为18.91 MPa。  相似文献

The composition of the germinable seed bank was studied in four vegetation states of the Festuca pallescens grasslands in semiarid Patagonia during four years. The aim of this study was to test whether above-ground vegetation states resulting from grazing exclusion or different combinations of grazing and topography are reflected in different states of the germinable seed bank. The size of the total and dicot germinable seed bank was positively related to the total cover in each state. Dicots dominated all germinable seed bank states. Carex patagonica increased its cover as well as its germinable seed bank under grazing disturbance. Grazing did not reduce the germinable seed bank of perennial grasses in uplands where the grazing pressure is lower as compared with slopes. In slopes the germinable seed bank of perennial grasses was significantly reduced by grazing. A reduction of the length of the grazing period in late spring increases the germinable seed bank of perennial grasses both in upland and slope. These results are interpreted in the frame of a model of management techniques where grazing exclusion during late spring and late summer increases the seed bank of the perennial grasses and promotes their establishment in uplands. The artificial addition of seeds of perennial grasses and the manipulation of the soil surface in order to increase "safe sites" appear as management alternatives that deserve further evaluation to improve plant reestablishment in slopes.  相似文献

Urbanization decreases species diversity, but it increases the abundance of certain species with high tolerance to human activities. The safe-habitat hypothesis explains this pattern through a decrease in the abundance of native predators, which reduces predation risk in urban habitats. However, this hypothesis does not consider the potential negative effects of human-associated disturbance (e.g., pedestrians, dogs, cats). Our goal was to assess the degree of perceived predation risk in house finches (Carpodacus mexicanus) through field studies and semi-natural experiments in areas with different levels of urbanization using multiple indicators of risk (flock size, flight initiation distance, vigilance, and foraging behavior). Field studies showed that house finches in more urbanized habitats had a greater tendency to flock with an increase in population density and flushed at larger distances than in less urbanized habitats. In the semi-natural experiment, we found that individuals spent a greater proportion of time in the refuge patch and increased the instantaneous pecking rate in the more urbanized habitat with pedestrians probably to compensate for the lower amount of foraging time. Vigilance parameters were influenced in different ways depending on habitat type and distance to flock mates. Our results suggest that house finches may perceive highly urbanized habitats as more dangerous, despite the lower number of native predators. This could be due to the presence of human activities, which could increase risk or modify the ability to detect predators. House finches seem to adapt to the urban environment through different behavioral strategies that minimize risk.  相似文献

There is a dearth of data on the initiation activity of dimethylarsinic acid (DMA (V)), a major metabolite of the ubiquitous environmental and occupational carcinogen and toxicant, arsenic (As). The initiation activity of DMA (V) was investigated on rat hepatocarcinogenesis with liver being a major target organ for As-induced carcinogenicity. A total of 50 rats at 10 weeks old were randomly divided in a nine-week medium-term bioassay into four groups. Groups 1 and 2 received 200 ppm of DMA (V) in drinking water for four weeks while groups 3 and 4 drank only tap water until the sixth week when groups 1 and 3 were given 0.01% 2-acetylaminofluorene (2-AAF) in their diet for two weeks in the promotion stage. All animals were subjected to two-third partial hepatectomy (PH) at the seventh week. Quantitative analysis of glutathione S-transferase placental form (GST-P) positive foci in liver, a pre-neoplastic marker of rat hepatocarcinogenesis, demonstrated higher numbers in group 1 (DMA (V) + 2-AAF) than 3 (2-AAF alone) at foci consisting of two–four cells and 15 or a greater number of cells. The numbers of GST-P positive foci consisting of five–nine cells were significantly higher in group 1 than 3. Foci consisting of 10–14 cells were also higher but not significantly different. The GST-P positive foci were apparently similar in groups 2 and 4. Expression of total GST-P positive foci was significantly higher in group 1 compared to 2, 3 or 4. The proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) test performed to clarify the apparent trend of GST-P data revealed significantly higher PCNA index in group 1. Data indicate weak initiation potential of DMA (V) and for the first time appear to provide evidence for initiation activity in DMA (V)-induced hepatocarcinogenesis in rats.  相似文献

粉煤灰是燃煤电厂排出的固体废弃物,主要成分有SiO2,Al2O3,Fe2O3,CaO等。采用盆栽试验将粉煤灰分别与粘土、砂土、秸秆按3:1的比例混合作为基质种植黑麦草,并用纯粉煤灰基质做对照,研究黑麦草在粉煤灰不同配比基质上的生长状况,结果表明,粉煤灰+粘土为黑麦草的最佳生长基质。  相似文献

采用光辅助引发技术,通过水溶液聚合法制备阳离子型丙烯酰胺(AM)-丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DAC)-二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)共聚物P(AM-DAC-DMDAAC)。考察了两种阳离子单体配比、引发温度、溶液pH值、引发剂质量分数等因素对产物特性黏数及溶解性的影响,并对产物的絮凝性能进行了研究。结果表明,在m(DAC)∶m(DMDAAC)=1∶1、引发温度为15℃、pH=5、引发剂质量分数为0.003 0%时,所得聚合物的特性黏数达16.047 9 d L/g,溶解时间为40 min。在P(AM-DAC-DMDAAC)特性粘数12.110 2d L/g,用量为0.04%的条件下,污水的透光率96.00%,絮凝率76.04%,脱水率83.75%。  相似文献
